The rooms are really big and comfortable, the restaurant at the hotel is really good and the breakfast had a bunch of options.

We had an incident with a personal belonging. Nonetheless, the staff at the hotel resolved our problem in the best way possible and we were satisfied with the resolution we got. The purpose of this comment is: always remember to keep your valuables in the safe.

Location is very good, accessible to many activities, calm, fairly quiet and has plenty of parking. Staff is exceptionally accommodating, kind and willing to please. The restaurant is pretty, good decor and ample selection of cold, warm food for breakfast. Have a cook offering omelets, soup and typical foods for breakfast. Has 2 restaurants, plenty of music and service. Food is tasty, but could vary or expand the menu more. Will definitely return and stay there on my next trip to medellin. Moreover, the price for a nightstay in penthouse was exceedingly inexpensive.

Variety of options on dinner menu was repetitive, but tasty and well done. Would prefer more salad options.

The breakfast was superb, ALL of the staff were excellent, very friendly and very helpful the front desk, the bar staff, the housekeeping, the evening restaurant staff, the breakfast staff and the front door staff. The beds were amazing.

The bathroom door doesn't close very well. We checked in as 3 people but only had 2 towels and not enough coffee or toilet paper. Couldn't check in early, not really the hotels fault as it is stated at 3 but we had to wait in the lobby for 3 hours until exactly 3pm, so don't expect to get in early.

I enjoyed the view from my room. Breakfast was ok, although restaurant staff was not that friendly- they ignore you all the time, except for the manager. Location is ok and the guy in charge of helping with the luggage and escorting you to your room is friendly and very helpful.

The hotel reception staff-or the hotel management per se- should be more flexible when inviting friends- we had a friend who wanted to hang out with us in the room. The hotel could have a method to register visitors and/or charge your room a another option.

location is great and common areas are neat and clean

the room was rather small, no windows, there are no other lights other than the ones in the ceiling (it is not that hard to get some lamps for the bedside tables) and the TV is from the 2000s…

staff and their rules. i traveled alone so i can go and meet people i checked room for 2 people even i was traveling a lone the problem with the hotel rules they will only let one visitor to come to my room,i wasnt allowd to have any visitor to my room beside the first person who i invited to my room that was big big issue for me so for that reason i will not stay there again even i loved the room.

The hotel was fantastic. My room was awesome. The restaurant prepared quality food and breakfast buffet offered various food selections. Security was great. The staff was very amicable- Joel; I enjoyed the lounge and the bartender- Jose was awesome. Our service staff was really good as well. Great experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is situated in the Castropol residential area, which is a very quite place. The view from the 13th floor was amazing (the Pent House- as they call it) They have a very nice terrace at the first floor with good internet connection where I could work at my laptop a bit. Very fast laundry service. Delivered the same day.

What I didn't like is that regardless of the nice view, there are no balconies and you can't open any windows. Everything is sealed. Maybe because of this there is a specific smell, closed air. There is air conditioning in the room, but you can't really get the experience of an open window to refresh the air.

The location is central, breakfast is good. A lot of options to choose from. The staff is helpfull. The room is big and clean. We had beautiful city view. Housekeeping is great. Everyday we came back to a nice and tidy room

I had a massage on the second floor. It was great. The only thing that I don't like is the room itself. It is not private. It would be better if there is a separation between clients.

Excellent service provided by Juan and the manager Laura. Very helpful to satisfy the needs.

Charges for additional guest were too high ($100 USA).....could be reasonable... Due to this reason we moved out of this place and stayed at different hotel with roof top swimming pool.
