Everything about this hotel is lovely. Decor is quite elegant. The location is great with easy access to restaurants and shops. Staff members are very friendly & most helpful. Jordan & Ron take customer service seriously. They greet guests with a smile & make you feel welcome. Both are very helpful & truly want to make you enjoy your stay. We will definitely return & recommend Le Soleil to others.

Exceptional Service and Great Stay at Le Soleil! I had a fantastic experience at Le Soleil. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Telmo, the Concierge - Front Desk Agent, who provided outstanding service. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. His responsiveness and willingness to assist truly set the tone for a great stay. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-located, offering everything needed for a relaxing visit. The staff overall was courteous and helpful, ensuring a seamless experience. I highly recommend Le Soleil and would gladly return! Thank you again to Telmo and the team for making my stay so enjoyable!

Great location, spacious rooms, comfortable bed and large tub! The added chocolates and water were a nice touch! Loved the robes and the size of the suite. The staff were super friendly and accomodating!

This is being really picky but, I tried to close the blinds in the room to make the room darker at night and they didn't close. It was late at night so luckily the room was dark enough to sleep in, but it would've helped to have thick curtains in the morning. Unless there was a hidden blind in front of the sheer material and then that was my mistake to not take a closer look!

It was great location, beautiful facilities, close to restaurants and easy access to activities and places. The people were friendly and helpful. The room was a small suite so the separate sleeping area was good. Very comfortable stay.

The couch was not comfortable. Also, at night, when we tried to reach the front desk no one answered. We had very noisy neighbors after 11:00pm and we couldn’t get any help from the front desk. This happened two nights even after we talked with the day person at the desk about it. Finally, the parking was expensive $38 a day and while the valets were very nice, you had to wait for your car.

Everything.. from the entrance to the check in to the hotel room, i loved everything about this hotel.. Plus it’s centrally located. Easy to go around. Staff of this hotel were very welcoming and kind. Room was nice too. We got the room on top floor as requested with the good view. Thanks for that and hotel gave us free Drink and Chocolate on the occasion of my wife’s birthday. If i would come back, i am definitely staying here. We booked the room with Breakfast which was in a French Cafe. I loved my breakfast everyday. All the staff were very good and welcoming. My overall experience was 10/10

Hotel reception, doormen, and house keepers are all exceptionally kind and familiar. Even when the reception was busy with other gueats checking in/out, I didn't feel ignored. Doorman was constantly watching who was coming in/ out which made me feel very safe. The receptionist was constantly paying attention to all surroundings too. House keeper, Katie, remembers all her guests by names, and on my last day at the hotel, she greeted me in my mother language, Japanese. This had never happed to me in any country/ hotel before. In addition, hotel room was vast for one guest. My room consisted of seperate living/ bed rooms with superb view of downtown! I shall stay Le Soleil again next year!

Nice quaint hotel in the center of Vancouver, close to almost everything by foot. Nice commodities in the room (little fridge, a little counter for preparing things, free water, tea and coffee). Especially pleased at the hotel's commitment to environment with the bed sheet maintenance options. The beds were extremely comfortable. Jet lag and all, you could get a good night's rest here. The views out the back to Burrard street and the skyscraper, was a good thing to taken in during the evenings and mornings. The room prep on our last night in the hotel, with ambience music, was a nice touch. Staff in the lobby were always extremely helpful. Nice fresh citric water in the lobby and free Canada Day cupcakes were pluses. A special thanks to the concierge, Jordan, for all the tips before our trip and helping to book a decent hour table at Cardero's.

Well located hotel in the downtown area. Clean & comfortable rooms. Separate lounge was great as sofa bed was used for 3rd person. Beds were very comfortable, windows that opened was a bonus. Plenty of tea & coffee provided in the room. 7-10 min walk to waterfront. Lovely high ceilings in foyer area. All staff are lovely and very attuned to customers needs. Pacific center is a 5 min walk for your shopping needs. Food hall available in centre. Wine shop located in the train station building. Great German deli next pacific center …very yummy baked goods.

Breakfast choices are limited. $5 for a croissant is a bit expensive especially with no jam . ( Starbucks & a few other breakfast places nearby. )

Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, and all the staff were very nice.

Extra charges were put to my credit card on the valet parking. Thankfully I found out and it was removed immediately. Perhaps it was because I didn't have a fixed landline to register for the e-parking services which caused trouble in logging in and out of the carpark. In addition to parking, we also weren't very sure if we could use the gym facilities since it wasn't mentioned upon our arrival.

Property itself was fantastic. Cant fault the service. Everyone was really lovely. Rooms were spacious and comfy.

I was in a corner room and the windows/seals are not sound proof. The alley next to the hotel had people always having loud conversations, yelling or yahooing or it have vehicles/trucks emptying bins or deliveries with loud beepers at all hours of the night. I was on the third floor. I didnt complain as this isnt the hotels fault but if you are a light sleeper ask for a room away from the alley if available.
