The room was big and clean, with very good beds!

The gym on 14th floor is very simple, and is not mentained. To use the threadmill you had to go down in the reseption to ask for a key in the 1st floor. The gym had not any manuals, and the cable machine was not good either. The showers only have 1 setting on how strong the beam is, and it is just way to much water (since they advice you to take quick showers and save water). They should have been replaced also.

This was my third stay at Cafe Medellin in the last year. Its modern, clean, and in the safest neighborhood in all of Medellin. Best Value for the price. Nicest Staff I have ever dealt with. I know the staff truly enjoys their jobs and guests. Special thanks to Camila & Edison. I had a family emergency, and had to cut my vacation in half. I booked the non refundable option through booking.com, however Camila was very supportive and understanding of my situation and she was able to give me a partial refund within 30 minutes. I will continue to stay at Cafe Medellin. I absolutely love this place!

Large room in a nice area of Medellin and the room has a spectacular view. The airport transfer worked perfectly. The bed is huge and comfortable and the spa bath was great. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful and the cleaning staff very friendly and efficient. The breakfast restaurant has a lovely open vista onto the garden.

Room service was a real disappointment. Although the menu options are very good the delay from ordering to receiving the food is unacceptable. It took over 90 minutes and required a lot of chasing and complaining and then when it did arrive the meal was a bit cold and the ice cream was melted. Although the hotel says that both English and Spanish are spoken it was very difficult to use room service unless you spoke Spanish.

The place was the most comfortable stay I had in Colombia, the bed was comfy, the AC was amazing, it was quiet with no partying noises from outside, and most important - the staff at reception was sincerely kind, and helped in whatever they could. Not quite the place to meet people if you're a solo traveler, but an amazing stay if you just want to rest for a few days.

I liked that the room was big and clean. It had everything necessary. Modern decoration. The breakfast was very good. Everyday they had one dish that they did not serve the day before. For instance one day there was rice, the other day soup. The rest of the breakfast was the usual eggs, bread, cheese, cereal etc. The mini stuffed potatoes and the beef soup were the bomb! A lot of green around the hotel. Very nice.

The coffee smell in the room is something i did not really enjoy. The whole day it smelled of coffee in the room.

Customer service is 100% spot on, the area is SUPER safe and central. The room is super clean and confortable. They have a hot tub in the rooftop overlooking the city and a sauna (the sauna wasn’t working while we were there).

The sauna wasn’t working while we were there. But that’s small potatoes in comparison with everything else offered by this spot.

Big room, very comfortable, the bed was cosy and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The room was very clean and well maintained. There were no noisy discos nearby and no traffic noise during the night. The wifi was very good and allowed running Zoom meetings. The location is very good and within easy walking distance, there are many shops bars and cafes. A real gem of a hotel and I will definitely be returning.

Breakfast was rather limited, things ran out all the time. The noise from the rooftop jacuzzi was a bit loud and a couple of times went on all night even though it was closed. Staff should be sure to switch it off at night. The restaurant is rather disappointing from a decor perspective. The chairs and tables look like cheap street diner furniture and certainly not up to par with the rest of the hotel. A bit of investment and attention here would be a big improvement.

Beautiful, spacious, comfortable suite with two bathrooms, large jacuzzi, sitting area, big screen TVs, walk-in closet, well-stocked minibar and great views. Bed was large and super comfy. Undoubtedly the best room I've ever had in Medellin. Outstanding value for the price I paid. Hotel staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful.

Breakfast was way below par compared to the quality of the room. Bland, unseasoned food with few options. Also wish the 24-hour room service included at least a few food options, but they only serve drinks after 9:30 when the kitchen closes. No big deal since food delivery services (Rappi) got the job done. Also, a microwave would've been a nice convenience.

We were at the hotel for a long weekend and had a very pleasant stay. The staff is friendly and service minded, the hotel is clean and the beds are very comfortable! The location is great to get to malls, restaurants and the Provenza area.

It is quiet yet close to El Poblado. Very close to International Smiles where I was getting lots of dental work, so really convenient. The beds are very comfy. Many places in Colombia do not give you a top sheet. Weird but common. This place has both top sheet and comforter, which I think is also more sanitary. The room was spotless. Even under the beds.
