The property, like the welcome was toasty; Elaine, couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and ward.

The only downside was that, although there was a full kitchen, there were no pots or pans to cook with. For me this was inconvenient as I was travelling on a motorbike and it was very cold meaning that venturing out at night to eat was not possible.

Great location, not far from Charlottetown and easy to access the east area of PEI. Our family room was huge with a separate bedroom and kitchenette. We had access to a large dining room just outdoor room for glasses etc

Communication was tricky for us as we could only access our messages when we had wifi. Consequently we didn’t know which was our room or the wifi password. When we explained this to the owner she said she would leave written instructions as well in future.

It’s nicely located in a quiet neighborhood but not far away from Charlottetown downtown (12 minutes drive). A beach is nearby where I spent my evening every day when I was there. The room itself has a bedroom, a living room (but I didn’t use it) and a small kitchen. We bought live lobster and made our own lobster dinner there. Local restaurant charged us quite a big bill on our first day when we arrived. Getting it from seafood market cut down the prices to half, but I think it’s still more expensive than getting it in my US hometown. Just my feeling.

The location was fantastic, a quiet getaway just 10 minutes from Charlottetown. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was simple yet excellent. The room was also large and comfortable with a good-sized bathroom as well. Much better than most hotels.

It was a bit hard to find in the dark, but that was my fault for coming so late. Once we found it, it was easy to get to.

Mr and Ms. Lee were gracious hosts even making homemade spring rolls and pot stickers on request with fresh vegetables from their garden! The bed was very comfortable and the location was minutes away from the Charlottetown center. A beautiful location with a view of the bay. A very quiet and beautiful location.

If staying long term and using the kitchen, there were no dishes or silver ware. Bring your own

Great breakfast .. loved the balcony, comfy bed. The owners were very accommodating and nice. She gave me a nice little gift when we left. We will be back.

We were on the main floor with no way out and in from the parking lot . We had to walk around the property pass around the trees to the back to get to the car. I have walking issues. At night there is no lighting in the parking lot so very scary to walk around the building and around the trees to go in the front door. I had to use the flashlight on my phone to see anything. So dark.

The breakfast was well prepared and the food tastes very fresh and delicious. In particular, the owner/Elaine is very hospitable, amiable, considerate and helpful, making our stay and tour-around very convenient and enjoyable. Thanks Elaine!

It would be nice to add a cup/mug to hold toothbrushes.

Everything! The unique, plentiful breakfasts, the kindness of our host, the gleaming, spotless home. We essentially had a one bedroom apartment, including a deck, which made our stay very comfortable. We were about ten minutes from Charlottetown.

There was nothing to dislike.
