The only minus I see was the breakfast - the service was very slow and had to wait a lot until I get my breakfast(there were not many people). One of my colleagues didn't get her breakfast, cause they forgot it. Beside this, everything else was good.

Everything was just fine. There was nothing wrong. Breakfasts were well prepared and tasty.

I took a bit longer to give my order to waitress, some them looked a bit bored and not really interested. But it is not anything unusual. -NOT HOTELS MISTAKE- What was the thing that made me stay uncomfartable and more comlicated was that I supposu to stay in hotel With same Name "Hilton Garden Inn" but on the different address with my colleague. And unfortunatelly we were separated. So while booking the hotel check the addresses.

Room facilities are very good, cleanliness very good also, staff are wonderful and the location is great. recommended for transit travelers and people who are in the cite for couple of hours or maximum a single night. there is an airport shuttle every one hour.

Breakfast is very very poor, need to be improved. the food is not fresh and the breakfast items are limited. There is high noise in the hotel because of airplanes sounds and the location near Airport especially the evening time.

I am a returned customer, the hotel is spotless clean and feels hygienic The staff are courteous and the facilities in general are exceptional specially the car park.

It would have been nice to have drinking water in the rooms even if charged at check out. It was not convenient for me to come down to Reception at midnight to buy water from the front desk. For the room charges it would have been nice to have a bottle of water with a complimentary note.

Since we have kids 12 & 6 and they love to swim. The pool and the hot tub was a big hit for us. Bonus because it is heated. The room was clean the bed were comfortable.

The ice machine wasn’t working on our floor the day we got there. Housekeeping you have to let them know. So if you run out of like coffee, cups or anything like that you have to ask the front desk. And no free breakfast. I thought breakfast was included. Found out when we got there it wasn’t. As a family of 4, saves us a lot of snacks and food if breakfast would have been included.

Great for the price. Very good amenities like the indoor pool, the gym and spacious car parking. The rooms were big enough as I took a room for 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 4 years). The beds are super comfy and in room amenities are great, especially the microwave oven. If you have a transit, this is the place

The house keeping service as I guess it is all over Canada. Full room cleaning is only applied after several days. For day to day service, they provide only trash can emptying, towels, and washroom requirements. The next day I have asked for the limited housekeeping service and it was provided adequately But for later days, I was given a hard time as I was told that it should be booked 24 hours in advance. The front disk told me to keep the filled trash cans outside the doors, but the house keeping staff asked me not to do so. So, it was really obvisous that there is no co-ordination of operations at some level in the hotel

We used this hotel as a stay over between flights. The room, lobby, and staff were all great.

I chose this hotel (further from airport than some options) due to the great rate and shuttle service. However, the shuttle was no longer running at 22:00 when we arrived at the airport. It did start at 6:00 so we were able to use it in the morning.

Had a nice stay in a great hotel that was close to the airport, highway and other attractions. The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was well-appointed, with lots of towels, counter space and toiletries. TV was quite large, with lots of lights in room, in addition to phone chargers/plugs. Bed was comfy. Parking was ample and no charge to park. Restaurants and gas/convenience stores just around the corner. Loved the seat/luggage holder/shoe holder - great idea! Blinds closed nicely to keep mid-day sun out.

The price was a little high, but the room was very nice. Being picky here, but the clock radio was quite small and it was hard to read the time, even at night. The main entrance is locked at night, so you have to use your key card to enter the hotel - just annoying.
