The receptionist that evening was very patient with me to figure out my card issues and she was so kind enough to offer me free parking that night She smiled alot and she was very cheerful. In the morning a different receptionist with same smiles and willingness to assist, she was a sight for sore eyes that morning. Overall I enjoyed my stay and i will be back😁

So many guys hanging around all the time out at the parking lot, it made me feel a little unsafe outside , because I had my teen girls . Alot of drug addicts on the street .

Enjoyed my stay while visited my son in university. Very comfortable bed with super clean bathroom. A lot of clean towels provided with clean bed sheets. Convenient parking next to hotel. Excellent central location with many restaurants and grocery stores around, close to ByWard market. Will come back again when will be in Ottawa.

Could have done with 2 coffees available in the morning rather than a single pod meaning we had to go down again. Not ideal travelling as a couple. Also had the cleaning staff go into our room when we left the occupied sign up which was uncomfortable

First room allocated was on ground floor and outside …..terrible. Outside door wouldn’t lock and ceiling was peeling in numerous places and smelled nasty. Requested alternative and given inside room on 3rd floor - much better but charged an upgrade.

The customer service from Maryann is exceptional!!! surely she goes not just the extra mile but the 1000 miles. I witnessed how she helps every customer that comes in, completely impressed about her human being and the service that make you feel careful. That's exactly what you are looking for when you are far away from home. And Randy is the best alarm man that I ever meet. Guys you have the best crew that I ever meet, Thank you!

The shower needs a bit of love. The rooms doesn't have microwave or safe

Room was clean and staff super friendly. We had an amazing time and the location was perfect. Very happy there was parking available for an extra cost.

Our room key wouldnt work to let us in the building so we had to keep going around front everytime we went outside for a smoke. Our room only had two towels which was frustrating because we specifically asked for a room with a jacuzzi. There were no extra towels available at the front desk.

There are a supermarket, a convenience store, a big shopping center, many offices, an independent cinema, sightseeing spots, bus stops, O-train station, and many restaurants and bars nearby. On the parking side, it is very quiet. Receptionists are very friendly.

The facilities are old, and air conditioner is a bit noisy. The entrances are always locked, and the key slots don't work when it is cold.

Room : the bed very comfortable and the duvet very nice. Bathroom had very good hot water and pressure. I liked the fridge to use for a few things. I liked the k cup machine. Wifi was good. Room was quiet. I didn’t see anything that was broken. Everything worked well. The housekeeping were doing a good job. It is just a shame that the missions are in this area but I guess they need to be somewhere in the city. The desk staff were very helpful . Parking was convenient. My biggest suggestion would be be new carpet throughout. It would make a huge difference.

The area the hotel is in. It’s close to the market but surrounded by homeless, drug addicts and prostitution. The opposite side of the street is better to walk on because the begging is mostly on the hotel side. The elevator desperately needs new carpet. The halls need upgrading too. The room carpet was ok but there were stains that obviously were not easy to remove. The rest of the room was good.

The beds were amazing. So comfortable 😌. Very nice staff to help with anything you need. Efficient check in. Overall, a great experience. Will return for future stays in Ottawa.

The actual toilet is bit low for seniors. A bar would help if the toilet can't be raised. The pressure in the shower left a bit to be desired. A bit stingy with the coffee. Although the hotel can't do much about it, the vagrants hanging outside the door asking for money every time you come or go is very unsettling.

Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Bed was really comfortable and the room was very clean. Bathroom was great and advantageous having the sink external to the shower/toilet. Good location close to food outlets, supermarkets, and walking-distance to Parliament Hill.

Not the hotel's fault, but the immediate area isn't the nicest, but nonetheless the hotel felt safe and we didn't encounter any issues.
