This was our second year staying here and we love the location, the price, exceptional front desk staff ( Erin and Izabella), and cleanliness.
You switched to loft beds. I took the double bed in one room …my daughter tried the loft bed but it didn’t work. There isn’t a proper ladder to the loft and the safety bar wasn’t high enough. Staff were GREAT and we tried 2 cots but the mattresses were very thin and sagged badly. We ended up getting another room for my daughter for 2 nights. I think the college didn’t take the age of summer guests into account when they switched the residence rooms. My other concern was that building is showing its age..the lighting was an issue in kitchen and bathrooms. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if the bed situation changed during the summer months.

The residence is located in a walking distance to the Outlet mall with a food court which is very convenient. It's not far from the Niagara Falls hence you can save some money as hotels at Niagara are expensive. The rooms are modest but very clean and have everything that you need for the stay: 3 beds, a shower with towels, kitchenette with a fridge, sink, microwave and a dinning table. It's a dormitory from September to April so rooms are given to tourists for the rest of the year. The staff is very very friendly and tries to accommodate any of your ask.
Rooms may need renovation in the near future as they feel a bit damp and walls and carpets are outdated.

Honestly, you can’t beat the price. We especially appreciated having two rooms! It was quiet and comfortable.Nothing fancy but it was nice to have a table to play cards. The place was very clean. Staff was helpful and pleasant. I wish I had brought a mug to make tea but otherwise, it was excellent. And to be fair, there was a Tim Hortons at the college just steps away.
I could have used one more pillow and like I said, a mug to make tea in the microwave would be nice. But overall, I was very, very happy with the place.

The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well. Everything was clean. Staff were great. I got soaked in a downpour and one of the staff offered a pass for the dryer. The handicap spot came in handy. Location was perfect for shopping, going into NOTL, and visiting wineries.
The lighting in the bathroom was dreadful! The shower stall was a bit slippery. The kitchen light was missing a cover and the switch to turn on the light was almost behind the fridge.

friendly attendants, close to outlet mall for great shopping, ability to cycle from the residence to reach bike trails, comfy beds, fridge and microwave, reasonably priced. We were supposed to share the second bedroom in our unit with friends but they couldn’t come due to sickness. I forgot to notify the manager until the end of our 5-day stay, that there were just 2 and not 4 people in the unit. I didn’t get my money back but I was happy to get $30 worth of Tim Hortons’ gift cards in lieu.
Coffee in machines downstairs was subpar. The area is busy with traffic, as a major highway is nearby. However, the residence is quite remote, so I wouldn’t want to be without a car at night.

A comparison with St. Lawrence College (SLC) as both are residence inn. 1. Room is much more spacious (46m2) and beds with much better and firm mattress 2. More paper tissue provided 3. TV is provided in both bed rooms 4. HVAC is more efficient with lower noise
1. No air dryer 2. It seems that the male receptionist on Sunday is way too busy training his coworker and ignores my presence for check-in

Having 2 bedrooms was good. Campus of Niagara College was interesting to walk around, and we had a complementary wine tasting.
There was no common seating area except kitchen table. Besides the Outlet Mall, there are no restaurants close by. Having to bring your own kitchen supplies (cutlery, plates, cookware etc) is a bit of a drag.

Size, and cleanliness were great-staff fantastic!
Air conditioning was not working and with no real windows to open, the rooms were hot and very stuffy- the staff really helped by bringing up fans for us! Still, we should have been informed prior to our arrival and given a chance to cancel. We know it wasn't your fault as the transition from winter heat to AC didn't go as it was supposed to.

We liked having two separate rooms, with a television in each one. We also appreciated the kitchen... nice to have a full fridge to keep our drinks/water cold, and to store our leftovers. We also liked that it is walking distance from the Outlet malls, and a close drive in to see shows at The Shaw Festival.

The rooms are in a student dormitory, so no expectations of high end rooms etc. Location was perfect, price very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. 2 bedroom suite was clean, ensuite bathroom with a shower, all the kitchen needs for a 2 day stay with large fridge and microwave. We enjoyed our time there and we will return.
