Perfect location in Old Montreal, walked everywhere, tons of restaurants and other attractions nearby. Didn't need a car for our stay, between walking, bikes and Uber we saw everything we wanted. Easy check in and check out, well equipped and comfortable. Two bedrooms are on opposite ends of the unit for good privacy. In suite laundry also a huge plus. Would definitely consider this unit again for a future trip. Unit is nicely decorated, clean and spacious in the common area. Main bedroom is large, kitchen had everything we needed for a short 3 day stay.
Fixtures are in need of minor repair (loose toilet seat, toilet paper holder loose and at risk of dropping the roll) -- very minor upkeep issues and wouldn't cause us not to stay again. There is a patio area in the garden behind the building and there were loud groups partying well into the morning two of the three nights we were there (one being Sunday night and we had to work Monday morning)... I'm a heavy sleeper so wasn't an issue, but our friends were kept awake by it. Not sure if it was people from our building or related to the restaurants downstairs, so not sure if it's in their control -- just something to be aware of. Second bedroom is quite small and didn't have anywhere to put bags / clothes except a small hanger unit. Maybe some luggage tables would be a good addition.

Check in instructions were clear, the host communicated well in a timely manner. Central location in Old Montreal. Short walk to plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and tourist attractions nearby. The other neighborhoods we wanted to visit such as The Village and Plateau-Mont-Royal are a quick 10-15 minute Uber. The apartment was modern, clean, quiet and spacious, perfect for 2 people. The bed and other furniture was comfortable. We didn't cook but the kitchen was stocked with enough plates, glassware and silverware.
There was a coffee pot but we wish coffee was provided. Also, we forgot a few personal care items and it would have been nice if travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash/soap and a hairdryer were provided similar to a hotel.

Outstanding location in the heart of old Montreal and 5 min walk to the metro station. The place is magical early morning. The appartment is spacious with all needed cutlery and appartment essentials. The appartment has washer and dryer that can come handy. There is also dish washer.
On the weekends, this place is only good for those who party and stay late. The loud music will go on till around 3 am. That is not the case during weekdays. There was no klinex or paper towels in the appartment. There is a coffee machine but no coffee. The air-conditioning system is very loud and there is no way a person can sleep if it is on. Luckily, the weather was nice and we did not need air-conditioning.

Beautiful apartment in what was the Hotel Rasco. Fantastic location right in the heart of Old Montreal. So close to all the restaurants and bars of this beautiful part of Montreal.
Parking became difficult due to the number of people visiting this area, but we found the Clock Tower, on suggestion by the accommodation management, the easiest and in close proximity to the apartment. It was not clear to me that it was no longer a hotel, so was very nervous when the tenants next door explained the Hotel Rasco had not been a hotel for a number of years! It would have helped if this had been explained at the time of booking.

Probably the best location in Old Montreal! To top it, the apartment itself turned out to be better than our expectations on all counts - quality and freshness of the interiors, modern tasteful decor, amenities including a large 4k TV with Netflix, large windows, excellent modern lighting, etc. Also, Daniel, the property manager, was super prompt and detailed in his communication.
If I had to nitpick, I’d say there could be some better way to keep the dispensers for bodywash etc. in the shower area. The glass dispensers placed on the floor are inconvenient to use and prone to breakage.

Amazing location. New apartment. Great layout with bedrooms on opposite sides. Decent value for the space and the area. Heating was great. Apartment had systemwide ventilation which is the first I had seen and worked very well. Beautiful shower with great water pressure was a joy.
As a newer apartment it appears there are some basic items missing. No towel racks in bathroom ir anywhere meaning we had to constantly dry towels handing on a nearby chair. Freestanding closet in the bedroom had no shelves which meant nowhere ti stack our clothes. The end tables in one bedroom were tiny and the other bedroom and nowhere else to place items. The sofa middle section smelled like urine so we had to flip over the cushion and try to avoid that section.

The 2 bedroom suite at Hotel Rasco was an absolute gem. Old Montreal was as beautiful as I'd remembered it to be—and walking out the front door of the Hotel onto Rue st. Paul was a luxury. The suite was spacious and super clean, with the added benefit of a washer/dryer with enough laundry detergent for a couple of loads--perfect for travelers on a long trip. I was a bit leery of getting in with codes rather than meeting someone, but it worked perfectly and Daniel was quick to answer any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is good. The flat is totally renovated, new kitchen, new bathroom, clean and lots of light. temperature is very good, very warm.
a microwave must be provided. it was hard to enjoy food during holidays stay when the kitchen doesn't have a microwave. More items are needed for the use of oven. Bed-side tables are needed. Currently, there is no space to place a cup of tea or personal items in a drawer. Pillow-protectors are needed to prevent the accumulation of smell of the previous tenants.

Beautiful apartment and right in the heart of old montreal. We loved our stay here as everything happening was only a few steps away. We loved spending time in the apartment as well. Huge closet space. Overall great experience. A lot of reviews said problem of noise but we personally did not have any such issue and ours was a low floor.
Our booking said lake view but we were given another one. Not a big problem but would have been nice to wake up to river view :)

Amazing Location, just around the corner from the main Viex Port/Viex Montreal attractions. Perfect size of unit for our party of 3. Interior design was on point - new appliances, dimmer switches in the main spaces. Wifi was great
Minor issues that are easy fixes: smoke detector battery was low. couple light bulbs were out. Buttons on the samsung remote were a bit 'sticky' - one press of the left arrow would act like 2 or 4 presses. there was a little bit more noise from adjacent units (someone pacing late at night in the unit above, kid crying in an adjacent unit etc.)
