Got upgraded to a room with a kitchenette that was lovely. It was a spacious, comfortable, and clean room. Staff went above and beyond. Quick drive to the airport to take the train in and there were decent park/ride deals. Quiet place. Cleanest pool and hot tub I've ever seen, but that slide is never going to work again.

Water temp in shower was unpredictable. But I reported it once it went very hot and not just warm-cool-warm and the staff gave me a discount on the room to compensate. Hopefully it was fixed. We were in town for the Taylor Swift concert so everything was very expensive, so the value is probably not what it normally was.

I like that the rooms are always very clean. There is no odour of smoke. There is a restaurant and a bar downstairs. The fitness room is open 24 hours. The hotel gives a home feel and unlike other hotels I stayed at I didn't have to worry about random strangers knocking on my door.

I didn't like that I wasn't greeted like other guests I saw being checked in. The front desk attendant seemed to be irritated by my presence. Even when my guest came she was given an attitude as well. As a hotel front desk employee myself, that first 3 seconds of customer contact is important. She looked like she couldn't be bothered to deal with me. I avoided calling downstairs for anything because her demeanor was negative. In terms of the room, the living room tv wasn't working but that wasn't a huge deal and the water takes forever to get hot.

I loved the size of the suites. We got a 2-queen plus sofa bed and it was like a mini apartment. The bathroom was a great size. The thermostat was great and we got the room super cold for sleeping. The beds were very comfy and there was a choice of soft or firm pillows. The room had lots of outlets - both USB and standard plug. We took the shuttle from the airport. Called front desk after we cleared Customs with our bags and told them what terminal we were in. We were told the pick up spot and waited the alloted time. The shuttle was a large Ford Transit that seated about a dozen people. The driver was helpful and very pleasant. We had Denny's for breakfast which was just what we needed after a vacation eating "foreign" food.

loved the closeness to restaurants! Mc Donald’s across road for quick supper ! lived the big space ! the second night I booked they up graded to a kitchen room : I didn’t have a chance to use pool I asked for quiet area , and a higher up room to watch planes and they gave it to me 🤩 shuttles are great ! loved the rain shower . they provide soap and shampoo/ conditioner they gave a late check in around 130 am staff is friendly also the separate room is a great feature !

not much to dislike ! beds are on softer side a few updates could be used but really I have no issues I loved my stays here !!

The room was very spacious and clean. The view wasn't the best but it was ok. The beds are comfortable and the choice of soft or firm pillows makes the stay even more enjoyable. The Denny's restaurant on ground floor offers room service or pick-up orders (if you want to save on a 20% surcharge for room service). The hotel offers to change towels/toileteries on demand and the personnel is very quick when asked to do so.

The slide in the pool area has been closed for over a year now which is very deceiving. The pool water wasn't the cleanest either. We had a three night stay and didn't notice any employee keeping the area clean. The towels in the pool area could be refreshed more often as there is not always some available for the bathers.

We had booked 2 rooms as a stopover from the airport before our vacation, and were pleasantly surprised to find this remarkable hotel with really modern rooms with separate sleeping areas. This worked well for us as we had our adult son with us and he slept on the sofabed in the living room area. Even though the rooms are small, in our unit, there was a countertop with 2 chairs and a full fridge which is rather unusual for a hotel. This arrangement worked well for our family as we could easily store our groceries for our trip up north, as well as prepare a quick breakfast. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the shuttle service to and from the airport was an added plus. We also appreciated the free parking! While we didn't have time to enjoy it, the indoor swimming pool with its huge slide looked like a fun activity!

Nothing to do with the hotel itself, but be warned - do NOT eat at Denny's - the restaurant inside the hotel! While the service is great, the food is a disaster!

The hotel was very clean overall and the Jacuzzi suite was a great first experience for us. Staff was very helpful the few times we needed something and the 24 hour Denny's is definitely a huge plus.

Very small things but it seems like the Jacuzzi doesn't receive as much maintenance as it should. I checked the filters and they looked quite gummed up and gross. The covers and even jets were unscrewed enough that when the jets turned on they came off and we had to screw a few of them back in. The pool was great but the bathrooms are in need of some work, the slide in the pictures doesn't work and judging from older reviews, hasn't worked in some time.

I appreciate the behaviour from the second receptionist after letting her know that I waited from her previous colleague for one hour and half to check the availability of the room, she upgrade my room from standard to room with kitchen, which I really enjoyed it with my kids.

I requested early check in but it was no response, when I reach the hotel at 1230 Lady at reception let me wait with my kids at the reception for one hour and half without any update as she gives all rooms to previous guests early check in. no breakfast options specially for kids, only Bar to order food,

There was so much to like about this hotel! I only stayed one night prior to flying out of YYZ, but given the room had a separate sitting area and kitchenette with full fridge/freezer, microwave, sink etc. this would be a great place for a couple or family to spend a few nights. The hottub was bigger than most hotels and the salt water pool and deck was very clean and bright. Staff were delightful. Shuttle to airport was quick. I appreciated the 12pm check out. Location - easy to get to from 401. Lots of restaurants within walking distance, including Denny's downstairs and McDonald's right across the road. 10-15 minutes from the airport.

The room was a bit dark. And, a personal preference, but the shower was a rainfall shower that I'm not a fan of when trying not to get my hair wet. Very minor issues. Definitely not enough to keep me from staying again.

Great hotel, loved the room, the beds. Loved that there was a 24hr Denny's attached to the hotel - an affordable restaurant option for a late flight arrival.

We were strongly encouraged to book a time for our shuttle. Our preferred time of 5:30am was fully booked so we booked the 5:40am shuttle. The next morning, we arrived in the lobby at 5:25am. The 5:30am shuttle was there but the driver hung around the lobby, having a coffee. - eventhough people were waiting to get on the shuttle. That shuttle did not leave until 5:45am - thankfully the shuttle was not full and we were able to get on.
