The hotel is in VERY close proximity to Point Pelee National Park which is why we chose it. It was clean, well organized, and had an elevator for accessibility. Toiletries and other standard items were provided, and extra coffee pods were provided at request. The hotel has an in-house restaurant which was decent. It was actually surprisingly good.

Approximately half of the hotel was non-accessible due to stairs which separated the two wings. Ultimately, this prevented my grandparents from coming with us for our mini vacation. We know for next year to book even further in advance and to request an accessible room. It was a little pricey, but options with this proximity to the park are limited.

The hotel was close to the Point Pelee National Park. The rooms were clean and the restaurant good. The staff were helpful and courteous. The badminton and ping pong and inside playground was great for the kids.

The pool needs work. Disappointing that the slides still not in use (2 years and still not in use). The area around the pool is crumbling in some areas. The games had more broken games that working ones. The working ones didn't always work either and ate the loonies without letting you play!

The staff was very warm and friendly. They were very polite. At the restaurant, Tania or Tanya was very pleasant. She took time to talk to the kids about the menu. She was very sweet. My son loved it when she took a picture of a gigantic waffle. Thanks for helping the kids choose their breakfast. All the staff were very engaging. We liked the indoor play area and different activities for kids. The room was very clean. We enjoyed our stay. We will be back for another visit.

Both water slides not in use and we were not notified before the stay and they have not been in use for 2.5 years..... Understandable during covid but the reason now is they don't pay for a lifeguard.... Some of the coin operating games broken or not is use. Inside playground good and badminton and ping pong fun and air hockey. Room was clean but not ready when we checked in and at first we were 15 minutes early and the receptionist let us know it was because we booked through booking.com even though it was suppose to be ready we checked back 2 times and by then the time was 20 minutes after the time it was suppose to be ready and there was still a problem. We booked more than a month before. Finally a new receptionist sent a worker up to check if room was ready. Bring your phone as there are no phones in your room..... The restaurant was good and staff friendly and very busy as short workers. We had a nice stay but there are limitations to the hotel and most of the staff very friendly and helpful. The middle aged lady that checked us in was rude and requires retraining in dealing with public,. The other people we dealt with were all polite and respectful and helpful.

great location, great facilities (pool, playground, all kind of entertainment- billiard, basketball, tennis, air hockey etc), great meal options for breakfast and dinner, including gluten-free for celiac person. we traveled with a dog.

the room we had was facing the indoor playground so we haven’t daylight and sun, but it’s very comfortably located if you have kids, who wants to go and play,

The restaurant was great! We did have a problem with the a/c in our room. We did mention it to the desk and someone came right away. Nice thing was the switched us to another room right away. Room was very nice I would go again

I wished the water slides were working in the pool area and the games in the arcade were working as well. To bad the tv didn’t have more channels

Open concept for kids to play. Water and coffee continually provided in lobby. Cheap breakfast. Movie in side lobby for kids in the evening..

The water slide wasn't working. Surprised BW doesn't have recycling bins in the rooms and around the atrium. The fees for the video games. There are only a few, but $2 for air hockey. Was also shocked, not a BW issue...how messy some kids were. Leaving garbage laying around...

The indoor pool, and indoor activities. All the staff were fantastic and very helpful. The app, puts things you didn't like first. Not fair... We really liked the hotel, a lot, putting dislikes first makes it look like we didn't like it. But we really really did like it.

Some things were a bit run down. I think they were hit hard by covid. Wall paper in the room was hardly hanging on. The heater/Air-conditioning unit NEVER shut down. But it wasn't too noisy. Upkeep of pool could have been better

Staff was great, restaurant was reasonably priced and food was very good. Room was lovely and comfy.

Room keys kept not opening doors and running down from 3rd floor for new ones after a long day of birding/walking 20kms not fun. Time to upgrade that system. Only one electric car charger and no protocols for usage - there were at least 4 cars trying to charge vehicles over the weekends we were there. Cars needing to charge all night plugging in the afternoon and not moving so others can use even for a few hours was selfish. You will have to upgrade to more chargers and establish usage parameters for guests.

The atrium was a huge a like! Such a great idea, with so many activities and seating area where the adults can rest and relax. It felt like a musical was going to break out with people standing on the balcony and ppl using the facilities down below. It was nice to see so many people coming together and it felt positive with good, happy energy. Also the grounds are big, nice to see it being used and by us alike. The bartender was polite, and informative on places in the area.

One of our room parties had asked for an ice bucket as there room was missing one. They never did get one.
