Great location, near all the shops, restaurants etc but not right by anywhere noisy. Really beautiful room, very spacious and a lovely view over the pool and trees at the back of the hotel. We loved coming out the front door and seeing the mountains so close by. Service was great, the pool and hot tub were a lovely place to relax and nice and warm. Parking was easy and staff were very helpful. The laundry room was really useful. We didn’t know the area before we arrived but we felt like the hotel was in the best location for us and we would love to visit again, it was a great experience.

Nothing, everything was awesome

We stayed here over Christmas and it was a magical experience. We expected very high prices over the holiday period but this place was very reasonably priced with our booking genius discount. Our room was spacious with a couch and a fireplace, giving it a very homey vibe. We were able to use the spa and sauna, which really took the edge off the cold weather. There were even snow-shoeing equipments available for guests so we were able to make the most of our stay there.

Not much we didn't like about the hotel. The spa and sauna could get pretty crowded in the afternoon so recommend utilising them early in the day to avoid the crowd.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Summit Lodge Boutique Hotel. The whole property and especially the room has a distinct winter chalet vibe to it that makes your whole stay very cosy especially if you happen to stay here during the Christmas season. Other things I liked: - Loved having a stove so I could make my own coffee whenever I wanted. - Fridge was very useful - Couch is perfectly positioned if you want to watch tv - Balcony is nice although more useful in summer I suppose - Bathroom was fairly spacious - Location is very central, you can't get more central than this - I loved the fact that the elevator does not have a card swipe thing which is particularly helpful if friends are visiting you so you don't have to go downstairs to meet them - There is a delicious restaurant attached to the hotel called Elements which does a great breakfast

- The television didn't seem to have a USB port or a chromecast port. It could very well have been there, but it is unreachable since the tv is mounted to the wall so you can't put your hand behind it - Internet could be very patch at times

This boutique hotel was in a perfect location, right in the middle of the whistler village and in walking distance to many restaurants and cafes! The staff there was super helpful and were very accommodating especially when we were delayed and had checked in later in the evening! The rooms were spacious and clean, the bed was super comfortable and the heater in the room was soooo good! We had a kitchenette in our room which came in handy! Would totally recommend and we can't wait to return!

Just to keep in mind that if you are driving the spaces in the carpark are very small so it's a tight fit.

The hotel is in a great location in the centre of town and easy to find and we found the reception staff to be friendly, helpful and efficient. Our room was absolutely fabulous! It was very spacious and extremely comfortable and we really liked the balcony and the fireplace!. The shower was excellent and we loved the quality linen and towels. Overall a fantastic place to stay!

Although we knew that we would have to pay for parking, it is disappointing that the tariff does not include this cost.

The location was great the room was clean and nice and the price was very reasonable Our room cleaner Iryna was so sweet! She was the best!

The parking stalls are too tight, too many cars were over the lines and we had to move our truck the first morning of our 2 night stay. Would have been better if they mentioned the stalls were going to be blocked off when we first booked in. Instead we thought we found a great spot, the next morning we got a call at our room that we had to move our truck because of construction. The staff was friendly, but would have been better to know the night before when we first parked

Perfect location, quiet spot in the village, great and comfy room and great service from the reception to the cleaning team everyone was extra helpful and lovely. The inroom fireplace (electric) gave it a chalet vibe, we used it the entire time. Perfect size mini kitchen and amenities. The spa and sauna were really great and appreciated the provided robes.

Frankly everything was perfect. Bathroom edges could maybe use a freshening up or a steam cleaning but I have seem the same in all hotels even the fairmounts.

The room was charming with a king-sized bed, a couch with comfy cushions and a coffee table, as well as a round table and two chairs ideal for eating next to the kitchenette that had a sink, stove, refrigerator w/freezer and microwave. We also had a small balcony with two more chairs overlooking the park. Summit Lodge provided bathrobes, beach towels and slippers which I used to enjoy the hot-tub and swimming pool in the evenings. The front desk staff and the cleaning staff were always friendly and service-oriented and made us feel very welcomed. The location is ideal for walking around Whistler Main Village and close to the Upper Village, too! We filled up our water bottles every morning with the cold filtered water at the Lodge and we spent 5 incredibly wonderful days exploring the area by Jeep, kayak, e-bike, and hiking... it was truly awesome!!

Wish we could have stayed longer.

Conveniently situated just steps from the heart of the Village, this place offers easy access to bike rentals, restaurants, shops, and pubs. The check-out process is smooth, and the staff are friendly. The room is very comfortable, making for a great stay.

Like any wood frame construction, noise from the corridor is a concern due to poor acoustics. Additionally, some staff members could benefit from further training. We also experienced an issue with the fire pit running out of propane, and there was some confusion about how to handle the situation. Overall it is ok.

Room was a very good size, with a little kitchen area and a table. If we’d chosen we could have prepared basic food. We had a balcony and a very comfy bed. I am very choosy about beds and that bed was comfortable. There was also a small bath, which so many hotels don’t have. The sauna was great and people were enjoying the outdoor pool and hot tub, despite a bit of rain. The room offered far more than I expected. Most importantly at last minute my son and his dog decided to join me. I was worried that this change of plans would be a problem. The young lady on reception dealt with this in minutes, reassured me and even produced a dog welcome pack. Amazing customer service. Next morning the house keeping lady checks that all is good and do I have any suggestions for ways to improve the room. Wow, no I don’t, but nice to be asked. On signing out, again everyone so lovely. I am deeply impressed with Canadian hospitality. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

There is really nothing I didn’t like.
