Gorgeous boutique hotel in a great location. Within walking distance to many interesting sights. The staff were lovely and very welcoming and the room was clean and quiet even though it looked out onto a busy street.

The only thing we didn't like was the parking arrangement. Parking is very limited and requires paying for the staff to move it to a small private area behind the hotel. It's understandable however because of the hotel's location on a busy Montreal street with time limited on-street parking so it's not the hotel's fault. However, it meant our car was uncovered during a period of quite a lot of snowfall. If the weather is dry, it's easier to park in nearby covered public parking areas wthin walking distance.

Breakfast was amazing! Staff were very friendly and always there to help. I really liked how they communicated via text message which made it easier. They were very on top of things and really enjoyed our stay there. We would definitely come back.

It took us awhile to find the place as there were no clear instruction on where to enter. There was construction at the main entrance. It would have been nice to know this information beforehand.

Terrific staff- very responsive and friendly. Wonderful free breakfast. Reasonable valet parking ($35 CAD per night). We also took advantage of the access to the spa (thermal pools, cold plunge, sauna, steam room) at the nearby annex spa (only $25 CAD). In the room, the shower was delightful, the bed mattress was firm and the pillows, too. The king bed was a true king. The room was incredibly comfortable. The neighborhood is right in or next to the latin quarter and you can walk down to the old city. We loved it.

They have an online portal that seems antiquated. I'd recommend skipping it when checking in and just checking in at the front desk.

Hotel st Thomas played such an amazing role in my lady and I having the most wonderful time in Montreal. We stayed for 4 nights and felt this was just the perfect location. Extremely walkable to so many areas and a max 15 minute drive to non walkable spots. Room and bathroom were immaculately clean and designed beautifully. The balcony in our room was a great touch too. But the best part of the property is the staff, they completely make this property what it is. Xavier the manager and all the girls that worked the weekend shifts were soooo friendly, helpful with recommendations, and just all around great staff to be around. Thank you hotel st Thomas!

Breakfast food at the hotel isn’t the best but really doesn’t matter because you are in Montreal to eat at all the amazing cafes and restaurant just short walk or drive away! They offer free coffee and drinks in the morning which is all I needed anyways to get my day started before leaving to eat out.

Stayed only one night but found the location within easy walking distance of restaurants. Breakfast was good. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

It is a bit hard to find as it's a small hotel set back from the street. I had to count the street numbers to find it. Access was a bit inconvenient as I had to park at the back to unload luggage and there is no sign at the back indicating which door is the hotel's. This may only be a problem in the winter when street parking is difficult due to snow.

Very clean and beautiful rooms, good location. The staff and service was just fantastic. They offered drinks, answered rapidly to any question or request via text message and room delivery was super fast. I had a car accident as I was leaving and Ibrahim from the hotel came right away to give some help, even offered water and came back again to see if I needed more help as I was calling insurances. It’s one of the best hotels in the area and I would definitely recommend.

A bit difficult to find parking but they have a good valet service

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by such pleasant staff. The room was so perfect. The bathtub was so relaxing along with the raindrop shower head. Everything was so clean! Roomy bed and very comfortable. The balcony was such a nice touch. We found the location to be great. The continental breakfast had something for everyone. The street up from the hotel had many shops and restaurants. A 15 minute walk to the downtown shopping area and underground mall. This was hands down the best hotel I have ever experienced! I would recommend it to all!

There isn’t much to complain about… The remotes to close the blinds didn’t work for two of the windows in our room. We didn’t find it to burden us too much.

My fiancée and I always walk by the hotel and have always wanted to check the bar. I initially didn't even realize it was a hotel! I decided to surprise her for her birthday and booked a room. Boy were we in for a treat! Absolutely stunning hotel and even more stunning room.Whoever was responsible for interior design there deserve a full suite of awards! From the ginormous bathroom to the equally ginourmous private patio, we felt like royalty! The staff is very welcoming, and very eager to help. The possibility to visit the Espace Thomas gym is a great bonus.

Everything was A1. If I was to nitpick, I'd say that the mattress was a tad too hard for my taste and the lack of an in-room coffee machine is not up to the standard of such a high-quality establishment. However, the breakfast is included and coffee is available there.

Exceptionally comfortable room and bed. Surprisingly large. We were traveling with our dog and he liked the room so much he didn't want to leave, even when he had to pee. The staff were all so nice and welcoming. On arrival, this was unexpected, they provided us with a bed, a food bowl, toys and a treat for our pup. We will definitely be back! Also, breakfast was plentiful and quite good.

Owing to the good location downtown, the streets are very busy so parking is difficult and driving is the least efficient way to get around. Walking or biking are by far the best ways to navigate the immediate and surrounding areas.

Hotel St. Thomas is a beautiful and clean boutique hotel in the heart of Montreal. The location is perfect- just steps from the Sherbrooke Metro station and walking distance's from some of the best Montreal has to offer. We walked to L’Express, a traditional French bistro, Cafe Big Trouble and La Distillerie, the best cocktail bar in the city. The rooms are beautiful and the shower is amazing. The staff at Hotel St. Thomas is wonderful and we will be back.

Wish I could stay longer.
