No difficulty checking in. My deposit refund came back into my account immediately. Room's amenities were good. Sofa was comfortable as was the bed. Shower worked great.

Saturday night there was a young woman wearing a covid mask slouched in the hallway against the wall near the rooms at the top of the stairs Early Friday morning a young man was outside in the parking lot shouting obscenities on and off for 10 minutes. As stairs can be trying for me sometimes with my arthritis next time I would like to get a room on the 1st floor

I know a little bit about the hotel industry because my dad was involved in motels once. And we have family that does the same. While the customer service always could be improved this is certainly an excellent place and well kept. Everything's in the room except perhaps a coffee machine that you might find at some place like Monte Carlo which is probably an upper class room for the money that I'm not sure if maybe one of their more upper classrooms would have that but everything is in the area anyways. It's comfortable to bed and that's what's important and clean. Probably in the summer you would have much brighter sun coming in. Thank you

I was working in the area for a week, and it was 5 minutes from the site. I requested groud floor and they accommodated. My room was made up every day, perfectly. There are working cameras everywhere, too, so I felt my vehicle and tools were good and safe. Because of its location to downtown Toronto and the highway, it is the perfect location for travelers and vacationers. Every night, there would be a group of people, all strangers, hanging out outside, talking, and laughing. It was nice to meet new and friendly people. I would imagine that on a long weekend, this place would be an excellent place to stay!! Thanks 😊

As always, the hotel TVs could be upgraded to smart tvs. They had the local cable channels, which is better than most hotels. But I think it's time for an upgrade at all hotels. Hotel soap isn't the best either. Lol

I've stayed in various motels and hotels throughout my life even while working or to rest while doing two jobs and sometimes working 3 days with no rest and it's very comfortable and pleasant. Of course there's a difference with a higher class Hotel but this was clean and pleasant. There Are Rules stated posted even in the hotel lobby but at times they have been reasonable which is wonderful. Is this stuff it depends who you get like a lot of places but I thank everyone regardless. Thank you

It was fine.

Decent, clean room. Stayed there for two nights after the flooding of Toronto. Even though there was a power outage in the area due to heavy rain check-in worked uncomplicated. Conveniently located near the airport with lots of restaurants around. Also only a couple of minutes from Kipling TCC Station where you can park the car and get on the subway to go downtown.

It was a nice, comfortable room. Good value. I like having a fridge and microwave so we could bring our own drinks and snacks. It was close to the GO train to get into Toronto

It's getting old and so it looks like some updates are due to make it look a bit nicer. Eg. Peeling wallpaper, stained ceiling, chipped bathtub.

Great location with 24hour checkin. The girl in the afternoon reception was amazing. I wish I asked her name, she was great with helping me with directions to Australian Consulate and around Toronto with things to do. She was always happy to have a chat and even got us some extra pillows, thank you ! We would definitely stay again as public transport is right outside the door and hotel is surrounded with restaurants and a Tim Hortons across the street.

Not really did not like as for $110 a night in Toronto you can’t really complain but a coffee cup and kettle would be nice. Property is very dated but it was ok for the money. Tv kept cutting out until I worked out it was the power cable an I reconnected it. A/C was cold but a very noisy.

The price is really good and the room was nice

The only thing I don't like is they have a back entrance but no way to get into the back parking lot so you have to walk all the way around the building she had a key card door for the bag which will make it easier to access when you're parking in the back and then everything was great

This hotel was very different compared to some of the bad reviews. Ive stayed here when travelling multiple times and my room was very clean, staff always kind to me. The lake is also close and Go station. Sherway mall close by to shop and lots of food options around

Nothing

The room size was good, the bed was very comfy, and the location was good, especially because we travelled by bus and the hotel is within walking steps from a bus stop. The neighbourhood is also good, with many options of places to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. The highlight was the staff. We arrived after midnight and they waited for us. Checking in and out was very easy.

The bathroom had a funny mould smell when we turned the shower on. I also missed the "do not disturb" signal to let at the door if we wanted more privacy.
