The location was right in the centre of Stratford in walking distance to everything. The self checkin worked well and loved information provided in the room and access to the concierge by phone and text. Green room was small but very well appointed. The information provided says free parking is available at the Courthouse across the street until 10am, so we parked there. We got a ticket issued at 8:35am. The owner dealt with it very quickly- very impressive!

The Playroom was very small and we had trouble getting the TV to access the channel we wanted (worked on Green room TV)

The mattress was super comfortable, best one away from home! The room was very clean and the washroom was spotless, towels seemed rather new and soft. The sheets could use being replaced, rather worn, but the pillows were very good. It would be nice to have more hangers in the closet. The air conditioner worked great!

The refrigerator setting was too high and all the food/snacks we bought froze and had to be thrown away. Otherwise, this was a fantastic place in a perfect location. The sheets on the bed are about due for replacement, quite worn.

Great location right in downtown Stratford. Less than 5 minute walk to the theatre and all the local restaurants. They posted information about places to eat and go in the room. Room nicely appointed with two chairs (not often you get more than one), board games and a small fridge for your convenience. Neat decorations to help guests understand the connection between Thomas Edison and the inn. Easy to follow instructions for entry emailed on the day of our stay. Bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept on in any hotel room! Wonderful comfort with lots of extra bedding / linens if you needed it. Parking just around the corner reserved for the room.

No contact with proprietors on site. Everything done by email / app. I like to get to know my hosts when I go to Stratford. Always something to tell!

Our room was very nice, with modern furnishings and updated fixtures. Located right on one of Stratford's main streets, we had a great view and were only footsteps away from all the major restaurants and shopping, as well as the theatre. Thomas Edison once lived there, and the room had a cool illustration of his many inventions. We also really enjoyed the virtual reception, which provided for quick check-in. A nearby parking spot was also included.

An issue with the TV/Netflix was quickly resolved through the online support of the Inn's manager. Everything was up and running in minutes -- great customer service!

Loved the design of the suite and that it was located in downtown Stratford. Instructions were clear about contactless entry and there was little street noise throughout the night.

While parking was included, arriving with nowhere to park was disappointing. The spots reserved are easy to "steal" despite the signs saying the spots are reserved for Edison's Inn. Fortunately, the manager contacted me and was able to resolve the issue.

Mattress was good, bedding was comfortable, decor was beautiful, view was great, key access was convenient, location was central to everything we needed. The taco shop attached was amazing too!

Shower controls were a little awkward to access, water was very hard, no conditioner in the shower (only shampoo) and with the hard water we needed conditioner! AC was in a poor spot. Blowing right at our faces as we slept (we understand this is out of their control). Shower curtain also had some red staining from mold on the bottom as well as the shower tiles, might be time for a new curtain.

I liked that the inn is on the main street but still very private and quiet. The room is modern and clean, especially the bathroom. It has all the amenities I expect and a few extras - books, games I like the contactless entry and the fact that the host was immediately available by mobile phone.

Because of the weather, the parking was a bit inconvenient. Having said that, this inn is fortunate to have parking at all and it's designated.

Location was perfect, close to the Theatres and centre of town, and close to the Avon River to allow a lovely walk around the area. We appreciated the easy booking and check in. The video was helpful to show where the parking is and how to punch in the codes. We enjoyed a tasty Marguerita from the Taco Bar once we arrived. All necessary amenities are included and we appreciated the mini fridge and many plugs on the wall.

It would be nice to provide two bottles of water for your guests in the mini fridge - that would be a nice touch and always appreciated. Otherwise it was a perfect stay and we will return.

Great location. We thought we had booked Edison where we had stayed before but we were allocated The Green Room in Perth County Inn. Beautiful decor and spotlessly clean. Great shower.

We stayed three nights and we felt that a larger room might have been better. The bed was against the wall, which is tricky if there are two of you. A bedside light would have been useful and maybe a couple of hooks and a towel rail in the bathroom. But that’s all a minor quibble. It is a beautiful place to stay and is right by the river in the centre of town. Highly recommend

I booked the green room, the vibe is legit. when I left I took a peak all other rooms, they are all a great but imo green room is the pretties and most elegant most all lol I really enjoy this room, usually I’d leave the hotel in the early morning to make the most of my day, but in green room I stay until the check out time. location wise it cannot be any better, so close to the river and close to both Avon theatre and Tom Patterson theatre, Festival theatre is 17 mins away, but it’s not that bad, you’d enjoy strolling beside the river. taco shop and the bar is actually connected to the inn, make sure to check out the bar and taco shop as well, they are so great.

the outlay of power outlets are not so good, it’s totally understandable considering it’s a antique building. one downside of green room is that the window blind is not working properly, there is no way to life it up, it unfortunate that you can’t fully enjoy the beautiful view. another downside of the green room is that it seem to be close to hot water tank or whatever makes the noise. but not too loud but still noticeable in the night. nevertheless, I really enjoyed my stay and will come back for sure
