Without exaggeration, that was our best accommodation during our 3 week road trip (8 different accommodations) in Canada! The hosts were lovely, home made breakfast was delicious (I am vegan, they took it in consideration and made special adjustments for me, for which I am very grateful). The place was so nicely decorated, attention to the smallest detail, fantastic. We loved our room and .. man… the bathroom was so big and comfortable and spotless clean. Also … pillows, not ordinary hotel pillows, these were so comfortable and nice! Worth mentioning, the house had a nice living room that everyone can use, nice balcony. In general the good vibe and atmosphere in this place stole our hearts. We were a bit concerned about our room- just next to the kitchen. But with door closed there was absolutely no noise, we were sleeping like babies when other guests were having their fast and chatting. Also the area is so nice, restaurants and stores just couple minutes away. last but not least- they have their website with all the important and useful information about Montreal and events- very useful for someone coming not knowing much what to do. Love love love and thank you again guys for hosting us, it was fantastic!

Our hosts (alternately Darren, Luc and Philippe during our stay) were exceptional - universally cheerful, welcoming, knowledgeable and all excellent chefs. We had intended to make the most of our limited time in Montreal out and about seeing the sights but ended up leisurely spending every morning devouring scrumptious breakfast treats and easily conversing with our hosts and the other guests. We truly felt at home there. And we picked up useful tips of where to go and how to make the most of our time when we did go out.

I suppose my only real criticism is that the walls are a little thin and we could hear the other guests in neighboring rooms, but everyone was respectful and sleeping well wasn't a problem at all at night.

Hosts are super friendly and welcoming. Philippe was treating us like old friends, it was very enjoyable talking to him. Every morning he made very yummy breakfast with lots of choices including custom ones (e.g., eggs). He also shared tips on what to see in Montreal and best way to get to various destinations. Our room and bathroom were small but very clean and well organized. The bed was comfortable; Wi-Fi worked.

Room and bathroom size, but we knew ahead of time they will be small. Parking is a challenge in Montreal. Highly recommend to reserve parking spot at the property if you are driving (we did; extra charge)

Had a wonderful stay at the bnb! The hosts were lovely, accommodating and very welcoming. The room was clean with a very comfy bed, it also came with a sink in the room that we felt took the edge off the shared bathroom. However the shared bathroom was not a problem at all. It was always very clean and we never ran into any issues. The breakfast provided was delicious and the company was great. The location is so close to a metro station making it super easy to navigate around the city without a car. Overall we had a lovely stay and will be recommending this place to all our friends!

Woke up to breakfast with home made produce and eggs cooked as you like it, cooked there and then. Hosts are incredible and passionate, place is immaculate and in a pretty good part of town, locks are secure and easy - just remember your code with no access card to remember!

Not to the owner's fault, but the closest station has its travellator broken for months apparently, and not all stations in Montreal are luggage friendly.

Sylvain was a lovely warm welcoming and helpful host who went the extra mile to accommodate our needs. The breakfasts were an absolute treat. Public transport was nearby, and it was an easy walk into the centre of Montréal.

That we had to leave. ;-) There were few restaurants nearby to eat at during the day or in the evening. We did not have a car, but parking could be a problem for those who do.

They could not have been nicer. They were helpful in showing us areas to visit. The breakfasts were perfect. I had a logistical problem and they were supportive in every way they could be.

The neighborhood is a medium area. I never felt unsafe but it wasn't as charming as other neighborhoods. That being said, it was close to two metros and very easy to navigate everywhere.

Place has been tastefully done. It was mostly empty and I was given a nice room with couch and chair, probably their best. Good breakfasts served by hosts, who were to happy to make suggestions, share information, print boarding passes, etc. Location was a bit far for walking to Old Port, museums, etc, but close to Metro and Bixi rental bikes, which became my preferred way of getting around.

Bath was tiny (but smart). Some traffic noise. Neighborhood (Saint Catherine St., 'The Village') had nice cafes but some sketchy characters (druggies, panhandlers). This is the gay center of Montreal. No judgement. Just know that's where you'll be. Entry is by code, which wasn't changed. Anyone who'd been, or knew someone who'd been there, had access.

breakfast was simply spectacular! The staff was remarkably sweet, kind and welcoming. The location is very well located, with a Metro station around the corner. This BBV is just perfect!

I didn’t find anything that I didn’t like, that’s why I’m planning to return next time I go to Montreal.
