I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. I especially loved the easy access to the pool and jacuzzi, which made for a relaxing experience. The view from my room was beautiful, adding to the overall enjoyment. The room itself was spacious, clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

While I really enjoyed my stay, there were a couple of things I noticed that could be improved. The desk lamp in my room flickered all the time, which was a bit distracting. Also, I think it would be helpful if the check-out time could be extended to 1:00 PM instead of 11:00 AM, allowing for a more relaxed departure. Despite these issues, I had a pleasant experience overall and appreciated the amenities the hotel offered.

i really enjoyed the pool and the gym center. and the warm breakfast buffet.

the food at the hotel restaurant was not good. The fries that i ordered were cold, dry and burned. the shrimp and spring roolls were definetly from a frozen box heated in the airfryer. The gentlemen who served me was very nice and offered to re-do my french fries... but to pay 50$ for frozen food was a disappointment. I was not expecting that from a hotel.

We stayed there for 4 nights. There is ample parking in front of the hotel (though for some reason they dislike big trucks). The room was exceptionally clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable and we slept very well for all the nights. The bathroom facilities were all great too. The breakfast was included and it was usual (cereals, scrambled egg, beans, sausage, juices and bread/bagels along with tea, coffee & juices). Ottawa is a lovely city and we were able to explore it well from the hotel. The wifi is free and open. At check-in, they provide a code that you can use to log-in. There was a swimming pool and gym available though I didn't use these. The pool was open and I saw other people using it. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we will choose it again.

It is a brand new hotel and everything was super clean and breakfast was with lots of choices. The people who worked there were so nice and helpful. Our kids had the best time splashing around in the pool and jacuzzi almost every day! We even had a surprise problem that meant we had to leave later than planned, but the staff was so understanding and helped us out. I recommend this hotel to everyone especially if you're bringing the kids!

Staff was exceptional. Accommodations were spotless.

Some very drunk, loud guests, drinking and tailgating in parking lot. This should not be allowed on your grounds. If you allow rowdy teenage teams and their parents to stay at the Hotel, make sure it's the staff that control the noise levels outside and inside the property and not rely on customers to have to complain at 3/4 in the morning to make it stop. By then it's too late

Pool was very clean and a great temperature. Hot tub was soo nice. Room seemed clean. Check in and out was smooth. Large dining area.

Couple dead bugs on bathroom floor, shampoo and conditioner were extremely mini and none located in the shower. Breakfast was barely acceptable. Eggs were good and fresh but home fries were terrible little bricks (stale), chicken sausages were not fresh either, no bacon option, just not a fresh breakfast. No other restaurants in the area

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights on the second floor.The rooms were clean, and complementary breakfast had good varieties of dishes, including make your own waffles, which my daughter liked.

The second floor was a little noisy.The isolation is not great. I could hear the kids above me and next to me. It was hard to relax at everything, but I do understand that kids are kids

Great location!! The appearance of the lobby upon arrival was exceptional as well as the presence of friendly staff. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We used the pool and hot tub area which were both very nice for the kids and relaxing for the adults. Definitely a great place to stay, and we will book with them again when in the area.

Very clean, spacious and modern room and other facilities. Good location if you are by car. Easy to access by car, outlet village and sports center near. Just be aware that there is no walk way to Canadian tire center, came surprise for me. Breakfast was best on my whole trip.

No good public transportation to city center.

Overall, the hotel was very comfortable and the location was good for us.

In the bathroom, it would be good to have a safety bar in the shower, the light around the mirror lit the room but the mirror itself was dark. The pillows weren't comfortable. We have an EV vehicle so stage 2 chargers would be a real draw.
