Loved our clean two bedroom suite. Bedrooms were on opposite sides on the living area. Each bedroom had a full sized bath.There was a TV in each room & a huge TV in the living area. Suite had a kitchenette w/fridge, mircowave, dishwasher, & two burner stovetop. Cutlery, dishware, & glassware included. Continental breakfast was awesome. Joy, who looked after the breakfast was wonderful at replenishing all items fast. She was pleasant & fun to talk to. All the staff are so pleasant and nice, even with the renovations that are happening. Even our cat had a pleasant stay!

I stayed here before and after my wedding. One reason was because their breakfast for the weekend was able to start at 6:30am, as I was going to be getting my bridal hair done at 7am. When I checked in on the friday, they told me breakfast started at 7:30am. They exceeded my expectations, on getting staff in for me to have a full continential breakfast. Their breakfast was waffles, oatmea;, cereal, yoghurt, few different kinds of eggs, sausages, bacon, fruit, english muffins, muffins, coffee, tea and juice. They went also left me a gift in my room with a nice card and a bottle of wine. They also transferred my belongings from one room to our different room the day of the wedding.

Their windows of hotel were very streaky, needed to maybe use a squeegy then using a cloth.

The helpful and friendly staff!! The young man in charge of the breakfast buffet was polite and dedicated to making the meal enjoyable for everyone. Thank you!

While our room was clean and comfortable, I had to ask for some towels and face cloths as there weren't enough for the number of people in our room and the tv wasn't working when we arrived. Small things but the staff were very helpful to correct them.

Very friendly staff at front desk and dining room. Buffet breakfast was decent, had a good amount of variety. Pool was nice and warm.

Hotel is doing renovations, unfortunately our room was located near the renovation area, had to deal with constant drilling on Saturday and Monday morning. Thankfully there wasn’t any drilling on Sunday.

Breakfast was excellent….especially, the young yellow working there!!!

One of the Supervisors reprimanded a staff in front of us. We were NOT impressed with her attitude. The young man working was very courteous to us and the other customers!!! But, she certainly wasn’t!!!

The breakfast was delicious! A good amount of variety. The room was very tidy. How the room was set up as a whole was a great setup. The service was amazing as soon as we walked in. I was looking for a place that I had never stayed before, and everything I encountered checked every mark. I'd highly recommend this place

The pool was nice and warm. The room was big and spacious, clean and well maintained. The breakfast was awesome and one of the better breakfasts we've had at a hotel with many options and the breakfast Attendant was attentive and made sure everything was fresh and people were comfortable and fed.

The pool had no towels when we went and was a tad messy for 9am. However, the staff were on it when we were in the pool and making sure everything was tended to.

The kitchen facilities were above my expectations. All equipment was in good working order, and very clean. The bathroom soaps were very good as well. The breakfast was better than the hotel across the street and same with the pool. The price was better as well.

An ice bucket in the room and an ice maker on at least one floor. The fridge has an ice maker, but when you are only staying for one night, the ice maker in the fridge isn't going to make ice quick enough.

Room was great. Loved the kitchen setup and great beds

Price was higher than expected. I think was converted from. American. Surprised the pool wasn’t available. The other hotel was not that convenient as was travelling with an elderly frail mom.

I have stayed at many Staybridge hotels and was clean room and cozy.

Breakfast sausage was very greasy not browned. Scrambled eggs were overcooked and dry. The first Breakfast was good ommletes were great Bacon was great.
