An unusual hotel, built in older style, site of an old mill. The restaurant was smart and and had been refurbished in recent years. The rest of hotel was a little tired, but kept clean and functional. Location was great - between airport and CBD - meant we didn't have to navigate Toronto traffic when driving down to Niagara or seeing friends to west of Toronto. Breakfast was very good - a la carte and good value. Friendly staff at front desk and serving in restaurant.

General areas and room could benefit from some updating. No drinks / food served after 11am to c. 6pm (when dinner service started). Shame as could make a nice meeting place. The next door venue, aprt of same building complex, is a wedding venue - this resulted in some noise outside late at night.

Great value for money for Toronto! The room was clean and very quiet, with both tub and shower, and a cute fake fireplace you could turn on/off. The hotel’s well-kept and close to a metro station. The parking’s free and we could leave our car there even after we checked out.

The only minuses: - you can’t fully close the window curtains - there were instructions on how to use the minibar but the fridge was empty - the evening receptionist said we could get our receipt in the morning, but the morning receptionists said they couldn’t provide it - the onsite restaurant is expensive

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Old Mill Toronto. From the moment I arrived, I was charmed by the beautiful interior — elegant, warm, and full of character. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Every detail, from check-in to check-out, was handled with genuine care and professionalism. It’s a place with soul, and I would gladly come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and memorable stay in Toronto.

There is a restaurant and a bar on location. we ate in the bar 2 nights and 1 morning. very nice set up, excellent service and high-end menu. the lamb, steaks, drinks and desserts were all very delicious. Our daughter lives nearby and we plan to stay at this hotel anytime we go to visit. Jay was our server in the Bar, the tables were very nice, he was very friendly and attentive, we really enjoyed chatting with him.

nothing comes to mind. would love to see the place in Spring and Summer when the flowers are in bloom.

Staff was very professional and pleasant. Room decor was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. Although I was dissatisfied with two of the room service dishes, the FAH Baguette was very good.

There was insufficient light in the desk area. Only room service was available as the kitchen was being renovated. Two of the three items we ordered from the room service menu were not very good. The fusilli was sitting in a pool of oil and the cheese on the artisanal cheese tray was dried out. It would have been nice to have a night light in the bathroom so I could find my way there in the dark without waking my partner.

The rooms are clean and well taken care of. Could use some plugs in convenient places but it’s an old building so understandable. The property itself is beautiful and all the staff were wonderful.

It would have been nice to have the ability to get lunch or a snack during the week. The hotel is a little out of the way so if you don’t have a vehicle it makes it difficult. Would also be nice if the lounge was open passed 9 PM for a snack or a glass of wine. Being here for work the timing was all super inconvenient. Would also be nice to have the option to get a glass of wine room service.

Love the staff and the location. Staff and management are very nice. The rooms are very comfortable as well. It is a bit pricey especially when you need a second room to be able to accommodate 4 people, and breakfast would have been extra, but it is worth it to me. We had a suite this time as well as a regular room and that gave us a nice living room area where we could all relax together. I like being in the west end close to Bloor St shops, and also a nice area to be able to take a stroll in nature.

The room was very spacious, very comfortable, and well-appointed as a standard room. Great, old-timey Dutch village vibe. Hotel felt unique in all the world.

1. There was heavy construction happening at the hotel which was INCREDIBLY noisy and distracting. 2. Many amenities were shut down as a result of the construction, like the main bar. 3. The hotel charged an up-front deposit, which made doing my expenses and itemizations a nightmare. 4. The TV only had antenna reception, not HD quality and very limited channel selection. 5. I recommend a modern smart TV where guests can log into their streaming apps.

Super friendly staff that do everything to make you comfortable. Even let me switch room because I was hoping for something brighter.

Nothing! I mean it is an older hotel so don’t expect those modern scando style decor. But still so much charm and very cozy. Bar is going thru Reno right now so room service was only available for breakfast and dinner and with a bit of a limited menu but still did the job if you’re like me and just like the idea of room service. For off hours, you’re still able to order from the billions amazing food options in the area through delivery apps.

All the restaurants prepared excellent food. The facility was just what I was looking for...old world charm. All the staff was beyond pleasant and helpful. Public transportation is located nearby.

Would have liked a complimentary coffee station to be available all day and night. Needed to go into restaurant to purchase takeaway coffee and that option was not available at dinner time.
