Location. Close to uOttawa station. Pleasant area and little traffic. Room was good size. Clean and comfortable furnishings with good bathroom. Good to see dispensers in shower for shampoo, gel etc. Good coffee machine. On site laundry was one reason I chose this hotel. Very reasonable price forecast 30 minute wash and tumble dry. Detergent powder on sale at reception.

Could do with a non slip shower cubical floor or rubber mat. WiFi didn't work too well. Could do with mains plugs next to the beds. There was a USB port but really low output taking ages to recharge a phone. One lift out of two was out of order and being several floors of rooms on a busy weekend, there were delays waiting for a space to go up or down.

The staff are wonderful - very attentive and friendly! The location is central, our suite was well laid out and spotlessly clean, and the underground parking onsite was convenient.

Our suite was very warm. There’s no controllable A/C in the room and the central A/C hadn’t been turned on yet during our stay in early May. The bedroom in particular only has a tiny window that actually opens and even with it being open throughout our stay and using fans we were very kindly provided with, it was still 25 degrees Celsius and rather uncomfortable especially for our baby when sleeping at night. Other than that, our stay was perfect!

they let me check in early as always they are very condiderate…the housekeepings are friend as well as the reception and kuya pinoy help me with my luggage…overall it was a very good stay again as always..

It was well situated. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and functional

One of the lifts was out of order which meant that there was a long wait to access the upper floors. There was a mix up over our rooms. The staff were rather inflexible. We had to change into a room which had been vacated by our family and then housekeeping didn’t change the sheets in time for us before the evening. It would have been easier to have spent our extra night in our existing room

The separate bedroom was perfect for our group, and the beds were super comfortable. Reasonably priced self-parking on-site.

The bedroom was very cramped with limited access to electrical outlets. Although some things had been renovated, the room was still very dated. The bathroom was also very small and cramped. We didn’t need the kitchenette but for some who are staying longer, this would be a great feature to have. The TV quality was not great, but we weren't there to watch TV. The room was very stuffy, so it was good that we were able to open the windows. The underground parking lot was down a VERY steep access, and parking our mid-sized SUV was a challenge. Overall, the room was okay; clean and comfortable. If basic is what you're looking for, this is the place.

Check in was great. No issues. Room was located on the 10th floor with a great view of downtown Ottawa. The room was spacious, clean and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was also clean and newly redone. Very quiet at night. We will stay here again in the future. Location is perfect and offers lots within walking distance.

Not much to be said here. Didn't run into any issues during our stay. I guess the only inconvenience during our stay was the only ice machine at the hotel is located on the ground floor. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

The room it self, the king size bed and bathroom. Also the room service was very good and tasty. Thank you very much ! The location of the hotel is very nice and the staff was very welcoming :)

The only little problem was the TV because we didn’t have the possibility to see which program or film we were watching (no title or any informations). And also the size of the picture did not fit with the size of the screen. There was a little bit of distortion. I know it take a cost for the hotel but it would be very nice to have the possibility to cast on the TV or have a streaming channel, but I supposed it demand to change all the TV’s and that not an easy thing to manage for sure.

The staff were great and very attentive. The hotel is nice and clean. The suite was very spacious and was nice to have a private balcony Cooper's restaurant is a great place to eat breakfast lunch or dinner..

There was a mixup with bookings on the part of the hotel but they were apologetic and quick to straighten it out and offer free breakfast. The bathroom has a barn door that offers no sound deadening or real privacy and the walls are thin.

Location, room size ( executive King ) The staff was great. Everything worked as it was supposed to (kitchen appliances, tv’s, shower, etc…) It was quiet yet only 2-3 minutes walk to Elgin street and all the restaurants. Close to other attractions ( Byward Market, Parliament) On site Coopers restaurant is a big plus also.

Humidity smell in the suite (probably the carpet in the living room)

Our room was spacious. TV worked well. We had a nice balcony. Bed was excellent. Location was very good to get around by foot to the Rideau Canal or downtown. The station UOttawa of the O-train can easily reached by foot from the hotel. The hotel offered parking for a fee including choice of underground or outside parking. The bathroom was very good. Air condition was in times a little noisy but it worked well. Elevators worked well. Staff at the reception was helpful and excellent. There is a restaurant in the hotel offering breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We missed a safe in the room though it would have been possible to use safe storage at the reception.
