ThePlace offered a real home-coming feeling. It was peaceful and comfortable. For long term rentals I like to have an accommodation with a kitchen corner (here nicely furnished) so that I can alternate my food option (going out, having food delivered or cook for myself). It also offers a decent TV package allowing one to switch the programs to the VO language, which is rare.

ThePlace advertises having a pool but it's basically just a glorified bathtub. The view however from the upper floor where it is located allows for nice evening drinks.

Very comfortable to have a couch, TV & kitchen in the room. It makes it more livable. There is tons of seating downstairs to do some work/business or just chill and relax. The bed was comfortable. Would definitely be staying there again if we go back.

The breakfast was good but wished they would let you choose all the breakfast choices that they had instead of the fixed menu. They were all the same price so not sure why that made a difference. The breakfast choices got old day after day but since we paid for them we felt we wanted to eat there because we already paid for it. I would suggest that you just not buy the included breakfast and if you eat there for breakfast and pick your own meals. I would suggest to bring your own shampoo, conditioner & soap. They did provide this but it was as I didn't even shower after staying there for a week. My hair looked crazy but maybe that's from having hard water as well. Imp spoiled with soft water at home.

The Place is an apartment converted to hotel. Very comfortable. The lobby is converted to a coworking space, so if you are working remotely, it's an awesome place to be. The cafe attached is not that great, so if you don't buy breakfast, you're not missing out; but very convenient. The location is in a business area, so it's very very safe, but all restaurants around cater to the corporate crowd. Not necessarily a bad thing. The pool on the roof is AWESOME! Overall, really enjoyed it. Felt I was in a resort

The rooftop is so beautiful, I wish there is wifi there to do some calls or some work in the morning. Chile in general does not have a good coffee culture, but I wish the cafe had drinkable coffee lol.

Quite everything: the room confort and modern decoration, the desk open 24/7, the restaurant, the rooftop, etc. Special thanks to Nico and Paula at the reception desk for their kindness and efficiency.

Perhaps more effort could be put on providing a general WIFI code to stay connected in every places within the building in addition to the personalized Wifi for each room. And on the gym facilities as well: the room is great but the machines need to be renewed and the fitness mats as well. Add more accessories such as fitness balls. The pre-paid card system of the self-service laundry facilities doesn’t work well and is not convenient: should be working with bank card instead of money change, and the washing machines sometimes take more money from the pre-paid card than needed.

Everything! The interior decor and generous space, big king sized bed, kitchen with coffee pods, pool, beautiful shared spaces, great wifi, friendly staff, and a great cafe made for such a comfortable staycation for us! We have been on the road a while so this was the perfect place to do laundry, watch Netflix, get up to date with admin and just generally recharge and recover. It is in a safe and pretty well off neighbourhood and is less than a 10min walk to the red subway line which has connections to both the airport and bus out to Valparaiso which we did easily as a day trip. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Nothing, everything was great!

A great, spacious room. really comfortable. nice big sit on balcony. ability to use own Amazon and Netflix accounts and watch English language programmes. Location is great but you will need to use Uber to get around. Also has free parking for guests under the property which was really handy when we had the hire car. Nice sunny sun deck with a small pool on the top floor with sun beds.

Bathroom a little too small. could be a bit more generous with the cutlery and crockery. could leave some washing liquid and cloth.

The apartment was great. other than not having a toaster, everything else was outstanding

There was no orientation on the use of appliances. The place charged us twice for our stay. it took a while to have them understand they had made a mistake and that we were owed a refund. it took more than 15 days to obtain the refund. There was no toaster which implicated the use of the oven to toast bread.

The breakfast was enormous--the rooftop pool panoramas amazing. We loved all the carefully curated nooks and seating options throughout (the workspace, terraces). The suites are beautifully designed--we appreciated the finery, a dreamy bed and kitted out kitchenette.

It would have been nice to have some dish detergent in the kitchen and the shower on the rooftop didn't work.

The apartment was very spacious and nicely decorated. A very good bed and good wifi connection. The cleaning service was very attentive and came every day. Very nice place!

My apartment was next to the elevator which made it a bit noisy occasionally. It would be nice if the door to the apartment would have a small insulating strip underneath it, to filter out the noise.

This hotel was an excellent location for coworking and hanging out with others. I loved that the downstairs was entirely a coworking location and the rooms were super modern with very comfy beds and great bathrooms!

It wasn't the most central location BUT the environment felt really safe and it was easy to get to other places by foot/metro.
