No bath tubs

Attractive lobby. The front desk staff were welcoming, polite, and helpful. The decor appeared to have been recently updated. Our room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. Although it's not in an upscale part of town, the location is close to very good restaurants, amenities, and a major metro station.

The $250 deposit was a turn off; (I've not seen that before), though it was refunded after check-out. A shower caddy would be a helpful addition to the bath. A breakfast option would also be welcome.

Laylah at front desk check in was absolutely amazing she was putting out fires from the other check in person who was on day 3 that messed up peoples rooms including ours but she did it all with a smile, stayed calm, sincere, professional and made sure everything got fixed and everyone was happy. She was top notch and deserves a raise. She was also on a double shift as someone called out so she stayed instead of leaving at 3pm.

The hotel parking garage is very tight and doesn't have enough parking for the hotel.

The rooms were cleaned, staff were friendly, location is good.

Ice machine was not working, checking out was a hastle, felt very disorganized. There were random things by the elevator was there from the moment we checked in and until we checked out.

Bathroom are not clean enough or well! The don't have any ice machines working since i stayed there like 3 times in different Occasions. First week 3nigths, second week 2nights and third week 1night

The rooms were surprisingly nice and the bathroom redone. Location great for walking. Price good for downtown Montreal.

On check in the person was not welcoming. Could not find my booking and didn't seem concerned. The morning staff on check out were very pleasant.

Nice furnished and looks new.

The location is very unsafe with hundreds of homeless, drug addicts harassing people on the streets in that area.

Great location in the city fantastic access to the metro station to the underground city shopping center. Lots of security. The place is really well secured. Almost every night we had dinner and Old Port, which was just down the street so close.

The location and size of rooms.

The TV in room was broken and never replaced. The bathroom was under construction. Mirrors taped, tiles and back splashes missing in bathroom.

It was a convenient location and comfortable room

We did not get parking at the hotel so we used the nearest public parking. And the sheets in the room were a little bit stained. Issue with the credit card update on booking.com that caused problems with our reservation.
