The hellemsfield was so central to everything in kingsville. It is at the heart of the Main Street giving you access to practically everything with a short walking distance. It was so quaint and cute. Very clean and welcoming! Our hosts (the owners of the property) were so kind and very easy to talk to. We were there at the same time as another couple and got to enjoy a beautiful and wonderful breakfast with them cooked by our hosts. Fresh fruit, orange juice and so many jams were included with a full breakfast, it was truly amazing. It’s hard to pinpoint one thing that we absolutely loved about our stay because there are so many good things to say but by far the best was the bed. So unbelievably comfortable! We had an amazing nights sleep! If you’re thinking about staying here, book it already! You will not regret it and you will likely come back again and again as we plan to do!

The only thing that I would mention is that you can hear everything going on in the house as it is an older home and a shared space. Being a bed and breakfast we knew this coming in and it wasn’t bothersome to us at all.

The host was amazing - very kind, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was top notch - the portion was large and I really appreciated being offered several different hot meal options, which was cooked to order. Lots of tea and coffee on offer, too, and great that there's a fridge available for longer stays. The welcome wine was a nice touch, too. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was small for the price, but the host made up for that with the good things I provided in my review. Also, I was travelling alone so space wasn't an issue for me. The only negative thing to really say is that the room was on the ground floor beside the entry door and close to the breakfast area, so if the other room's patrons are up early, you can hear it. I wear earplugs so it wasn't an issue for me, but it's good to know for future guests. I would definitely stay here again.

The Hellemsfield B&B was just what we needed. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted and shown only the best hospitality. This was more like an apartment than we expected. Everything was clean and well decorated. The bed comfortable and water pressure was fine. They even had a small bottle of wine waiting for us! The breakfast in the morning was delicious and made to our dietary needs.

Better instructions on where to park. There is a few different spots and I didn't know if it was okay to park in front of the garage or in the road.

We had an exceptional stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome and at home. The hosts were incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, always ready to assist with any questions or needs that we had. They also provided a lovely personal welcome gift which was such a delightful touch. The breakfast was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options that set the perfect tone for our day. I highly recommend staying here!

There's a lot to offer in Kingsville, especially with the history, the wineries, the breweries, Point Pelee National Park. Hellemsfield is situated close enough to walk either to town or to the Lake. They served a beautiful breakfast every morning and recommended sites to see and restaurants while we were there. They were very friendly and helpful!

This was our first stay in a B&B and it was lovely! The hosts were fantastic people and very hospitable. We stayed two nights and had breakfast each morning. Both meals were exceptional and really make you feel welcome. The bathroom was clean, shower was great, and bed was very comfortable. We stayed Friday night for a wedding but decided to make a weekend of it and stayed the Saturday as well. Glad we did! We had a lovely day walking around Kingsville. Will definitely stay here again!!

It was our first time with B&B and we absolutely loved the experience. Everything was perfect and we totally got the worth of what we paid. Can't stress enough how beautiful our stay was. We had the living area, kitchenette to ourselves and the place was perfectly clean and tidy. Overall I'd recommend this place to all my friends and family. Totally loved it! We met with the couple. Scott gave us a few tips for our vacation and it helped us a lot. :) I'd definitely stay here if I visit again.

Just the cobwebs on the entrance which could be cleaned. But it didn't affect our stay anyways. We could have sit outside but we didn't because of the bugs and the webs. (Obviously no one can control bugs)

A perfect little gem in Kingsville! The hosts are very welcoming. The room and bathroom were very clean and nicely appointed. Breakfast was delicious and we were able to request for whatever time we preffered in the AM. The location is great - the main drag is less than 5 minutes walking distance. Perk alert : three dogs live on site. We only met two of them but they were the sweetest, friendliest pups. Absolutely would recommend- you won't be disappointed.

Great location right downtown close to restaurants etc. Scott & Carol are wonderful hosts. Very accommodating. BF was very delicious. Bed was sooooooo comfortable. Sitting area inside and outside very comfortable. Large fridge to use. Exceptionally clean everywhere

The steep staircase up to the king suite. The room is very cramped. The traffic is very noisy, but i am a very light sleeper.

Our 2 night stay was amazing! Carol and Scott are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast both mornings was delicious. The house is clean and well kept, and there’s plenty of room to sit and relax inside and outside. The location could not have been more perfect -- we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go while the car remained parked in the driveway! The Chrysler Canada Greenway is nearby and we enjoyed a long morning bike ride! We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Kingsville!!

Some people may find the space a little tight in the Queen room, but it was not a deal breaker for us as we were out exploring the town and attractions both days!
