Location is amazing. Steps to the village - cafes, shops, restaurants and slopes - but just tucked away enough that it’s quiet. The condo itself was spacious and it was so nice having a wraparound balcony to enjoy our morning coffees. Facilities were nice too - we spent lots of time in the hot tub (only downside was the 2 hot tubs are small and often very busy, though no fault of the property) and the heated pool.
The bed pillows! I’m not typically picky about pillows and it’s never been an issue for me before.. but they were SO large and uncomfortable. Could not sleep on them. We ended up swapping them for couch cushions (and putting pillow cases on them) but that was not much better. Having some smaller pillows available as well would be nice.

The location is amazing, right in the village, took us like 6 min walking to get to the lift. Great facilities: hot tub, pool, gym and sauna. The room was nice and quiet, we had everything we needed
The sauna was not hot enough

Great value for Whistler. Not too far to walk to the village and lifts. Room was comfortable. Spa/pool were awesome and lovely staff. Quiet location.
2 wardrobes but only one with a hanging rail and only 4 hangers. Asked for more but they didn’t have any. As a ski hotel there should be much more hanging space. A coat rack at the front door would be great as well. No drying room/boot room, only ski storage. No house keeping, but they were always happy to give extra linen etc. We stayed for 11 nights so it really could have used a clean/vacuum in the middle at some point. Small things but would have made our stay much more comfortable.

Very easy check-in. Absolutely loved that the front desk called room about an hour later to double-check that everything was good. Location was excellent - within an easy (10 minute) walk to base lifts plus a "free" shuttle stop right across the street - well located for all the amenities of the village. Ski concierge in lobby was really helpful. Vacassa staff was very helpful and friendly.
Room was a little worn (carpet stains, bathroom mold) and not especially comfortable (only seating was two stiff/wooden dining chairs) in a very tight studio with limited storage space. Kitchen-ette (advertised as full kitchen?) was use-able but a bit minimal (e.g. portable electric hob), mini fridge was oddly placed in cabinet (door dragged on carpet). While there are two (smaller) jacuzzis - they're not sufficient for this property as they were routinely overflowing with guests (and guests from adjacent properties?)

I love the keyless method :) I also loved the fact that it was so close to the Village and groceries; it's hard to tell from just a map. The heated pool would have been great except that it was full of kids -- not a complaint, but just not my preference. Loved the heated towel rack in the bathroom!!!
The carpet in the room (#125) needs to be replaced -- it can become a tripping hazard in front of the bathroom door, and is very unattractive. Pots & pans hard to reach for short people :) Please consider using fewer plastic bags for garbage -- not good for the environment! Same with individual bathing items in bathroom -- dispensers would be much more economic!

The desk clerk gave us our keycode at the desk and explained the parking situation. There is a paid underground garage right outside the hotel. It's owned by Diamond Parking but they work with the hotel so guests can have access using their key code to get into the garage. You do need to pay using an app and your phone - so keep that in mind. Love the washer and dryer access in our room. Perfect, as we try to pack lightly and often need a laundromat at least once on our trips.
The pool and hot tubs are really nice and seemed clean but you need to wear your bathing suit down to the pool area as they do not have a changing station -- and IF they have one, we didn't see it. Also, you can't take the beach towels back to your room so maybe bring along one of your bath towels. For such a nice hotel it would be great to have a changing station and rinse-off room near the pool.

I liked that it was a convenient location . I liked that it was cozy and comfortable and quiet. That everything was clean and easy to find your room and that the facilities were clean and tidy. The room was clean and tidy and I loved the balcony, and everything works and I loved how cozy it was and I liked the washer dryer and the temperature in the room was perfect and the apartment is great to relax wonderful view from the balcony.
The room was wonderful, my only issues and discrepancies are that the carpet needs to be changed, the leather oversized chair needs to be reupholstered as there were tears in the arms. The side table in the bedroom the top drawer needs to be fixed. I unfortunately left my prescription expensive glasses with progressives and they are clear pink frames they were in Room 404 and I checked out Monday Sept 16th at 9:45am. I have made a report I just thought I would put it here. I left my number address and I really hope that they are found. I also did a google Review

Superb location. Right in Whistler village, everything is in walking distance. Friendly enough staff. The room was exactly as described, quite cozy and pretty clean. We enjoyed the coffee that was provided in the room for us. The pool and hot tub were also really great!
They wanted $26 per 24 hours of parking. Kind of ridiculous, but apparently this is normal in Whistler. I did 10 seconds of research and found a great alternative if you're staying here between March and November and if you're willing to walk around 8-9 minutes to get to your car. You can park overnight at the Whistler Day Lots, and it's significantly cheaper ($10 per day if you park in Lot 4 or 5). Also the blinds in the room were a handful to deal with, very prone to getting stuck.

This property was very spacious, much larger than we expected. All the kitchen items were there and in very good order. Washer and dryer were in the suite, but we didn't need it. The pool was great, as it was pretty hot out. Having said that, I think the air conditioner struggled a bit, and on our last day couldn't keep up. Maintenance was called as we checked out, and last I heard they were heading up to repair immediately. Cascade Lodge is located very near the village (2 minute walk), and 2 minutes off the highway. Access is super.
Only that the a/c struggled. We should have called earlier, but wasn't an issue until our last day.

Very convenient location near bus transit center, shops, restaurants, and grocers. 10 minutes walk to ski lift, or easier access via shuttle stop across the street from building entrance. Front desk and ski valet were especially friendly and eager to assist. They even replaced the broken toaster in our room. Nice pool and hot tub open during the winter. Mountain view studio had washer + dryer with complimentary detergent, which was super useful despite being a bit small.
Had to empty out the trash per request from the staff -- kind of a chore. Kitchen knives were a bit dull and had trouble peeling fruit. Toilet flushing sometimes took multiple tries. Not enough wall sockets to charge electronics on nightstand. Elevators were somewhat busy and could have long wait times.
