Great location for getting into Toronto, or to the airport. There's a great bar called Tim's not far that has live entertainment 6 days a week and good food and drink.
Room was a bit dull but ok

The hotel is located at a convenient location with large free parking and right across from there is a fast-food restaurant that serves really nice meals. The room was big enough; the bed was comfortable and it was clean. Even though it was right by the boulevard, the room was quiet.
We had a lot of luggage and the room was on the second floor with three steep staircases with no elevator. When I asked for a room on the first floor, I was told I had to pay extra 50 dollars. Two days later we returned to the same hotel for two extra nights and I asked to pay the extra but I was told by the receptionist that she will give me the same room on the first floor for no extra charge. I guess someone was rather incompetent the first day. We had a problem with the internet as it was not secure so we could not use it. As we came back again it was secure for about an hour and then it was hacked again.

I stayed here for 2 weeks visiting family in the room with the kitchenette. The inn and room was lovely and gorgeous!!! I honestly expected something a little more modest due to the reasonable price, but I was pleasantly surprised at the facilities, comfortable beds, cleanliness, and service of the staff. I really liked the shampoo, soap, and lotion was tamper proof as well, and the dryer was a great one too. I felt like I had found a hidden gem. The location was great too, a Timmie’s next door for food anytime, and just a 15 min bus to Kipling station and you’re off to wherever you like in Toronto - including the short trip to the airport- It saved me a lot especially I was out late for many days. The cleaning staff did a great job every morning and the front desk helped a lot with some issues I had like getting to the laundry room, fixing my card key, get me extra toilet paper or towels when needed. It was nice and quiet too despite being next to the road. Overall it was a great stay and I hope to be able to come back here when I visit family again. Thank you so much !!
I honestly can’t say anything bad! I had an incredible stay. Maybe the only troublesome thing was carrying my heavy luggage up the small steps to the upper rooms? It wasn’t really an issue for me but If you have some trouble to go up stairs or lift luggage up stairs definitely let the staff know in advance

It is sad that you don't serve breakfast because of COVID measures, if I was still afraid of COVID I would have stayed home. COVID is mostly in the past, we have to move on.

Comfy Bed. Very Good Flat Screen TV. Proximity to Tim Hortons and many restaurants on Brown's Line.
Scary entrance and exit for the property and Evans Avenue (blamed on the Tim Hortons crazy, in a hurry drive through customers). Stair climbing to/from 2nd Floor - my fault for not asking for a 1st floor room - I'm 78 y.o. and a bit lame.

Friendly front counter staff who made me aware of everything I needed to be informed about. (ie: security fee hold on credit card, wifi password, etc)
The only thing that I didn’t like was the plug that was in the lamp on the nightstand didn’t charge properly. The plug was loose when I plugged it in and the charging symbol would disappear. I ended up plugging it in the wall and left it on the kitchenette counter. Not a huge deal but the only thing I didn’t like.

This was one of the best deal for the price. Room was small but had a very nice setup with very comfortable bed and convenient table to work. This was ideal for me personally. Everything was clean, quiet and modern. I slept like a baby which doesn't happen often.
One minor thing when compared to comfortable stay. Occasionally hear trucks driving close by. Probably some storage facility nearby, not sure. Noise is quite low so you can barely hear them. I'm a light sleeper and it woke me up in the morning before alarm, but it was close to the wake up time anyway.

The room and bathroom were good. It had a phone for reception, an iron, ironing board, microwave, small refrigerator & hairdryer. It would be nice if there was a kettle, but there is a free drinks machine and tea/ coffee machine in reception with biscuits etc. It was worth the money.
A later checkout would be fair. I did pay $20 to stay another 2 hours until 1pm

The room was big with a little kitchen and nice bathroom. The beds were big and comfortable. There are some shops nearby. It's only 20min by car to downtown. It's the cheapest honest hotel you can find in Toronto.
The room could be a bit cleaner. We got disappointed about the freshness of the milk for breakfast

I had a concert at Budweiser Stage September 24 and all the hotels in and around Toronto were ridiculous prices. We arrived about half an hour before check in and the front desk agent was able to get us a room that was just cleaned. We had a room with two queen beds and soon as we opened the door it all we could smell was CLEAN! The window is small but I'm not there to look out the window. We were about halfway down the building so noise from the expressway was not an issue. There was a bar fridge and a microwave which came in handy (the bar fridge for us). The bathroom was updated and very clean. The beds and pillows were comfy and we slept well. I went down to the lobby to get some water from the dispenser, which was turned off as it's normally only on until 11AM for the juice options. The front desk agent turned it on so I could get some water. PROS: Great price, comfy beds/pillows, great location, friendly staff. Tim Horton's next door! Overall, this is a great, affordable option for a trip to Toronto. Right off the expressway & very close to shopping. A no frills place to stay that won't break the bank!
Only saw one ice machine on the first floor by lobby. No shower chair for disabled people to use in the shower. They ask for a $200 hold on your CC upon check in which I think is excessive.
