I liked how clean and modern the room was. Also, the room was huge which was great!

There wasn't any locks on the room door besides the latch. The windows were single glazed so you can hear EVERYTHING! Which may not be the best as the hotel is opposite a highway. Also, due to the location it is very difficult to call taxi's via an app or hail in person. So give yourself extra time when going out.

Breakfast was exceptional. Also the Morning staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, good housekeeping service. The location was ok. The hotel was safe. The new roof terrace with restaurant and the fantastic view was wonderful, very relaxing, and was a big bonus to our stay.

The mattresses of the beds were very hard, not comfortable to sleep in. All reception personnel should be able to speak some basic English. Reception should also have more information on hand about tours.

The hotel was very nice. It seemed that it was recently renovated. The layout and decorations were modern. Our room was nice, we loved all the details, and the bottle of water they give you. The breakfast was amazing! it was our favorite part. You can choose between two options, everything was tasty, and they really make an effort to make the plates look professional. It looked so awesome that we thought the breakfast wasnt included. The location was good. It is only a short walk from Provenza, and all the popular restaurants. The only thing is that the hotel is at the top of a hill, so it is hard work to get back to the hotel. But we loved that! The staff was very nice, everyone was helpful. I would definitely stay again.

There was nothing to dislike.

The breakfast was made to order and exceptional each and every morning. The staff was over the top friendly, helpful and really helped to make our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. Location was great, safe and close to everything with a $2 Uber ride. The rooms that had odd numbers however, do face the main road. We had 2 rooms and the one on the road side was much noisier and you could hear the cars. Didn’t bother me but in case people are sensitive to it it’s something to note. The bathroom products felt like a spa, along with the bathroom itself. It was all just super cute and lovely.

Everything was really super and beautiful. Beds were so comfortable and the room felt so cozy.

Modern hotel in a good location, the room had everything required for 4*, plus they have good hairproducts from L‘Occitane. It was actually really quiet and we had a lot of privacy. The staff is really nice and we enjoyed the rooftop bar-restaurant a lot, the view is great. The breakfast is good and so are the drinks.

We would have needed a bit more toilettepaper. The staff is super nice, but the food in the restaurant was a bit unorganized, it took quite long and some things mentioned in the menu were not on the plate and for the price it was quite average.

The staff were very friendly. The room is spacious, clean and very modern. The water pressure and temperature in the shower was good. There was also a big bathtub as a feature in the room which was nice although i only used it once. it's good value for money and at a great location. I would recommend this place to others.

They need to improve the ventilation in the kitchen. The kitchen is on the same floor as the lobby and is also open to the dining area and the smell and smoke is quite intense. I would suggest that they either do something about the ventilation or change some of the recipes they cook, e.g. chicharron which you can smell when it's cooking. And if possible in the future i would suggest they replace the windows in the rooms with double glazing to provide better acoustic insulation. You can sometimes hear the traffic outside.

Our stay was brief, just a night, but very nice stay overall! Very nice facility, room was awesome. Great location, it’s more or less in between MDE and downtown (close to El Poblado area, 10-15 walk from the restaurant area, bring an umbrella just in case). The staff is very nice. Will definitely consider a future stay and highly recommend. Sorry, no pics.

Very minor detail, but it would be great to have some USB ports for charging, perhaps the integrated wall-socket types, located around the room. (Note: I could have missed them, I looked around but not exhaustively, and the black wall sockets/plates could easily hide them). Other than that nothing to report.

Very nice rooms (huge and well decorated, we loved the bathroom) and a brand new rooftop with a very cool view over the city. Overall it wasn’t bad but I think if the size of the room is not your priority, there are maybe better options out there for a similar or lower budget.

We were a bit disappointed to be on the “highway” side which does get noisy. Also the breakfast was ok but it could be improved and it would be nice if it contained more choice, including a more fruit/yogurt option.

The hotel is beautiful, the location is great and also you get a great view of the city. Our room was very luxurious with the bathtub and the robes, it was overall pretty cool. The rooftop bar was also pretty chill, nice music and drinks.

It would’ve been a perfect stay but the coffee during breakfast was just awful which was pretty weird considering we had a Nespresso machine in the room. Please, it’s a very simple detail, you need to serve decent coffee!

Where to start.. the hotel is in a great location of Medellin, 5 minutes walk from Provenza quarter. The staff are amazing!!! Kind and super helpful with anything you have in mind. The room and all facilities are super clean. The rooftop with great view and bar, where nice breakfast is served. I will stay in this hotel again and again on any of my visits to Medellin.
