I have been coming once- twice a year for my anniversary with my partner for the last few years. We love the huge bath, the hot tub, breakfast in the arbutus room, and the cauliflower wings at the pub, which are awesome! The staff are nice as well

The beds are large but uncomfortable; they are very soft and not very supportive. It's not terrible for a night or two, but staying longer would be uncomfortable. The room was not as clean as previous stays: there were small purple stains on the sheets and hair in the shower.

Idyllic location. Nice room. Brentwood pub very good with lovely staff.

Breakfast service was dreadful - completely unacceptably slow service with no explanation (someone had twice called in sick we understood afterwards). Took nearly an hour to arrive after waiting 15 mins to order on day 1, then arrived only after complaint and was cold. Day 2 - waited 45 mins after ordering - arrived only when we said we would leave if it didn't come in 5 mins. Management needs to up its game here.

Rooms were great and comfy and location wonderful.

Three things, 1. the chairs in the room were hard to move. Casters may be an option. They are never stationed from where you can watch TV therefore, they require moving. 2. You should have complementary coffee available in the lobby (most hotels do and you are a high-end facility). Some of us get up early but our spouses like to sleep in, hence the need for a morning coffee. 3. Air conditioning in the dining room needs upgrading.

Loved the location. Beautiful view from our garden room. Great pool and hot tub. Great food and service at the pub.

Room was not as clean as we were expecting. It was OK but details like the round magnifying mirror in bathroom was really not nice, bits of goodness knows what in the frame. Also cleaner did hoovering in main places but lots of stuff left under table, bed etc so felt slightly disappointed. However, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come again. Thanks

We had a spectacular view of the harbour and sunsets. The room was very spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed using the balcony to relax and eat breakfast. Room Service was very good and so was the food. We went looking for a coffee and even though their coffee bar was closed they made an exception and whipped us up a couple lattes. Excellent service!

The mattress could be upgraded. It was ok, but that was the only thing we didn't love.

We had a great stay and enjoyed all that the resort had to offer. We had dinner in the pub, which was great. Then, I enjoyed the hot tub and pool late into the evening. We turned the fireplace on in our room before we left for the pool, so coming back to a nice toasty room was amazing. The big soaker tub with jets was a plus for us as my hubby works in trades and loves to soak with Epsom salts etc.

Beautiful property with excellent views of the marina and mountains. The hotel design was very appealing and the pool area was great, also with nice views. I liked the pub and breakfast. I had the best eggs Benedict I have ever had. The rooms were super cozy with fireplace and a nice balcony. I liked having a fridge. The staff was super nice and helpful. Free parking was nice. Having a Spa is very special

There was nothing I did not like

Nice resort with excellent room service. Did not have time to enjoy the outdoor pool or hot tub but they looked great. Rooms are large with private patios (ground floor at least!). Service is top notch. Booked a sap treatment , very relaxing environment would definitely stay here again. Great price in the off season for a mini getaway.

The room was spacious and beautiful. The view of the marina was gorgeous. We loved the fireplace. The hot tub and heated pool at the resort was fantastic.

We ran out of toilet paper halfway through our stay and they hadn’t provided a second roll in the room so we had to request one. There was a long dark hair on the pillow when we arrived (neither of us have long dark hair and we had only just entered the room) so we opted to set that pillow aside and not use it. They knocked on the door at 9 a.m. on the day we were checking out and seemed surprised to see us, but check out wasn’t until 11 a.m. and we were trying to sleep in.

Everything. Room was incredible, jet bath with a view was just a treat. View from balcony incredible. Bed was super comfortable. Sooo clean. Manager (Valerie) was lovely and showed us round our room and Nothing too much trouble. Pub food was fantastic at reasonable prices

Nothing. A kettle for tea drinkers would have been useful, it was available, but as standard would be great.
