Location is great, very close to CN Tower and Rogers centers (5 min walk), Scotiabank Arena (5 min), Union station (8 mins walk). View to the lake was wonderful. Room included a tv, AC, minifridge and a nespresso like machine. No option for breakfast but an small coffee shop is available at the first floor. Room service everyday. It was a big room and bathroom.

bathroom sink could have been cleaner, but overall it was a great room and clean hotel.

I loved the location as well as the view from the lake. Absolutely beautiful. The room was very quite aside from the bathroom when flushed. Great stuff, safe neighbourhood in the best part of the city!

The hotel should have mentioned that due to the covid laws their restaurant was closed meaning also no room service. The pool was closed and the windows were dirty but understandable as it was raining at some point during my stay but nonetheless for the price paid they should have done their best to be as presentable as possible! On the 7th floor just as you enter the hallway for the rooms there is a crack on the wooden floor between the elevator and the hall way that lots and lots of ants were living their best life. The bathroom made this very very annoying whistling sound every time surrounding neighbours would flash.

Very comfortable large modern room. Bed and pillows great. View was terrific. Very good location. Quiet. Large tv. Check out at noon! Microwave and kettle on room. Very clean. Lots of sunlight.

No breakfast, but options nearby. Costly, but such is the Big City.

We were celebrating and the team at Radisson Blue raised up to the occasion. The location is ideal by the Harbourfront which is one of the best areas of Toronto. The hotel swimming pool has an excellent view of the CN Tower

The check in system was not working and we had to wait for an additional 1h on the top of the wait as we had landed in Toronto in the morning before check in hours. However the team responded very well by giving us continuous communication and giving us a room upgrade for the wait and to celebrate our special occasion

Fabulous harbourfront hotel in a great location with spectacular views. Reception and housekeeping staff are very welcoming and super helpful with advice and recommendations on local amenities and public transport. We were allocated a superior corner room with a beautiful view of the harbour and Toronto Islands which made our 10th anniversary extra special. The outdoor pool and sun terrace were an added bonus considering the Toronto heatwave on our arrival! Thank you so much for a memorable stay and for the lovely welcome gift, it was most appreciated ☺️. We will definitely recommend the Radisson Blu Downtown Toronto to our friends and colleagues and hope to visit again soon. ☺️

No USB sockets in the room, other 2 pin sockets located very close to floor level.

Amazing location - great place to stay if you're in town for an event at the Rogers Centre or want to see the CN Tower, as it's literally a 5 minute walk away. Lots of things to do and see by the harbourfront. Our room had a lovely view of the water and we loved the outdoor pool, which had lots of nice outdoor seating and a great view of the CN Tower!

Our room was decently clean, but VERY small and the mini fridge still had half eaten food left over from the previous guests. The cost was pretty expensive, and for what I paid it was disappointing that I had to pay extra for breakfast on top of that.

Our entire experience was absolutely amazingly great, from check in too checking out. On Wednesday morning my wife requested an extra armchair as the desk was a tad uncomfortable. On our return in the afternoon the armchair was there. We needed a corkscrew, and they delivered, not literally but they found one! The young ladies working the cafe in the lounge were super friendly and efficient, they represented the hotel well! It was super nice to be welcomed back to the hotel. The location is brilliant for walking to nearby attractions and Union Station. For future patrons, coming from Pearson International Airport take the UP train super efficient and only $6.20 for seniors The bathroom tissue holder needs to be located closer to the toilet! One annoyance was the poster in the elevator, it depicted a breakfast setting. The handle on the cup is in the wrong place, it should be located at between 4 and 5 o/clock facing the customer! Cannot wait to return to this hotel in the future, they’ve certainly set the bar very high indeed. Thanks for the great experience! Chris and Linda

The location was great, very friendly staff at check in and poolside. Incredible view of the CN tower right from the pool, and nice views of lake Ontario too. I particularly liked the pool, and the poolside servers were very friendly and accomodating, offering to make me food that wasn't even on the menu. I really appreciated it as I hit the pool right after a long-haul flight and I was tired and in need of something decent after a day of airline food. I felt welcomed and appreciated.

The only thing I didn't like was the restaurant, particularly the service. The person serving me didn't even look at my face when taking my order and was perfunctory when inquiring if the breakfast was okay (it was cold, small and sub par, particularly the coffee, and he only checked after I had finished). The server was from the maritimes originally (I overheard him chatting with some customer he deemed acceptable to look in the face). I thought maritimers were supposed to be friendly? Even if he was busy and stressed, that's not the customer's problem. I saw him ignoring other customers too. One shouldn't pick and choose whom to be friendly with when serving people, especially when what you're serving isn't that great in the first place!

Both the room and hotel locations were excellent. Spectacular views from the breakfast restaurant and pool deck. My room also had a great view which I paid extra for. Convenient location to CN Tower, Aquarium, baseball stadium and harbor. Wait staff at breakfast restaurant and poolside were excellent.

Front desk staff could have been more knowledgeable about public transportation options. Not everyone wants to be ripped off by double decker tourist bus. Toronto does offer many public transportation options and staff should provide all possible options.
