The location was great with just a minutes from Subway.

If you like us and like to make a breakfast of something quickly for dinner this is not a place. We were traveling with 2 small kids and have been 5 weeks on the road so naturally we are not eating out all the time. We pick this place for two reasons 1- location, 2- kitchen. I’m wondering why they even have a kitchen there if there Is nothing to cook on! There was 1 huge pot you would absolutely never use and one old pen. There is no even a coffee maker or a knife to cut anything. It’s only place to eat out and keep vine in the fridge not if you planing to cook.

The welcome downstairs at the reception was friendly and smooth. The apartments were functionally furnished, good beds, good shower and nice seating. We were close to the metro. Furthermore, the Las Condes region is very well provided with shops, restaurants and bars. We also had a great sense of security.

The kitchens were equipped with all materials and in sufficient numbers. It was pleasant to have breakfast. What could be better: - too weak lighting - weak stove

There are a number of options for food nearby and 2 mini supermarkets. (Barry's and UpaMarket) La Minguita across the road was great to buy fresh food and coffees with a genuine desire to be helpful and accommodate even non-spanish speaking customers

There is construction going on next door which results in increased dust levels which is hard for cleaning staff to compensate for. Aircon seemed to need a regas and wasnt able to cope on extremely hot days, but cool night temperatures meant sleeping wasnt an issue

We loved the location, the design and the comfort of the apartment we rented. The building is on a very busy avenue, but the apartment was very quiet, so we all slept great. The beds, sheets, and towels were all good quality, and the whole place was immaculate. The staff was friendly and helpful. And there are plenty of places nearby to eat and explore. Just what we were looking for!

The kitchen was big and modern. But it is not set up to really do any cooking there, and we missed some basic utensils like a corkscrew while there.

Very helpful staff on reception. Room was spotless. Good sized room, very clean kitchen, fridge and bathroom. Really big comfortable bed. Right opposite a supermarket. Balcony was nice to have. Room was cleaned and beds made every day. Useful launderette in basement of hotel (you pay for). Hotel near a good choice of restaurants and the subway if you want to go downtown. It made us think living in an apartment would be something we'd consider when we're ready to downsize.

No English speaking TV channels. Towels were only changed every 4 days.

Excellent location. Breakfast across the road and restaurants no far. Laundry facilites inside the building. Spring time and green trees and gardens around.. La Capitanía street had traditional houses and was a quaint area for an evening stroll away from the busy Apoquindo avenue.

The floor in the apartment was dirty. Is a type of artificial wood but they don't clean it properly. I hear someone complaint about nail clips under their bed and my hawaianas soles were black with grime. Awful!

The apartment building was ideal for our situation. We had a lot of family flying in for a wedding and we rented 3 apartments - which were all modern, clean, comfortable. If you get the full units you get a 2 twin bed and king bed setup with living room, dining area, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. It worked perfectly for our situation and thought the price was pretty good for what we received. The neighborhood: It’s in a very safe area of Santiago and has a lot of little shops and restaurants underneath and within walking distance to many places. It’s also situated close to a play park if you have kids. Lots of families and young people walking around. The building: It’s a very nice looking building and has a 24 hour door person with a small lobby who were really kind and helpful to us. There is a small gym and parking as well. We will certainly come back.

These apartments were perfect for us. Only complaint is that the apartments were generally clean, but the floors were dusty and that our safe wasn't working properly, but the front desk helped with both.

Location, furniture and appliances are excellent. The place was very clean, Airconditioning worked well. Excellent parking on site.

Room had an overbearing artificial freshener scent when we arrived (required a day of airing to go away) and the laundry offering is fantastically complicated and poorly explained. You need a card, this card needs to be charged through an online account, and the reception doesn’t have or sell detergent. Made me run around for about 2 hours until I finally had it sorted, and then the laundry came out covered with fluff due to poor maintenance of the washing machine. Overall a very frustrating experience for us who needed the facility. Reception staff seemed totally uninterested in this issue.

I truly don’t have anything to complain about, the apartment was spacious, clean and the bathrooms were exceptional. As for customer service (staff), they were very helpful with providing information and helping with any concerns I had. They also spoke English.

The only improvement I would like to see is in the second bedroom. The beds were very narrow and kept moving around (I’m sure you could of locked the wheels). Also, maybe could add a small TV to this room.

An apartment in a new, elegant building. Reception with helpful staff. Cafes and shops nearby. Close to the metro station and park. There are many office and residential buildings in the area. Safe and clean area. We paid about 10 Euro for a taxi to the old city center. Very comfortable bed. Living room with well-equipped kitchen and large fridge. The price includes internet and daily cleaning.

We had a room facing the street and it was very noisy. Earplugs allowed me to sleep well.
