We LOVED the facilities, apartment was SENSATIONAL for a vacation. All the amenities are provided. Except pitchers for milk. But, we bought some at the dollar store! Staff and management were so helpful. Other residents were so friendly as well. We felt right at home!

We had NOTHING to complain about! We had one small issue where the stove that didn't lite. So the property manager came to the apartment and figured the staff had turned off the main valve. It was fixed in a jiffy and Katrina was so apologetic about it, but it was no big deal. That's how wonderful the staff is!

The location was great with the easy access to the highway and stores such as Walmart, Loblaws, shoppers, Costco. All within 5 minutes reach. Apartment layout is great, very Clean. may be few items which will cost within 5-6 dollars can be added in the apartment. Such as Garbage bag/laundry Bag/Sponge for Kitchen.

Not sure why Gym/Swimming pool is not accessible for paying such a high price, that should be included.

The suites were clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. The Gym and pool were nice.

The parking lot was not available for us to park our 12 passenger van in, as it was not plowed well and many cars were parked between two spots. We had to park on side of the road for both nights and it was not clear with reception staff that this would not be a problem for ticketing. The tv systems in both units that we rented were complicated and did not always work, and apparently there is no-one to contact with such issues. Not much available for cooking with. Units need milk bag holders and mixing bowls and at least one jug.

It was very clean and spacious, 2 bedroom apartment enough for our family of 4. 2 adults and 2 kids (5 and 2yo).

Bed in one of the rooms was too firm, made my body hurt: House keeping only provided for 2weeks and more stay, I cannot come back for longer stay for this reason. We only stayed 3 night so we could manage. There should me more cleaning stuff like mop, and extra trash bags. For short stay, a lot of people won’t go grocery shopping.

Location was great, staff were also very good. The room was very nice and spacious. All in all this was a great stay. The kids loved the pool and we are hoping to return next year.

Not enough pots/pans. The beds were not the most comfortable and the room was a little dusty in some areas.

Beautiful apartment, great size for a family. Loved full kitchen and own laundry room. Easy check in/out. Great location, lots to do. Kids loved the pool.

The kitchen didn't have a frying pan, so I had to purchase one. It's hard to find parking in the evening on the weekends.

All the amenities were available. The bathroom has enough towels for everyone and it was very clean. Even had soap to wash dishes by hand and for the dishwasher. The bed was also comfortable.

TV channels were unavailable. There was a washing machine and dryer but no soap, it would have been nice if a little was provided because we needed it and had to go out to buy it.

Really good location if you are in the Kanata area. Very spacious apartments and super clean

Just be aware, that they only provide the initial supply of things like toilet paper and dishwasher tabs, if you need more you have to get it yourself.

Liked the washing machine, dryer & ironing board with iron. Very useful. Bed was comfortable. Liked the open plan kitchen-lounge.

TV did not work. No kettle. Hairs on toilet seat(!). Not cleaned well! Need brighter bulbs for bedside lamps, to be able to read. Sofa & chair were very uncomfortable & fabric made my skin itch. No scissors in kitchen. Very poor hair dryer. Need a proper nozzle on the end for styling hair. Ended up looking like a broom! Need hooks on the bathroom & bedroom door for hangibg dressing gown. Need more hangers. Only 6 supplied, needed at least 12. Only 1 teatowel provided for 8 days use. A second towel really was needed too. Would be good if the bedroom was large enough to fit a wardrobe, to hang more clothes.

The location was convenient if you had an event in Kanata to attend. It's about a 20 minute drive to downtown Ottawa. Close to a mall with Walmart, grocery store and restaurants. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms is very convenient for larger groups. Sufficient on-site parking. We didn't use the kitchen, but it appeared well supplied.

Both rooms should've been equipped with blackout blinds/curtains instead of Venetian blinds as our room was directly underneath the big parking lot light and both rooms leaked a lot of light with the light shining on the pillow through the blind, so if you need darkness to sleep, this will be a problem.
