The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with great location. The room is comfortable and the stuff is friendly and helpful

Our booking included breakfast, but upon our first morning nobody informed us that there are only a few options on the menu that actually is covered by our stay and we got charged for our breakfast even though extra money was paid during our booking to ensure that breakfast as included. Second problem was during check out, there was a confusion done by the reception and in the end I got charged wrongly 179USD + 351USD, the transaction was cancelled but their mistake created an inconvenient as the money takes weeks to be returned into the account.

The staff were really friendly and checkin was easy (payment was sorted before we arrived which was a lot easier than some places on our trip where only cash was accepted). The studio flat was exactly as shown in the photos and was a great space. The location was about a 10 minute walk from the metro station, and there were lots of shops and restaurants around. Since we booked on booking.com we got 2 coffee pods and bottles of water each day and we could choose if we wanted the cleaners to come by putting the hanging sign on our door. There's a lovely restaurant downstairs, where we had a lovely dinner. The pool was lovely, really quiet and there were gorgeous views over the city.

I couldn't find oven gloves or chopping board in the kitchen, but we didn't ask at reception since it wasn't an issue for us!

The Place was perfect, the suite felt more like a luxurious studio apartment, the kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need to cook meals. It even had a Nespresso machine with pods. There were tons of places in the common areas to sit and relax or read a book. The breakfast was wayyyyyy better than expected. The attached restaurant is very nice and quite busy most of the time. Overall it was a very nice hotel and exceeded my expectations.

if I had to say one thing it would be the building next door that has zero affiliation with The Place had very noisy residents and one night they partied loudly until 4am.

Just what I needed after having to make an unexpected stop over in Santiago after a stressful day. Reasonable price, secure parking underground, check in that is available until 11pm, lovely apartment with balcony, great restaurant with high quality food at a really reasonable price and a rooftop pool. There is a small shop just a 30 see second walk away to get supplies and a decently equipped kitchen including oven and freezer. I ended up extending my stay to 2 days to chill here. Staff were super friendly and helpful too.

The only thing that I wasn't able to get was much of an extended check out as I was waiting to meet somebody at 8pm - only an extra hour was possible. In the end I decided to extend my stay a day though as I was so pleased with the hotel.

This hotel is located in a quiet area of Santiago (Condes district). The rooms are very spacious, well equipped and elegantly decorated. You can easily stay longer, as it does not feel so much like a hotel. There is a nice cafe/restaurant downstairs and there is also a terrace in the top floor. The breakfast is also very good (but it takes a long time to get served). The personnel is friendly too.

The hotel is pretty far away from the main attractions and city center. You can have a taxi (or uber), but it takes quite long with public transport. I was also quite disappointed that the pool was not in use (although it was mentioned in the booking description but I did not notice it), as it was quite warm and the pool area would have been nice.

The Place is a great option for those working or relaxing in Santiago. It is on a quiet street in a safe neighborhood and the room came well equipped for a long stay. There are several small grocery markets nearby that are perfect for stocking the refrigerator and kitchen. The rooftop pool is small but charming and the rooftop deck area and casual bar are wonderful to relax in outside of your room. I liked the balcony space we had for reading and enjoying my morning coffee. The housekeeping staff is delightful - friendly and helpful. The breakfast served in the cafe downstairs was delicious. We didn't have breakfast included in our room rate so we just paid the menu price. There are several restaurants and cafes nearby as well. The room comes with complimentary coffee pods for the Nespresso machine and bottled water which was nice. The rooms have plenty of light and good wardrobe storage. The gym is small but useful. I used the underground parking garage and it was easy to get in and out, though please note it has very small parking spaces. The metro stop isn't too far away and busses stop on the main road all the time. Overall, it was a great place to stay for a week of work and pleasure.

They only have Chilean electrical outlets and no USB charging outlets in the room so be prepared to bring your own adapters OR you can buy them nearby at an electronics shop which is what we did. Please note that I didn't ask the front desk if they had any adaptors for USA electrical plugs; they may have had them.

This was our favourite hotel on our 3 week mini-tour of South America. Great studio apartment, clean, bed comfortable and everything worked. Lovely staff everywhere. Nice pool area and great cafe/bar - Fish burger and salmon dish particularly recommendable. Very good Pisco sours. Within very safe feeling walking distance of other dining establishments and shopping centres. If ever in Santiago again would definitely be very very happy to stay here!

It is a very large, most attractively furnished,modern, well-designed hotel and work space. There are very many comfortable quiet areas in which to work or chat. The apartment was minimally stocked but things were promptly brought when requested. The hotel connects to a restaurant offering both outside and inside seating with a good range of meals and snacks. It may be a little pricey,but well worth it. We felt the reception desk, whilst friendly, was perhaps a little too relaxed at times? However,they were very accommodating in arranging for us to extend our stay at short notice.

The hotel is simply great, we stayed two nights in the apartment with a balcony and we loved it! The place is new and very nicely decorated, we even had a fully equipped kitchen (though didn’t use it). All common areas are so cozy and quiet, never saw it busy during the day. Although the rooftop pool is quite small, I always managed to find a bed, though spots in the shade are limited! Finally, we had breakfast included in the price and, we tried different options and all of them were delicious.

The rooms are great and the beds so comfortable. Front desk staff are so friendly and speak English too which was helpful. Location just a short bus or subway ride to many great spots. Great location without out the noise of busy tourist areas. Great roof top pool and lounge area. Nespresso coffee pods each day.

The breakfast included with room limited. The only choice for eggs was scrambled . Always runny and to creamy They wouldn’t allow any changes . I was charged $1.00 for a pad of butter for dry toast. The coffees were excellent. We only ate there 4 days of of 12 day stay even though it was included in cost.
