Very convenient location - close to the main downtown walking areas with shops and restaurants. Room was a good size for two people, with a nice hot shower and bed. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Not much to say about the property. Would be useful to have the parking recommendation/info before arriving as it was difficult to find a place to stay - the parking garage available was a fair price - 25 for the night.

honestly the wall might me on the thin side but it’s nothing bad. I just hoped that there was more hot water. might be because we arrived late but there wasn’t too much hot water remaining.

Great location! The staff was incredible once there. Very accommodating to our needs.

The room was in the basement and I was concerned if a fire in the room how to get out as the windows were to high. We were unable to open the windows as well. Something to look at for safety! Also hard to get in touch with them before arrival but the girl who worked there made up for it when there!

Everything was great! I booked it for my sister who has very low mobility. They were very responsive before the stay, helpful during check in assisting her to get to the room. The hotel is very well located, the rooms are spacious, beautiful and clean. I strongly recommend it!

This has got to be one of the best capsule hotels I ever stayed at: the capsule was super spacious and clean, with large comfy pillows and a TV on the wall for your own personal use. Lockers were available for each one of the beds, along with separate storage for your shoes. The toilet room and shower room were both really clean and tidy, with soft towels and toiletries available to use. Reception staff always very kind and helpful. I needed to leave my luggage at the hotel very early in the morning, as it wasn't check in time yet. They easily accommodated my request and I was able to visit Montreal without having to worry about all the luggage. If staying in the capsules, please read this review and take it from me: do not trust the bad reviews, you'll have a lovely stay there. 100% recommend this accommodation!

I like the people that were there , other customers were very kind and helpful, it made the night a lot more fun ! It is soooo close to The Vieux port you can get a view of the Grand roue from the hotel

Great location, modern rooms, very clean and nice quite functional bathroom, nice staff.

The rooms have no view as they are in the basement. Not a problem if you just want to sleep comfortably in a clean a very well situated hotel in the center of old Montreal but if you would like to chill in your room during the day, it is a bit gloomy.

It’s new, clean and the location was perfect.

No one was ever at the front desk, you had to call to speak to staff. which is pricey when you don’t have the Canadian mobile card.

room was nice and basic. bed was very comfortable. room was quiet, and curtains kept room dark at night.

the bathroom was not private. could clearly see through glass of anyone who could be seated on the toilet, from the majority of the room.
