We arrived very late, at midnight, which was no problem since they were waiting for us. We could part the car inside the inner property territory for free. The interior is very cute. Breakfast nice. The place is located in the center, several blocks from the waterfront, which is the most beautiful part of town.

The room is small. We were three and the three single beds took most of the room. Bathroom is small too. The hotel inside (lobby and breakfast area) looks better than individual rooms, but of course we were there not to enjoy the room, just to sleep. Internet was not great, at least in the far room that we had.

There were efficient and friendly staff at reception throughout the day. It was very easy to leave our bags in storage when we arrived before the allowed checkin time. They even took our passport details at that time to save time when we returned to checkin. The room was very comfortable and warm and met all our expections. Coffee and tea making facilities were not in the room but available in the lobby all through the day. Breakfast was provided as a self service in the lobby/dining area. This service commenced early enough to get breakfast before the departure times of tours and buses from Puerto Natales. The location was very central in the town being 5 -10 minutes walk to the waterfront and 15 - 20 minutes walk from the bus terminal and one block from a supermarket.

Breakfast was really good, lots os options. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. There was a good parking place. The room was relatively comfortable, very quiet and looking to an interior garden, so you could leave your door open. We even made friends in breakfast that gave us precious information about the region. Very central, two blocks from the main square, so one could go out for dinner by foot.

I liked everything.

Super friendly staff and well organized. The hotel looked good and was spacious enough for two people. The heating worked perfect and the shower had warm water. The beds were a bit to soft but of a good size. There was a small desk that we used to put our bags on so we could walk in the room. We were able to leave some of our luggage behind (for free) because we were going on the W track in Chile and did not want to bring everything. They kept it in a closed room.

Carpets could have been a bit cleaner.

The room was warm, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was in a great location. The staff was very nice, they let us leave some stuff at the hotel while we did the W trek, and were super flexible (made breakfast for us a bit earlier).

The breakfast was quite basic (not many vegetables, just tomatoes). Only Spanish speaking, though Google translate worked well.

Transit hotel with the looks and feel of a motel. Friendly staff. Breakfast OK. Bathroom works well. Wifi fine even at the end of the corridor.

Parking was an issue as someone blocked our car and nobody at reception had a clue. So we had to wake up the whole hotel to find out. I would suggest to leave a note with the room number if this happens. It was very annoying.

The hotel is amazing and comfortable. Well located, in the city center with good restaurants and stores nearby - taxi available easily. Breakfast was good. The room is very good, very clean. The shower is nice and hot, the beds are comfortable. The staff are really nice (we could let our bags in the hotel while going to Torres del Paine park), especially Vilma - the main point of the hotel. She was very helpful and polite. I recommend and hope to return again.

The manager was fabulous. She has an incredible amount of energy and smiles through all her tasks. Our positive experience is very much connected to our interactions with her. Our two rooms were very clean. There was ample breakfast that she continuously refilled. It’s in a central location close to grocery store and restaurants.

We have spent 2 nights in this hotel, one night before we've started the W trek and one night after we finished the W trek in Torres del Paine. The rooms which we've got were good, hot water, warm rooms, nothing special but what we needed for a short layover. The breakfast was good. Although at the reception they spoke only spanish, we managed to communicate well with them. They kept our extra lagguage free of charge for 5 days while we were on the trek.

This is a cute cottage-like experience in the heart of Puerto Natales. It has wonderful facilities, the food is lovely and the staff are very kind, friendly and helpful. We felt like we found a gem when we found this place. I hope you enjoy it as a quaint, convenient, relaxing, supported, professionally managed home away from home.

I wished that I could have stayed much longer. It was a wonderful place and I have nothing negative to contribute.
