Great central beach location, very clean and tidy hotel - towels changed daily. More then satisfactory for the price. Tip - follow the beach right round to the left for a quieter spot :)

Sun beds are approx £7 a day, there was no fresh fruit juice at breakfast just powdered from a machine. As we had a late flight it would have been great to have a safe/secure room to store our luggage. Instead the receptionist pointed to a corner in the lobby/reception so we took it to the beach with us instead.

Likes that it was right on a pebbled beach and 40mins walk from the old town but close enough to bars and restaurants .For the price and being half board was great .spotless rooms cleaned and fresh towels everyday .

Can't fault anything for the price , can be a bit noisy in the morning with people coming and going but that can be any hotel.

Location is amazing. The view from a sea view room was incredible. Breakfast decent. Friendly staff.

No toast on breakfast buffet! But otherwise fine. One day the cleaner left my room unlocked while I was out all day. They were very apologetic about it and no harm done. There was no hot water one morning, but was quickly fixed.

Excellent value for money with such a fabulous location and within reach of all amenities (beach, restaurants and short bus ride to Dubrovnik).

it was a privilege to be in a beachfront hotel. the sunsets were amazing and the atmosphere relaxed. breakfast was included and very nice. There are some fabulous restaurants nearby and the walk along the promenade was gorgeous. Shopping for Italian clothes was fun too!! it was the perfect way for us to end our vacation in Croatia.

there was no elevator however staff were happy to take our bags up and down the stairs. the beach was rocky but water warm. Take some water shoes.

I never leave a review but this hotel really deserves it. The hotel is very well located; very close to the old town (15 minutes by bus) and on the waterfront (with a beautiful view). In the surroundings you can make beautiful walks and there is no lack of restaurants and stores to do your shopping. The hotel is very clean; they changed our towels every day and we never missed anything (if there is ever a problem, they fix it directly). The buffet (especially in the evening) is very good and varied; you will not find anything better at this price in the surroundings. The staff is great: they were all very nice and helpful (especially the person in charge of the restaurant, and Nenad and Kate who answered with pleasure all my questions and requests). Thank you for your kindness. I recommend the hotel to everyone.

Lovely calm location. A little bit far from the city but very easy access with either bus (which we were informed about the first day) and Uber which was only between 6-7 euros to the city. Beautiful view close to nice bars and decent restaurants. Special thanks to the very friendly front desk manager who showed great dedication to the front of house and her colleagues who were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast could use some improvement. It is very extensive and items were good. But the layout and set up of the meals were a bit unappetizing. But in general a very good hotel for a vacation trip :)

Very good hotel. Though I am quite picky, I am extremely satisfied with 10 days we spent there. The hotel has the best location among other hotels near the same gulf. It is situated on the first line right next to the beach. Though the gulf is of medium size, in fact, the comfortable part of the pebble beach is quite small. Vis hotel is situated just above the comfortable part of the beach. In order to get to the beach you just need to open the hotel door and go down the stairs straight to the beach. There was also a good service in the restaurant, on the reception and cleaning was good as well. I am also extremely satisfied with breakfasts and dinners. Both of them were quite rich buffet, so everyone could find food that they like. Though hotel is not new, our room was quite comfortable and had good conditioning. There was a balcony with a table and two chairs on it where we could seat in the evening.

The hotel is not suitable for people with disabilities or sitting in the wheelchair, because there is neither elevator nor ramp. However, it is not a problem for common tourists, who are able to walk and carry their luggage.

Included breakfast (7-10) and dinner (7-9) were both served as buffet and reasonably sized in choice and range of food products. Also extra food arrangements were offered to compensate for allergy-inducing ingredients. The hotel was quite and the beach directly in front.

The diner personnel wasn't overly motivated to create a pleasant dining environment.

The location right on the beach was perfect. We had a room with a balcony and a sea view and it was lovely. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size too, bright and modern and clearly had been refurbished with good air con. The only downside was no fridge in the room and no safe either. The hotel was a bit dated in places but it didn’t detract from our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a good selection of food. We didn’t have dinner included so can’t comment t on that.

No fridge or safe in the room. The coffee at breakfast was awful, really undrinkable and the fruits juices were very strange tasting and watery. Sun loungers on the beach were 9 Euros a day, not as expensive as some places we visited (up to 25 Euros per day) but still it adds up with a family of 4. Plus the beach is pebbly, big pebbles too, so lying on it without a sun lounger was very uncomfortable. As with all places in Croatia beach shoes for walking in and out of the sea are a must!!!
