Hotel is easy to get to from the highway. Very clean. Nice shower. Good breakfast although breakfast room could do with more eating, less lounging space. In the room there were lots of charging ports placed in convenient spots.

Bed was a little soft. Room wasn't comfortable to lounge in. Main chair had no ottoman and wasn't comfy. No sofa so the another guest would need to use the desk chair or bed. TV poorly placed for viewing. Clothing drawers were wire racks so small objects would fall through.

Friendly staff at front desk who immediately signed us up for Hilton Honours, had us in room within 10 minutes. Highly recommend. Great comfy beds a full complimentary breakfast. Breakfast staff to truly showed exceptional respect for guests. Dulce and Elsie great receptionist. Checking out excellent

No issues to bring up. Maybe more lighting in parking lot in case of breakins that are prevalent in London but we had no issues

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location with easy access to 401 and nearby amenities like White Oaks Mall. The hotel was clean and breakfast was delicious.

The heater in the pool wasn't working and the water was freezing. The hotel tried to remedy the situation with a hot water hose, but it didn't do much. Beds were comfortable enough but very loud and squeaky.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable, especially the pillows. The breakfast was fantastic! My son loved the cheesy omelette and waffles. I can't complain about anything. We had a very good experience.

We had a nice stay. I can't think of anything that could have been better. It suited us perfectly and the staff were helpful and friendly.

It was nice that they had a room across from each other so the children could stay in one and we as parents had our own room . The staff was very lovely and caring.

The swimming pool was on the cooler side which was a disappointment to our children.

The hotel's been renovated and is clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and the continental breakfast is pretty good.

The sofa bed in the room was excruciatingly uncomfortable. I was unable to sleep through the night even though I'm not AT ALL picky about mattresses. I had back pain the next morning. When I brought this up to the staff's attention, they were fairly dismissive and said they can't do anything about it.

I love the facility and the staff. Great breakfast in the morning as well. Always clean, rooms were comfortable.

There were baseball tournaments and kids yelling and running up & down the halls. It was not a peaceful experience, and I couldn't utilize the pool for the number of kids.

The things I valued most about my recent stay are 1) the quick and friendly check-in/check out and 2) the variety of options for breakfast. These both made my stay great.

There was nothing i found to be negative.

I left the hotel before breakfast was open, but the staff had a “breakfast bag” ready for me that morning

The staff was very helpful, giving me directions to a car wash & recommending a restaurant for dinner which was wonderful. I would recommend this hotel.

The room was quite nice, lots of space and very comfortable. The hotel was easy access to the main roads. There were plenty of restaurants and stores near by.

The breakfast was OK, really more average. There werent many options.
