The location was excellent and the room was very large. It was perfect for a family that wanted to be in the same room. It was hard to see but basically there’s a little cove area where there is a twin bed, as well as a king size bed, and a pull out couch. There were a few hiccups when we first got there, but they were very fast at taking care of anything and everything. I really enjoyed this location.

I didn’t like the decor of the interior of the room, especially the flooring. But there was nothing wrong with it or old.

We stayed in this hotel as part of our travels around Croatia. We chose this hotel primarily for the location for us to explore Split, and it delivered in spades. Great room, staff are excellent and very friendly with good knowledge and recommendations of what to see and where to go. If you are exploring Split I would highly recommend this hotel

We had a dirty towel in our room when we arrived but this was dealt with immediately with lots of apologies and a bottle of wine! Can't complain at all.

Amazing vintage hotel! 5 minute walk from the riva, right in one of the old squares. The hotel is beautiful inside and out, wonderfully comfortable, and with excellent air conditioning. Great bathroom as well, although the window into the lift shaft was a bit odd for us (no one can see in to be clear, but if you have adventurous kids, maybe ask for room that only faces the outside of the building - our room had both) Staff were great, offering excellent recommendations and thanked us for not requesting cleaning daily (they will absolutely do it, but it was genuinely lovely to have it noticed) Restaurants, giftshops, and all the major attractions literally 10 mins in any direction. Plus the best ice cream right outside the hotels front door! Wonderful hotel, and amazing value!

The hotel is located in the center. Location was quiet at that time since there were not so many tourists and no car traffic. My room was large and spacious and very well equipped according to the description. The room was on the 4th floor to the backside and rather quiet. View was nice, too. Good soundproofing inside and outside. Large bathroom with good quality shower and towels. Good lighting. Everything rather new and very clean. Very friendly and helpful lady at the reception. Good aircon. Strong WiFi.

The bed - especially the mattress - did not quite correspond to the otherwise high quality of the room.

We have just returned from my hen do in Split, Croatia. There were 16 of us in total. Central Square Heritage Hotel is such a fabulous hotel. Great location directly in the centre of Old Town Split. The decor was beautiful, the staff really friendly and helpful, and all for a very reasonable price! We will definitely be returning in the future.

There was not anything we didn't like. We did find it a little difficult to find the entrance and didn't know that the there were three hotels in one, which was quite confusing at first.

The hotel is well located in the old town close to all the sightseeing and lovely shops and cafés. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. It seems that the rooms are larger than similar hotels in the old town. The reception was pleasant and quick and helpful for anything you need. The view from the room overlooks one of the old town squares, and it’s quite lovely.

I was there for just one night!

We were so so impressed with our stay here and the only thing we were disappointed in was that we didn't stay longer! The location is exceptional, RIGHT in the middle of Split old town and our room was beautiful. It was spacious and incredibly luxurious. The receptionist greeted us warmly and gave us great recommendations of where to eat and also arranged a taxi for us to the airport. Excellent value for money and a truly faultless stay. We'll be back!

Everything! Location was perfect in the heart of everything in Split . Lady at reception Anita was wonderful- extremely helpful with idea’s & recommendations! Rooms are gorgeous soooooo big beautiful details to the room ! Bed was comfortable & shower was excellent!!! Can’t wait to return

Nothing. Should of stayed longer

The hotel was an excellent choice. The location is simply the best and I would always recommend staying in the center. The room was very spacious. The lady at the reception was very friendly and gave us good advice on restaurants and sightseeing. We got good instructions from the Hotel for parking outside the old town. The parking was expensive- but still worth it for staying in the old center. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

I didn’t know what to expect of a hotel that’s in the old part of town. My expectations were far exceeded on all counts. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very large, exceptionally clean and very well appointed in a kind of old world decor that suits the environment. That’s normally not my cup of tea but it works here-maybe because the linens are crisp and white and the room is light. The beds were comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure and nice toiletries were provided. The location can’t be beat. We were there only one night but were very pleased with the accommodations. My husband kept telling me I did a really good job finding this place. :) BTW- I rarely write reviews but this place deserves it.
