Not enough electrical plugs; they were all full. If you use the wall switch to turn off the table lamp next to the bed, it will switch off your phone charger if it's plugged into the same outlet or into the supplied power bar. There is no electrical outlet near the bed that won't be switched off if you use the wall switch. So, don't use the wall switch. While it's located in town, it's not within walking distance of anything worth going to.

The price was great. The facility was very clean. The breakfast was very good. They have Large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap all by the name of Pure. I have only found this product once previously in Nashville at a much more expensive hotel. It has a wonderful lemon fragrance and is very nice. It is a very basic room which is fine. The b D's are very comfortable

There is no plug by the bed for phone or alarm.

Continental breakfast was above average. Check in was great, nice staff. Do not expect a 5 star hotel. For the price it was not a bad place to stay. The location was pretty good, just overpass traffic was the only negative thing. It is an older hotel.

We didn’t eat the breakfast because there was no gluten free option. We did get coffee.

Just an observation. I did home maintenance for 16 years and TBH the noise from the bathroom fan in unit 306 was excessive. The reason is because there was such a layer of dust on the vent cover it couldn’t draw any air. I’m going to send a personal note to the manager as I have suggestions as to how some basic maintenance can save them money.

The main sign is a bit hidden and we almost entered at the property before. Also I wish they could refresh the outside because once I pulled in the driveway, I almost wasn’t sure if we could enter, and I pretty much saw that look on anyone that we arrived at the same time ! Inside is beautiful though.

This is one of the cheapest options to stay in Halifax, because all the other hotels have skyrocketing prices. It is far away from the touristic center, you will have to take 2 buses to get there. But the neighborhood is quiet and, despite being located close to the highway, there is no excessive car noise. The room I've got was clean and spacious, I slept well. Wifi connection was stable and fast enough to upload some pictures.

Because I had to catch an early flight, I did not have a chance to have breakfast that was included in my room rate. The receptionist said they do not pack take-aways.

The staff at this hotel is amazing and we recommend this hotel to everyone we work with .Jermy was is very friendly and the rest of the staff and managers were very flexible with the payment due to unfortunate circumstances we were not able to pay for two days and they let the company go until payment was made two days later .Thank you everyone.

location was close to highway to Peggy’s Cove and close to highway back to New Brunswick. The bed was super comfortable. My room had a desk which was convenient for some work I had to do. The room had a microwave, small fridge and a very comfortable accent chair. The windows could be opened which is very important for me because I like looks of fresh air. The selection of television stations was great. It’s not posh but is great value for the price.

Room was clean and spacious. First assigned room's toilet was out of order but receptionist was kind and quick enough to give us another room. Staff was helpful, polite and quiet accomodating!

There were no bathroom slippers which is never good! It makes the room and bathroom messy. Bathroom amenities should include tootbrush and toothpaste! Really need to work on the breakfast menu. Hotel really need to make an effort on have a good menu of breakfast!

there was plenty of fruit, spreads, granola bars,a choice of breads, instant porridge ( oatmeal) yogurts. Coffee and tea available anytime. Plenty for me.

It's a small place, provides basic amenities, Fridge in room really everything one needs, a good base from where to explore this wonderful city. Simple and comfortable, which is what many people want. Everything was just fine. Quiet , decent, clean. Good choice for solo or senior travellers. Sarah is very pleasant and helpful, attentive.No complaints!
