Good breakfast with some variety day to day, good coffee and orange juice, nice omlettes, fresh croissants and cinnamon buns. Good computers and access in business centre, nice printer. Rooms clean, well laid out and comfortable beds!

Minor... miss having separate hand soap, mouthwash and lotion but understand the efficiency of a bulk container .

Very professional staff, accommodating, and courteous

Everything was great. If I really have to pick on something, the highway facing rooms are probably a bit noisy. But there is nothing the hotel can do. It's just the location, which is extremely convenient location-wise (2 min from the highway), but comes at the expense of a bit noisy room especially in the late hours. That said, you will not have an issue after an hour and you will get used to the mild noise threshold. The windows are pretty well constructed to keep 90% of the noise out. The staff really over-compensate with their can-do and professional gesture. Overall, the hotel and the staff deserve a A+ grade.

The room was a good size with comfortable beds. The breakfast was good with a varied selection. The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to assist any way they could.

The hotel was just a little out of the way, there was a few shops you could walk to but you need a car or taxi to get to town/train station etc

The breakfast was great with a good selection of hot and cold items. Kids loved the cinnamon buns. The location is pretty convenient too.

The shower curtain was too short (or the rail was too high) and lots of water ended up on the floor after a shower. And I wish the price was lower but hotel prices have been inflated for years now.

Good location close to Hwy 404 and many restaurants nearby. Good breakfast.

Bed and pillows could be better. Calling it a “suite” is a stretch as just an average hotel room. Better fridge and some plates, real glasses, utensils and a corkscrew would be helpful.

Staff addressed to requests, such as providing additional blankets, checking the air conditioning system etc. very efficiently with friendly and helpful manner. Excellent services!

The place is clean and in a good location but what really set it apart was the front desk staff. We were there for a funeral and my mother (the widow) had some special requests and she was always accommodated. The staff were helpful without being invasive. All the staff eg cleaners in the kitchen etc were wonderful.

Spacious room and bathroom, friendly staff, easy connection to internet, nice-feeling linens, comfy beds. I liked that there were hooks and ledges/benches to put suitcases and bags on, made the initial enter-and-unpack much easier! I also liked that the window blinds went straight down into a lipped edge so absolutely no light shining through when drawn.

The hotel is right beside a highway and I wish the windows kept out a little more sound from that. The free breakfast, while definitely nice for most people, was a little wasted on me and my strict dietary limitations. I can't do dairy, sugar or grains (I know!) but usually do eggs for breakfast. I was disappointed that the eggs had cheese folded in otherwise I would have gone for those. Looked good though!

The room was spacious, extremely clean, and comfortable. Everything seemed brand new. I was visiting Richmond Hill and usually stay in Markham, but this will be my new place to stay.

There is a bit of construction, so it is a bit farther to get there, but they are opening up a new intersection. Once that is done, it will be much easier access from the hotel to the shops and restaurants and also the Highway

Cleanliness, polite staff, nice breakfast, parking lot, nice lobby, feeling safe with my family.
