Clean, -good location , 10 min on a straight street to get to Museo de oro , museo de esmeraldas, , centro histórico , helps organising your walk there when you look on maps , which is good as you don’t need to look at your phone on maps ( especially if you’re a solo traveler you’d want to avoid showing your phone in the area) -some great staff at the reception that go a little extra mile , like advising on safety or when they struggle communicating they used google translator to make sure I understood ( didn’t expect me only to put in the effort)

The staff was very courteous, helpful, and friendly. The room was always cleaned beyond expectations and once a day was asked by the cleaning staff if everything was OK. The hotel itself is very clean. The breakfast was good in a very comfortable setting and more than enough to eat. I will stay here again when I soon return to Bogota.

The area outside the hotel is kind of dirty and have to be careful wandering too far in certain directions at night. I did not have any problems, but we are all different and should know our limits and tolerance.

The location- a short walk to the main Candaleria area. The room(suite) was spacious and clean.

Even though we were on the 15th floor, the street was very noisy until 6am. Appreciate this was a Saturday night but sound proofing could be better. We needed to call maintenance twice re our shower but they responded and fixed the problem promptly.

The location is very good, right in Candelaria and close to Old Bogotá. I had an early arrival flight and asked for an early check-in. A room was available and I could refresh from my night flight. Thank you! I had a room on the 14th floor with a nice view. It had a comfortable size and was well equipped. WiFi was good. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Anytime again.

Room with a great view of the city. Spacious, with a small living room, walk in closet, large and comfortable bed. Overall, very comfortable. The hotel is close to most places of interest in the downtown.

The room does not have a refrigerator. During daylight hours, in the hallways they play ambient music that can be heard in the rooms and could disturb people who need silence to sleep.

Staff is very friendly, but do not speak English. The hotel is located close to sightseeing attractions, but very close to a main, extremely busy and loud road. The breakfast was very tasty and varied.

The gap between the door and the floor - you could hear anything and I was woken at 2am by other guests coming back after a busy night. The room was very loud. It was facing the road, which was very busy, so it was getting quiet around 2am and back busy before 5am.

Very good value for money, the room is clean (and very kind cleaning ladies!), everything works properly, comfy beds, it was not too cold in the room, great water pressure in the bathroom. I'd stay again! Also, very kind stuff working in the breakfast area.

Breakfast could have a bit more variety. Persons working in the lobby area could be a little bit more open.

Comfortable beds and clean room/facility. Staff were friendly, and breakfast buffet was satisfying.

Was a bit noisy when someone got off the elevators on our floor; putting down a carpet or something would help abate the noise.

I Got there early. 7am... they have enough rooms....but the front desk want me to pay extra half of the cost of the room to check in early. I wait til 10am to get a room. I feel it's not fair for customer relations pay this amount. And make me wait 3 hours .
