We can park our car right outside the room. There toilet and bathroom are separated from the sink, and all these may be further separated from the sleeping area via a sliding door. The breakfast options are good. The staffs were extremely helpful!

On one day during our stay, the breakfast area was too small to host all the guests staying there at the same time. Some people ended up having part of the their breakfast standing and some others simply brought their breakfast back to their own room. The bathroom is somewhat too small. To get inside the bathroom, we have to open the bathroom door wide enough, but if we also have the bathroom mat towel placed on the floor, this can be quite challenging. If a boot tray to place our winter boots can be provided, it will be even better!

Good location: close to both Ottawa and Chelsea, surrounded by shops and restaurants. It felt like a hotel rather than motel. Very nice experience. Room was clean and had everything needed: coffee maker, fridge, desk, even bath robe, slippers, and Klinex. Bed was comfortable. Staff was kind to accommodate my request to stay on a quiet area. Staff was friendly. Plenty of free parking on premises of the motel.

Breakfast was mediocre. I’d suggest to add 1-2 hot items like hot omelette and maybe ham or sausages. Wish there was an elevator. Toilet room is so tiny, and toilet paper location was uncomfortable (at the back of the toilet instead of side of the toilet).

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a decent experience, especially for the price. The room we had was on the first floor, which was very convenient because we could park right outside and just walk in, no long hallways or elevators! The room had what appeared to be new wood-type floors, though the fixtures definitely felt a bit dated, but they were functional. It was a bit dark inside, but the desk area was nice, and there were two large drawers for clothes. No microwave, but there was a refrigerator, which was handy. The bed was comfortable with a bedspread and blanket & sheet, no comforter like many hotels these days. Loved the bed lamps! The bathroom had a large counter and shelves, but there was nowhere to hang damp towels, which was kind of inconvenient. Hot water worked great, though. We used the laundry room located near the office and it was only $2 per load for both the washer and dryer, but there’s just one of each. Parking was easy, though the place gets busy with lots of tour buses coming and going which sometimes blocked the exit for a short time. Breakfast was minimal, just toast, bagels, yogurt, fruit, etc., and nothing hot. The small breakfast "buffet" space was quite small and got crowded but we usually found a place to sit and some people elected to sit outside in a patio area. It’s not a luxury stay, but for a budget option, it does the job!

There was nowhere to hang towels, breakfast area got crowded, room was a bit dark, not a great variety of breakfast items.

My sister and I spent the night at the motel. Oh, the ambiance of the hotel was pleasant. It was clean and it gives off old-hotel vibe. The staff was quite accommodating too. McDonalds and another burger joint was just walking-distance from the motel, so when you get hungry at night, it has easy to access food. What I really liked about this motel is that the parking was about 10-steps to your room door, so you don’t really need to hassle yourself with the carrying luggage in-and-out of the room. The breakfast was okay. Already recommended this motel to my friends travelling between the border of Quebec and Ottawa.

Able to park outside room but there was also possibility to have an interior room in the main building. Spacious with good shower/ bath and fridge/ coffee/tea . Boiled eggs, bagels, toast, muffins, cheese cereals, juices etc for great free continental breakfast. Nice seating area in lobby just beside breakfast room. Very friendly accommodating bilingual staff

Well you can’t control the weather so we didn’t get to use the pool when we stayed in late June

Excellent motel better than expected, next to a bus station and 15 minutes driving to downtown Ottawa. Very clean, big room, all amenities included. Free parking, enough spaces. Very good breakfast, fruits, healthy cereals, real coffee (cappuccino, americano, etc), hot milk. The people are very nice and helpful, very good service, reception is open 24/7.

Easy to access location with enough amenities close by. The breakfast offered a good selection and was above standard. The front desk staff and breakfast staff were very pleasant and made things easy to figure out and offered help.

We had noisy neighbours that were talking load between 12 midnight and 4AM for 2 of our 3 nights. I think they were outside. Not sure what could be done about that.

Staff for baby accommodating to our needs. My boyfriend is in a wheelchair and needed a few extra supports while we stayed there. We never had any issues asking for extra amenities. The front desk staff and the cleaning staff were all extremely helpful. The location was also great as we were just minutes from Ottawa by car. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, etc. very close by. There is also a nice mall just a few minutes away.

This is my first experience in a motel and I can say it was pretty good. It is definitely not like what you’d see in movies. The location was quite central. There are lots of dinning options. The staff were also quite nice. Breakfast is included.

There were no microwaves in the rooms but you could use the microwave in the breakfast area. The breakfast was decent with limited options. It is not recommended to rely on the breakfast offered alone.

The staffs were so nice, very polite and responded to my requests and helped me sort out my hotel issues right away, I feel their warm greeting and welcome attitude at the reception desk, esp Ms Oumaima, I just feel she is like my family. Motel room was so clean that my nose didn’t sneeze the whole night even I got allergy to other hotel carpets, this is is better than the 5 star hotels, the bedding are neat and tidy and no wrinkles, room also comes with a few pieces of welcome chocolate and free bottles of water, free coffee and in room refrig and microwave etc.

The room carpet looks a bit old, in the morning people walk by the door or car return to their room is a bit noisy.
