Excellent updated rooms, comfortable bed, great shower

Poor soundproofing between rooms, limited breakfast

Overnighting before an early flight from Toronto Airport, so well-located. Room was adequaete and clean, shower good, and bed was comfortable.

The offering labelled as "breakfast" was very poor. My wife deemed the bagel as "inedible". The "eggs" tasted artificial and nothing like I've ever eaten before. A bad experience - will never return or recommend. to anyone. Honestly, we don't expect a gourmet meal at a budget hotel, but really, this hotel should not bill itself as "including breakfast"....especially given that there are several coffee shops and breakfast places within walking distance.

Nice hotel near the aeroport. We arrived late in the afternoon at Toronto Airport from Italy and we needed a place to stay for the night without driving late. The hotel was clean, silent and confortable. The room was quite new with air conditioning and a coffe machine. The courtains didn't allow the sun to light us in the morning. The structure had also free parking. They had a an ice machine.

Breakfast was poor and not healthy, even if they prepared potatoes, beans and scrumbled eggs. We ate in the hall in front of the reception with paper plates and glasses.

We have learned to choose hotels by the restaurants in the neighbourhood. There is a decent Mediterranean place a five minute walk away that, while drafty, serves amazing food. The room was clean and didn't smell strongly of cleaners, as some do. Comfortable beds.

Lighting in hotels has gotten quite bizarre of late. The switch at the door should light up the room sufficiently to know there isn't a dead body in the bed. In 201, the light beside the door did nothing to illuminate the room. Very dim orange sconce. Other lamps and lights throughout the room could be turned on with switches but none were positioned to read in bed. In the end, we lifted the heavy marble based desk lamp onto the night stand. A bit of a hassle. The office chair would not really be useful for working as it tipped back as soon as you sat in it.

Room was clean and well furnished. Bathroom had good products and all facilities were clean and well functioning. The female staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The male staff were surly and not nice to the female staff who were so good with the customers. I observed this with two different male staff on two different days who were doing the "desk work" and they were both rude and critical of the morning female staff. Given that the breakfast and business area is shared, I recommend that the male staff get some training on how to manage staff.

We requested an early check in and it was accommodated. The staffs were good and kind.Breakfast was good. The place was accessible by public transport. Tim Hortons, SUBWAY, Pizza Nova, Taco Bell all were near by and walkable. Hotel rooms were clean and neat.It's kind of little pricey but you get what you pay for and Overall a very good experience.The staffs were exceptionally good and kind and kudos to them :)

Travel to/from Toronto through public transport is a little difficult- the day i travelled was bad where a Milton Go line had halted services in the evening. But travelling in and around mississauga, reaching out hotels/restaurants, Square one all were good. But if you need to travel to Toronto i wouldn't say its not doable but do check Go Services otherwise the easiest option is airport UP Express & Miway just in case if you plan to use public transport and avoid uber/taxi like myself.

This hotel is very clean and well maintained; there was ample parking, the parking lot itself was well lit and provided easy access to both cross streets. I especially liked the location being just minutes from the 403, mere minutes from the airport and had a wide variety of places to eat within walking distance. I must say something about the staff who were all pleasant, polite and very attentive. I can't say enough about this hotel, the place rocks. This is going to be my go to hotel of choice anytime I'm in or around Toronto.

The TV channels are absolute crap but that's not anything I would hold against the hotel, simply connect your streaming device of choice to the wifi, plug it into the tv and you're good to go. Also, hotel itself doesn't look like much when you first lay eyes on it, it lacks curb appeal, but that all changes once you set foot inside.

Super clean and freshly Remodeled, staff was fantastic. Breakfast had some hot options which was nice, eggs, potatoes, beans, oatmeal and pancakes along with the usual toast, muffins, fruit etc. Shower was fantastic with lots of water pressure. Beds were comfy but we only had doubles so they were small. Big TV in the room, smaller room but had everything we needed.

The elevator was the absolute slowest on the planet and crazy small and noisy. The room was pretty dark, not alot of lights which was hard when the sun went down and early in the morning when we had to get up early for our flight.

The room was great for I needed - a little time for work, and some time for relaxing. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating - I was able to check in a bit early as I arrived at the hotel earlier than expected, and got a late checkout so I didn't have as long of a stay at the airport before departure. And the breakfast hit the spot!! The continental breakfast was better than what most places offer!

The elevator may be the slowest elevator in Canada. I took the stairs after using the elevator once. The only other real downside is the hotel is located a bit further away from most train stations so you need to take a bus to get to them but even that is simple as the bus stops were all within a half block of the hotel.

My stay at the Inn was truly enjoyable. Nestled in a fantastic location, it was surrounded by a handful of fast food restaurants and a convenient Starbucks, though it was a bit disappointing that the latter closed at 9 pm. Nevertheless, the proximity to such amenities made it convenient for quick bites and morning coffee runs. Another highlight was the Square One Mall, just a mere 10-minute drive away, providing ample shopping and entertainment options. overall positive experience of my stay.
