Location was central to amenities. Exterior property is otherwise lovely despite major onsite construction. Good signage directing guests when arriving onsite to check-in area. Room was tidy and clean. Parking was spacious (large lot). Luggage trolley was available. Hot water in the room was available quickly. In-room kitchenette was handy. Local cable tv was available in room. Despite being a busy place, our stay was quiet and unbothered. Coffee/tea available for guests was hot and fresh. Staff accommodated us by allowing us to keep some plants onsite that we purchased locally and stored them for us in the mailroom until checkout.

Power outage to the whole building due to construction was bothersome and inconvenient but the staff managed it well. No continental breakfast available. Parking at rear of building.

We really liked this place, and would definitely stay again. It was very clean, spacious, comfortable, with good kitchen facilities and easy parking. The campus was clean and felt very safe.

It was hard to find where to check in as it's on a big sprawling campus and even the people at the security gate weren't quite sure where we should go. In all, it took us about twenty minutes to find the correct residence to check in. It would be handy to have a map on the listing. Also, the battery on the electronic door lock failed one night, and we had to get the staff to let us in our room.

Good accomodation for the price. I wish more student campuses would provide accomodation during students summer vacation. It is more affordable. Friendly stuff, you feel welcomed. They provided complimentary coffee, better than more expensive hotels. After all, you just need a clean and safe place to stay during vacation.

It would be helpful to have few small cooking appliances beside microwave.

the price is wonderful and you get 2 rooms. staff are super helpful.

it’s very confusing finding location. perhaps they could say what hall you will be leaving in so you could look at the map of campus before. shower curtain is super long but not wide enough, I think somebody messed up on measurements. parking is not included so they wanted for me to pay 15$ for it, you can get around it. there is free parking options on campus and nearby.

Very clean and quiet, and staff were happy and helpful. Coffee and tea are always available at the front reception area. Vending machines and a tuck shop with snacks. Bring your own cutlery, plates, coffee mugs, glasses, etc. if you are planning on using the microwave for making any meals (we did). I will definitely stay here again. It is a college dorm room with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so it would be a great place for families.

No coffee kettle or maker in room, had we known would have brought our own. Free accessible parking was a bit of a walk in a parking lot a short distance away. You could pay 12.00 a day to park right out front. We made it work.

Front reception was very helpful resolving my room key issue. Had to go up and try a third time before the room key worked for my room. Complimentary car charging was much appreciated but it seems like it would have only worked over the weekend. Weekdays during business hours would have required us to pay at the metre to have the car charged because we have a designated area to park.

Beds were smaller than expected, but we made it work. Water and coffee were not always refilled throughout the morning so some days, we had to go out and purchase.

I read the previous comments so I was aware that there was a kitchen but it was not stocked. I then took my own coffee mug, kettle, etc. We took a few snacks. It is a college dorm but I did not need a five star accommodation. I needed a clean and accessible space to sleep that was safe and did not break the bank. I would recommend it to anyone that would rather spend money on their experiences than where they sleep.

I did my research so I knew it was what we needed for the night. If I needed more, I would have stayed a the Delta, the Hilton ore the Sheraton.

Good location. Close enough to downtown. No extra fees for anything like parking. Easy parking. Really nice staff.

Coffee wasn’t always available during the 6-11am it was supposed to be available. The staff made more once you told them it was empty. But it was a 15 minute wait then. The fridge in our room smelled horrible. It was clean to look at but the smell was awful.

The room was spacious and met all of our needs. We were able to relax and eat meals comfortably in our room, saving the cost of eating out at restaurants. Staff was friendly. Great value for our money.

More access to coffee throughout the day would have been nice, as pots were often empty when we tried to get coffee at the coffee station during the hours that it said it was available (7 a.m, - 11 a.m.). It would also be nice to have access to coffee throughout the day (I.e. evening), or a way to make our own coffee.

The residence has no students during breaks, but it's a student residence. The apartment is huge (it's projected to have 4 students), it has 2 bathrooms, fridge, microwave and a sink, air conditioning, sofa, cable TV and Wi-Fi. The room has a desk to study and drawer chest and clothes hanger. There's a shared laundry and range. The staff is very solicitous and kind. It's in Fanshawe main campus - I'm a Fanshawe student actually, and I stayed there for 2 weeks before my course start, so it was perfect for me. Many bus lines and supermarkets nearby.

It's a student residence (I knew that, but don't expect to be in a hotel). The range in my floor wasn't working, but I didn't mind even ask why - the apartment microwave worked, that was enough for us.
