Very good location. Lots of shops, restaurants and green area very close. Comfortable. Swimming pool with a nice view to relax after a long walking day. Quiet room. Good breakfast with several options.

It took us several minutes to figure out our way to the correct parking lot, and then to the reception. Once we got it, it was easier.

The room was excellent, with stunning mountain views, comfortable bed and great bathroom. The top floor gym was the perfect place to workout, with great equipment and the best view ever for a gym, seeing across the whole city. Hotel was in a great location, Las Condes has an amazing park to relax and explore and plenty of shops and restaurants, as well as being a good base to explore the city.

Great location and close to the shopping center & restaurants. Staff at hotel are very friendly.

The only problem was about finding information about the hotel parking. It was not easy finding it and what floor you need to park on. Which it would say more on the hotel information

everything was amazing. beds, food, reception staff, mini market, really liked my room as well.

Couple opportunities some easier than others. The STAFF door when it closes makes a noise and my room was right besides this space. So, As provided when I left, I would put some puffy border to avoid that noise. Lastly, not being able to open a window at least a bit, really makes it hard not to feel trapped or if in need of fresh air.

Hands down the friendliest staff ever - The breakfast servers and manager were gracious and helpful - the front desk staff lit up and smiled each time i came up to the desk. I speak NO spanish and they were kind and helpful. The staff and breakfast mgr and servers made this me feel so welcome. LOVED it.

The treatment of the cleaning employees. Ob eday we finished our breakfast and needed to go to our room. It ass being cleaned but it was really early! I asked the person if she csn let us finish so ee could lesve (ehich included changin our children (2 years old ans 7 months), and she got pisted off!!

The breakfast is good the service good. The restaurant for dinner is also recomended The location is very safe and near a mall. The reception very friendly and helpfull

Every staff member was amazing and so accommodating. We felt very welcome the moment we arrived. The breakfast was fantastic and the facilities were well kept.

There was a mattress pad under the sheet that seemed to move around at night. The hot water takes a good 5 minutes to get warm. But small complaints to an otherwise great stay

The breakfast was fine and the staff very warm and friendly. The view of the mountains from my window was fantastic.

Nothing. But it was a bit strange that reception was on floor 7 rather than the usual first floor. So this was a new experience.

Breakfast was expensive for the selection. Room was fine. Not much to do about the location, but is hard to locate the hotel as it is not well advertised from the Kennedy avenue.

Its quiet and clean. Good amenities and I enjoyed the terrace but I would have appreciated some more conveniently shaded spot near an power outlet to work outside.
