I loved the room, the room was very neat and conveninet, it had a refridgerator, microwave, bathroom was very very clean as well, most of the staff were very nice

The room temperature was cold at night, unfortunately the staff working that night acted indifferent and was not nice to me on settting the room temperature, glad was figured out. sincerely all the other staff I met in the morning are wonderful souls, they were so friendly and nice and caring, I wouldnt rate the hotel bad at all just because of one bad stuff. its a beautiful place to stay.

Best breakfast selection I have ever seen in a hotel. Interesting and tasty choices. I had something different every morning of our five night stay. Breakfast was included in the room cost. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful.

Fire place would not turn off completely. Orientation of the t.v. from the bed was a little awkward. Bed a little too firm.

A great location close to the market area. Rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed.

There was no staff at the front desk when we arrived, had to stand there and wait. I saw another woman come in later and the same thing happened..I had to ask an employee in the bistro to get someone to help her…obviously not a busy day! There are no glasses in the room..not great for a cold beverage when you put ice in a paper cup!

There was a lot of parking available. This hotel is close to different stores and restaurants but it’s located in a quiet part of town. The staff was very friendly. My room was perfect for me! I especially liked how the TV could be pulled out so I could see if from the bed. Overall, I had a great stay!

Very welcoming to my spouse and dog as well myself, good clean facilities. Definitely a bonus to be able to bring our dog along and staff was very good to her. Accommodating to our needs was book for a room on second floor but had no problem switching floors to accommodate our dog.

Do wish the starbucks was open longer as some people may not be early risers to get out and get their coffee in time.

Really nice hotel to spend a couple of days with your friends. The rooms are VERY spacious, and the staff is friendly.

Only downside is that the restaurant inside the hotel is expensive.

The place was very clean, bed confortable, the staff were very friendly. We spend two days here to celebrate our anniversary and relax. Was perfect for us we enjoy breakfast in The Bistro for two days. They have good menu and excellent coffee. the staff in The Bistro were very friendly and diligent. Great location. farmacy, grocery store and restaurants nearby.

The first day breakfast was cold, the second was perfect.

Very clean and comfortable property. Loved the facilities and the gym was awesome. Both room and gym had fantastic views. Great options with the mini-store to get water and a snack at any time payable to your room.

The room was very good. Nice shower, comfortable and relaxing.

Fan in bathroom was noisy. We were supposed to have complimentary breakfast but got the little buffet for a tour group which wasn't very good. I was told that it was ok and not to worry about it.
