I really enjoyed my stay at the Summit Lodge Boutique Hotel. The whole property and especially the room has a distinct winter chalet vibe to it that makes your whole stay very cosy especially if you happen to stay here during the Christmas season. Other things I liked: - Loved having a stove so I could make my own coffee whenever I wanted. - Fridge was very useful - Couch is perfectly positioned if you want to watch tv - Balcony is nice although more useful in summer I suppose - Bathroom was fairly spacious - Location is very central, you can't get more central than this - I loved the fact that the elevator does not have a card swipe thing which is particularly helpful if friends are visiting you so you don't have to go downstairs to meet them - There is a delicious restaurant attached to the hotel called Elements which does a great breakfast
- The television didn't seem to have a USB port or a chromecast port. It could very well have been there, but it is unreachable since the tv is mounted to the wall so you can't put your hand behind it - Internet could be very patch at times

Staff where very friendly and helpful and the room was large and clean. Having a little kitchen to make our own food was great and the location of the hotel was also perfect as most of the things to do where in walking distance. Being able to park underneath the hotel was also a big plus for us.
We didn't like that the cover of the sheets on the bed consisted of 2 sepetate pieces of bedlinnen with the douvet in between. I move a lot in my sleep so I kept getting tangled up or losing part of my covers halfay through the night or sleeping under the douvet without the cover. It would be better if it was one douvet. I hope this makes sense it's difficult to explain. Other than that though, it was perfect :)

We had a very nice suite on the upper floor and loved the balcony and spent 6 nights. The room had a complementary i-Pad to use which my wife loved. The hotel is in walking distance for everything. Rented bikes at the hotel and the brunch restaurant located attached to the property was excellent. We were on a 2.5 week trip to four towns and this was the best value. Loved our stay!
Noise! I get it, the hotel is located centrally and gets a lot of traffic, no big deal and is to be expected. However, the large delivery truck and semis which would park and idle for quite awhile where always present and noisy start around 7 am. In Banff, there are restrictions on idling, and Whistler would serve its clients better if they were to go that direction.

The Summit Lodge was amazing! My husband and I traveled to Whistler with our Golden Retriever and were so happy with our choice to stay at The Summit Lodge. The location is amazing, you can walk to almost anything in the village and the hotel itself is beautiful! The room was clean and spacious and comfortable. Our pup was welcomed so warmly and she had just about as much fun as my husband and I. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone going to the area, especially if you’re bringing a pup! Thanks for a great stay, The Summit Lodge Staff.

The room was nice and spacious, even for our family of 4. The balcony is a bit small and very hot, with the air conditioner blowing right onto where you sit. The view of the back forest was very calm and relaxing, making it feel like we weren't centrally located in Whistler. The pool and patio area was very enjoyable, and we even had a BBQ dinner out there, with the BBQ available for guests to use.
The parking garage had a limited number of spaces and most of them were extremely small. We had a rental SUV and could barely squeeze into only one of the remaining spots, only after 3 of us directing the driver, being within an inch on each side (concrete pillar versus another car). It wasn't the best way to start our stay.

I stayed at this hotel with my family on a busy weekend. Because the hotel was at the edge of the Upper Village, it was nice and quiet which we appreciated. Walking to the Upper Village was easy enough and didn't take long. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room size was decent for a Whistler hotel. The bed was comfortable, and the sofa bed was not bad for what it was.
Parking garage was easy to locate although the spots were quite tight. A truck parked next to our vehicle; my husband had to climb over to the driver's seat from the passenger seat. It is not right at the heart of Supper Village; if you want to be close to restaurants and what not this might not be the best choice for you.

We couldn't believe how lucky we were to have found this hotel. Relatively small, very friendly, spotlessly clean, amazing staff. Every member of the team worked really hard to make the stay special. The minibus driver's were fabulous and the regular service to the slopes made life so much easier. The cleaning and maintenance staff worked relentlessly to keep the hotel immaculate. Pool was quite small but there was plenty off opportunity to be in there alone. Great location. Quiet but very central. We've stayed in whistler before but this has been our favourite hotel. Don't miss out on elements restaurant. We tried it towards the end of the holiday and we were sorry we hadn't gone there before. Food was fantastic. Thank you!
Leaving the hotel. It was fantastic.

the staff were so friendly and accomodating, first of all upgrading us to a king room from our original queen for no reason. The cleaners were friendly and the reception staff were so helpful; we asked for a late checkout and they made it a non issue. The shuttle to the gondola was very useful as well and we used this everyday. On top of this, Josh from the tuning shop inside the hotel really made our weekend. we had a rough start with renting our boards from somewhere else and he helped us get new boards that were tuned properly as well as giving us advice on being beginner snowboarders. overall we would stay here again thanks to all of the amazing staff members. 10/10

We booked a one-bedroom suite for a family travelling with two kids. The room was spacious and had a separate kitchen/dining. Bonus that washing/dryer were free to use, and the kids loved the pool/hot tub. Staff were super friendly, and as we stayed over Easter time, the hotel had activities for the kids including afternoon tea with hot chocolate, colouring competition and an Easter Egg hunt in the morning. It is located centrally, but just outside the main village, near a playground and away from the 'party area'.
Nothing- we booked almost a year in advance and got a really good rate.

It is in the village and close to restaurants and stores. It has a kitchenette which is wonderful as I can keep real cream in the fridge for my coffee or heat up my leftovers. I love the balcony and electric fireplace, as well as, all the little extras such as the candy bar, heated outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, use of an i pad, robes, stuffed animals etc.
My wish is that the beds be updated as they sink in the middle from use. As well, the television is not contemporary so, I was unable to watch Netflix or Prime. Most hotels are updating to SMART televisions. Lastly, there is very little room to park but I do appreciate that there is parking.
