The rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable.

I found that the price should have at least included breakfast, slippers and a house coat.

Friendly staff. Very clean. The services dogs (Dunken and Blaze) that greet you.

Pay for parking and no free breakfast.

The hotel and our room were clean. We had a good sleep as the bed was so comfortable. We love the pool! my son won't stop talking about it, it's clean and the water temperature is perfect. My son keeps asking me if we can go back and stay at the hotel again. We will definitely be back!

The attendant at the lobby won't let us use the cart until we checked in. My husband ended up waiting at the drop-off area for quite some time. When we are finally able to use the cart, he keeps giving us the "what are you waiting for" look as we were waiting for my husband to get back from the parking lot. It's kinda rude and makes me uncomfortable.

Cleanliness

Asked for a trolley to take our goods when we wanted to checkout. We wanted a trolly because we were traveling with a baby. We waited for 45 mins but it was a no show. So we ended up carrying everything on our own. Need to walk quite a bit from the north tower to the front entrance. I had called twice to the concierge service . They kept saying they were not sure why the trolley or bell boy did not arrive. Complained to the front desk at checkout and nothing was really done other than saying sorry. When we got to the front desk with all our belongings we saw the bellow boy scrolling through his phone at his counter. Was disappointed with the overall service.

The room we stayed in was exemplary! It was immaculately cleaned and maintained. It’s anxious that pride and care is put in to maintaining this establishment and it’s noticed and appreciated. I love the finishing touches that just add that little extra to bring it to the next level. The fact that the soaps and lotion were Crabtree and Evelyn brand, the numerous connection cables provided to accommodate any and every possible form of laptop, the comfort of the bed, etc… I will definitely be back again.

It is a little pricey considering breakfast was an extra cost.

We had another great stay at this hotel. It's become a family tradition between Christmas and New Years for us to enjoy the pool for a few days and have a change of scenery. It's hard to find places so welcoming of families and staff that are so friendly and keen to make sure everyone is happy. My kids have special needs to sometimes we have challenges but we've never run into any issues at this hotel. This time, the waitress at the restaurant onsite even told me 'you're doing a great job with your kids' and I've never been told that in public. Ever. It made me so happy. Thanks to the entire staff and management who must set a really chilled tone. We had another great vacation!

The pool and water slide were⁹ exceptional. The hot tub was great. Very friendly staff throughout the hotel and restaurant. Very helpful. Easy access to Hwy 401. The beds were very comfortable. I liked having a balcony and mini refrigerator. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The cost of the restaurant food and drinks were quite expensive. Breakfast wasn't included. A buffet breakfast cost $25. I feel this was too much. Parking should be free; was charged $14 a day and I had a handicap placard; never did get a handicap spot. They need more handicap parking spaces. The balcony didn't have any furniture; there should have been at least a couple of chairs and a small table.

The waterslide was a big hit, and the main reason why we chose this property. The other reason was that it was close to the Park'N'Fly and the Pearson Airport. The beds were comfortable, and the room had all the amenities we needed, including a mini fridge. The staff was prompt, professional, and friendly during check-in; there were no issues. Thank you!

There were a few bandages laying around the pool deck and stairs to the waterslide. This area could have been cleaner. If I could ask for one thing that this hotel didn't have, it would've been some kind of breakfast to-go option. We had a very early flight to catch, so dining in the restaurant wasn't an option. A to-go bag with breakfast items would have been a nice convenient option to eat on route to the airport or prior to security. Thanks.

The pool water and the salt/chemicals in the water absolutely ruined my hair and destroyed my boyfriend's beard. I have tried to save my hair with masks and conditioner, but it is just not getting any better. I am trying my best to not have to cut off. I am absolutely devastated. My hair goes half way down my back and is now almost shoulder length due to it breaking off, it is beyond frizzy and now won't dry completely. We had to shave my boyfriend's beard completely off, as we shaved it, it came off in one piece. The hairs all shriveled and matted together, even with lots of products and gentle combing. Please put up some kind of notice to guests, the water WILL absolutely destroy your hair.

The Dogs Blazer & Duncan it was so nice to be greeted by them It made me so happy and calm I felt like I was home . The staff was wonderful smiling and helpful. treated my granddaughters with just as much respect as myself This was very appreciated nice and clean

the vents this was my only dislike , I was a cleaner in my very years and this is one of my go to first we had to clean them at least twice a year
