when we faced some issues about electricity cut and generator noise , the staff was very helpful

becouse of the issues i had to change rooms 3 times in one day, the cards for the room was only working for couple hours and i had to go down to the reception and change the card to get in to the room. and there was no room service . also we wanted to get ice and they didnt give

Staying at the Bonaparte hotel was An oasis: friendly staff, quick to respond to concerns, offered a lunch if we left for a tour + missed breakfast, fabulous breakfast, very economical, in a safe central area a few blocks from the metro. It really was an amazing week. Thank hou for a great visit

The room was quite comfortable but without any real individuality. Everything was very clean. The staff was very friendly.

The beds were a little soft. We had to leave very early and a woman at the reception told us that she could order us a box breakfast to take with but, in fact, she forgot so there needs to be better coordination between different shifts at the reception desk.

Really comfortable room of a good size. Staff were really helpful, resolving an issue with the shower within an hour, giving restaurant recommendations and booking an airport taxi for us. Hotel is located in a quiet peaceful part of Santiago where we felt safe.

Nothing really, shower grout could have been slightly cleaner.

Good, safe location for our requirements. Breakfast included in the price. Big rooms. Added bonus free parking. Restaurant and bar on site. Availability to extend our stay. All in all, a great comfortable, good value place to stay in Santiago.

It has a different atmosphere and decoration. I like it and I strongly recommend everyone. It is also located in very safe place in Santiago. Having a parking place was very important for us. I spent very good times in there. Suleyman

Hotel is good, great location, super clean.

This is not only for the hotel but we felt that is common is Santiago itself, the staff was not among the most friendly I've delt with in years of travelling. There could be black outs in the windows as well.

The location and value for money were excellent as were the staff. Specifically Juan and Franco. I had dinner in the restaurant one night also which was superb, seared tuna with a lovely red wine and dessert. The room also had cable TV and I could watch live European and Sth American football.

Very nice location, about 12 minutes walk from restaurants and shops. Nice pool and good breakfast

Could be more well kept. Some things seemed a little worn and old. But overall a nice hotel.
