The property is out of the way but beautiful, the staff make it exceptional. After coming from a hostel where the staff didn’t want to help us at all, the staff here organised a taxi to come and collect us, let us check in early and even had a bottle of wine waiting in our room for us. We enjoyed the pool and the many animals wandering around. We left early in the morning to go to the salt flats and they organised a little packed breakfast to take with us and gave us hot water for tea in the morning. Bed was super comfy and the room was spotless. 1000% recommend.

Nothing to dislike

The whole place is amazing, it was a huge plus to have my own water supply at the room with complementary wine. They have free rides to San Pedro downtown and the staff is very kind.

They should mention in booking that they will ask you to sign an agreement to pay damages if you leave any stains on their towels and sheets, it was not the best experience to find out about it during check-in.

The staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating to all our needs. Our room was super clean and the bathroom was beautiful. The property is a bit out of the city center but the staff will drive you and pick you up, it's a 4-minute drive. The meals at the accommodation were wonderful. There is a staff member who cooks all the meals homemade in a small kitchen. The atmosphere was very homey and lovely.

first off, check your expectations and your attitude( I stayed at 3 different places in san pedro during my stay, and some visitors need some empathy LOL), the place is superb. You have to understand it is not most welcoming terrain. Great rooms, Juanita and staff are superb. Spanish helps. also need a car or have to keep requesting ride to main street.

Perfect place to stay when you visit San Pedro de Atacama. Facilities are really good; swimming pool and jacuzzi are great. The offer a shuttle to the city center of the town and the breakfast is amazing!

The shower was not working properly: temperature was very very hot or very very cold. The host tried to fix this immediately; it helped a bit but not much.

We were treated like a Queen and a King.

There was no restaurant, so we had to go to town to eat (but they take you there for free!). The water in the shower was not always hot.

Brianna and her team are absolute rockstars. They made our trip to Atacama so much better! Never said no to a single request and were possibly the best hospitality experience to date. Highly highly recommended!

The room was perfectly clean and very comfortable with a good shower. The owner of the lodge is incredibly welcoming and helpful. 100% recommend.

This is a great place. Service was friendly and timely. The team offered tours, transportation to the town and even snacks to go. Humble rooms but extremely clean. Big bathroom, well equipped. Peaceful, quiet place with very friendly people
