The apartment was 5* in decor and comfort - very spacious. The AC worked beautifully and was much needed in the early September heat. Storage was ample, electronics worked. Easy to find for taxis, pleasant neighborhood, and close to river walk by the Port. Close to very good restaurant, Pincette, and rue St. Paul shops.

I never received the code for the luggage storage area (and didn't realize I needed a code, assumed with no real basis that a person would be there). Fortunately, two other guests had the code and shared it with us. I got all other info in a very timely fashion, so just being sure to mention the need for a code if one needs luggage storage before check-in would avoid arrival mini-panic.

Easy in, easy out, parking and entrance to rental space. Step outside the door and everything is at your fingertips. Two level apartment was bright and airy and had every necessary amenity. Host was quick with communication.

Bed was a bit soft, but that may be because we preference for a firmer mattress. Dryer didn't work, but host answered my text right away and we found a solution. Really no big deal on either issue.

The location was excellent. I loved the large windows. There wer so many great restaurants close by. And a lot to take in. We didn’t see another soul in our building and the building itself was lovely.

I would have given this a perfect rating except for the noise at night. We were right across from a bar, and people were hooting and hollering on the walkway till 3:30 am. Be sure you bring ear plugs. It’s louder than you think. These are small things….but a shelf in the shower would have been nice. And a couple of kitchen towels for wiping hands.

We enjoyed staying in a private apartment with full kitchen an even though we did not need it, we thought it was great to have washer & dryer The parking pass was great but could be tricky to pick up or drop off if you are alone. The neighborhood was a perfect location to old port Montreal

Le Nomade MTL is an exceptional property, as experienced from my point of view. The 3-Bedroom Boasts two-story wooden beam ceilings in the style of french colonialism architecture complete with little windows. The very Bright front room looks upon the Vieux Port cobblestone streets, the vibrant food and entertainment as well as the shopping will keep you busy. Tons of room to play and relax on three levels, complete with an elevator that brings you to 2 of the 3 floors. The beds are heavenly and you fall deep into the feather duvets and the softest ever pillows. The kitchen is entirely stocked and I appreciated the sharp chef knives and plate ware.

Can someone please buy a decent fry pan, non-teflon oven proof, and a couple of thick bottomed baking sheets for my return? It was hard to make wings and fry bacon. everything else in the kitchen was to the satisfaction of a very picky chef. Need to fasten the upstairs toilet paper holder to the wall and fix a missing light switch in the on-suite. High level dusting badly needed to remove some cob-webs but it also kind of adds to the charm of the place and the ancient wooden beams.

Great communications from staff. VERY prompt and helpful! Apartment was as pictured; super nice. Fantastic location! We appreciated the parking being included even though it was a 3-block walk.

Definitely need room darkening curtains in bedroom. It was like daylight in there! And, advertise such as another accommodation we had did.

In many ways this is a 5 star property. The unit was beautiful. Very clean. The location was perfect - in the old port of Montreal. Around the corner from wonderful restaurants and shops. The Metro station was a walk but totally doable (we were 3 healthy women all over age 65).

The responsiveness of the staff. There was no one on the premises. Communication was by cell. Not all calls were returned. Also we we’re unaware that the 3rd bedroom was on the top floor with no air conditioning vent and the only access to a bath was through the other bedroom.

The 5th floor loft apartment was great for our stay in Montreal; with an elevator! A well equipped kitchen gave us the options for dining in when desired and there are many good dining options nearby. This is a great location to explore Vieux Montreal from. A short walk to Place d' Armes Metro station made for easy exploration of the city. Notre Dame Cathedral and place Jacques Cartier are short walks away as well as the Pointe-à-Callière museum

It would be nice to have had CBC News network in English available on the TV. There are small depanneurs and bakery cafes available close by for some grocery items but you will need to plan for a bigger grocery shopping if that is in your plans for this location.

The host was very accommodating letting us put stuff in the fridge before check in time. The unit was a spacious and had what we needed for our stay. It was walkable to all the nearby sites. The parking at the science center worked out perfectly. Having a washer and dryer was a bonus.

Apt 301, We loved the location, there were many places to eat for lunch & dinner, but also go for coffee & deserts. It was such a bonus to have a washer & dryer as a family of 5, so it is convenient. The beds were very comfortable & all bed linens & towels were clean & fresh.
