Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful. good location

the one bed in the room could have been more comfortable. mattress maybe been replaced. towel rack needed to be secured to the wall better. i did mention that to the staff.

I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing this hotel was. The bed was comfortable and the room was large enough for my satisfaction. The first floor rooms have sliding glass doors, so it makes it easier to unload and load your car. It was a great location to be able to have as a “home base” to see all of the beauty of PEI. There is a 24 hour gas station/convenience store with a 24 hour McDonalds right next door which was helpful for me to get food after exploring all day. There is also a Wal-mart behind the hotel in case you forget to pack something. Fortunately, I did not have to go there.

I wish that the lighting was better in the bathroom, but that’s not enough for me to give the place a low score.

I liked the outdoor drive up rooms. The staff was accomandating and were able to change my room from upper floor to lower level as I was injured.

They charged me more going to one of the outside rooms even though we went from 2 queen beds to 2 double beds. They could do a better job at cleaning. It wasn’t terrible but looked like under the beds were never looked after

would have liked one bed, however, we had two beds in a room that was to small for two beds. also there was no room for a table and two chairs because of the fact that there were two beds.

The breakfast was excellent offering everything you could think of for breakfast and the staff running the breakfast room were awesome. They were so friendly and efficient. It was a great start to every day

The location was excellent and very central. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Getting our bags upstairs was a little challenging. An elevator would have helped but we managed.

Ease of egress friendly staff however room wasn’t cleaned between days and that should be done unless requested otherwise

Room wasn’t as clean as it should have been dirty floor one roll of toilet paper, other guests were very loud slamming doors quite often both nights

The breakfast was more than I expected and tasted good. The room was well kept up. The bed was a bit soft for me but slept well. Your staff were always helpful and happy.

The bed was very comfortable! And, the staff was great.

NO elevator! Had to lug our bags up a flight of stairs and for a 76 year old guy that's something to think about!

Very convenient location with lots of free parking which was a nice perk. The staff and housekeepers were very friendly. The beds were very comfortable with awesome pillows.

The only thing that I had trouble with is that my room smelled like smoke. I have allergies and woke up feeling ill. I know that there are picnic tables at the back and that the first floor bedrooms have doors to go outside. People are likely smoking right outside these doors and at the picnic tables. The smell of smoke was so prominent that I still feel ill. This isn’t any fault of the staff or house keepers. I realize the smell of smoke is hard to get out but I think that something needs the be done as it’s very noticeable. Perhaps have a smoking area near the front and not allow smoking close to the building.
