I like this hotel and stayed here back in 2006. Many improvements since then and more being done. The staff is friendly and helps me when needed. The beds are very comfortable and very quiet rooms in the interior. I asked for a room with more natural light and I was accommodated. Sun warms the room. The breakfast is good so enough to begin my day. Many restaurants and public transportation nearby within walking distance. Hotel looks small from the outside but very spacious inside.

The location is kind of crowded and noisy/be careful at night but is a positive being close to the historic center.

The breakfast was very good and the hotel staff are very helpful (note: to communicate with them prior to arrival, use WhatsApp instead of the Booking.com app). The shower had nice water pressure and was warm. The location was very convenient for La Candelaria (we walked to all the sites), but after the dinner time La Candelaria gets very quite (this is true for any hotel in this neighborhood)

The bed was a bit hard and the rooms also did not have good sound proofing so we woke up at 6am-7am every day from sounds of the hotel staff starting their work days and walking in the hallways.

The staff were very welcoming at the front desk. Jefferson, the security guard, was super helpful with moving our bags and making sure we were safe. The hotel room itself was very clean, and the beds were comfortable.

Although the hotel was located close to the centre, the area itself did not seem a safe place, especially in the evenings. Also, the breakfast was below average, the eggs were soggy, and the rice was barely cooked.

Really well located and great value for money. The buffet breakfast was really nice and substantial and all the staff welcoming. Clean rooms and hot water.

Every 15 minutes or so some machinery somewhere close to our room (the 5th floor), would kick in and be quite loud. It would then stop but it became quite annoying. Didn't wake us so I don't know if it stopped over night.

The room, including the bathroom, was really clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a restaurant in the hotel (I didn't notice the info when I booked). They can keep your luggage in a safe room after your check out if you need to move somewhere without all your stuff before leaving the place completely.

Hot water was barely warmer than cold water, which is quite usual in Colombia, but I was expected better from this hotel. The restaurant offered only the quarter of its menu and the meal was not a great success (but the breakfast was pretty good however).

Very nice hotel - in a perfect location right near La Candelaria and served a really good breakfast. The staff was very accommodating.

When checking-in, the room I was given had a broken louver window and a sink that was leaking. They were able to move me to another room. At night, the area around the hotel is a little shaky.

Restaurant was amazing. The chef prepared large portions of vegetarian food for us. Hotel was simple and great for a night. Breakfast was good enough with soup, cereal, eggs, bread, juice, cake and coffee. Location is walking distance to mist things.

It didnt seem like the best part of town but the hotel is notvto blame for that.

breakfast is something you might wanna skip. I’ve stayed three times at an ayenda hotel and the last two I got sick from drinking that overcooked coffee. If staying at ayenda virrey, walk to the oxxo nearby and grab some coffee. breakfast might be free, but definitely not worth it

Room was big. Breakfast was really good. Staff friendly.

The area in where the hotel is located is not nice, many people living in the sidewalks, dirty, and unsafe. However, depends on what you are going to to in Bogotá and your transportation, those external factor may influence your decision to stay there.

Location is really close to center we walked everywhere. The staff is kind and helpful. The breakfast is moderate but satisfying. We like it.

There arent kettle and hair conditioner in the rooms. we stayes one night,it was good but after two days it will be annoying because rooms are old.
