Newly renovated room with two queen beds, large bathroom with great counter space and super large mirror with led light surround and defogging. Great shower head at great height! Frig and microwave with spatter cover, salt& pepper, creamers and filled glass water bottle in frig. Ceramic coffee mugs and glasses etched with motel name. Grey, white, black and blue colour scheme. Lots of space for luggage and shoes and built in horizontal ironing board. Heat pump with remote control. guide with tv channels.

Difficult to get by bed to enter by patio door. Door in bathroom kept opening toward sink in bathroom.

This property exceeded my expectations. It’s clean, newly remodeled and very comfortable. There was coffee and tea in my room along with creamer in the fridge. There was a carafe a water in the fridge and the owner said the tap water is drinkable as it’s well water and I thought it was excellent. Better than my well at home. The bathroom was well appointed complete with spare toothbrushes and one use toothpaste. Something I have never seen before. It’s was quiet and I had a peaceful night. The restaurant on the property is open 0600-1500 so get your dinner elsewhere. Breakfast was good and served quickly.

We didn't have breakfast with this booking. I liked the setup of the room. It was very appealing!! The beds were comfortable.

A lamp on the desk would have been nice. Plus a garbage can in the bathroom. Parking our vehicle right up to our door would have saved a lot of carrying some heavy things for a bit of a distance. However, it was not set up that way. There was lawn and a garden between our room and the parking spaces.

I was expecting a cheap roadside motel, and was pleasantly surprised to find differently. The room was modern, clean, and offered far more than the bare necessities - toothpaste, toothbrushes, razors, shaving cream, coffee, tea, creamers in the fridge, chairs outside the patio doors to relax in after a long day... awesome! The staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend for the traveller on a budget.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. He welcomed us to come back and stay again. He was able to provide us with good recommendations for local restaurants. The location is easy to find and was perfect for our planned weekend.

A deadbolt lock on the inside of the room door would have been nice. Not the owner's fault, but the water is very sulphur smelling and not very pleasant odour during showering. Some other guests were smoking and the smell came into our room through the heating system.

The room completely exceeded expectations. Beds were comfy and well stocked with pillows, bathroom was stocked with toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shaving cream- it was completely unexpected and such a welcome surprise.

Good place for a night stop and good rest. wide room more comfortable for two people, only missing was coffee/tea in the room. otherwise it is worth the money paid and the location. just near neighbourhood and a school, so no fear of anything.

Our room was so nice and fresh, beds were great and the bathroom stocked up with some good products to use. Mr P is a very fun and loving man. We ended up staying here 2 times in the week as we felt so comfortable.

The inn is located right off Highway 10, which is very convenient if you want to explore Grey County, and just a 30 minute ride to Blue Mountain and Collingwood. The owner, Mr. P, is very pleasant and nice to talk to. Our check-in was seamless. The rooms are spacious, and were clean and sanitized when we checked-in. It definitely seems like they have been upgraded with a modern and fresh look. Everything was working in the room from the microwave and fridge to the A/C. The inn also operates an on-site restaurant, which is a plus. We stayed two nights. Overall great value for money and highly recommended!

Easy location to find, fantastic service, beautiful rooms, comfortable, clean and very spacious. Best Motel I have ever stayed in! Also had great parking.
