The room and hotel are absolutely gorgeous and located in a perfect part of town. It is central to everything and right next to delicious breakfast spots. The family room exceeded our expectations. Would come back!

The staff was polite but not too friendly. I didn't appreciate that she said that we needed to pick up our luggage by a certain time because she switched shifts. This hotel should be able to watch bags 24/7 with no problem - especially with how nice it is. My one complaint! The rest was gorgeous.

It is a small hotel, rooms and reception desk only. The room was very spacious with a super comfortable bed, and the retro/antique style of decoration is very pleasant. Except for the room, the hotel doesn't offer anything else (It seems that the breakfast can be arranged with them, but there is plenty of choice outside). The position of the hotel is great, in the heart of the historic centre, and at one of the Split's most important squares. Also, the building is a historic building, shared with other mini hotels. Toileteries by L'Occitane are a classy touch. It was a good value for the money. If arriving by car, one should check earlier for the possibilities of parking space.

Generally, it was quite clean, but also, more attention to that is needed.

The hotel was in the heart of the old town, it couldn’t be more convenient, everything in the surrounding area is about a 2-4 min walk which is perfect. The room it self had a very posh and boutique feel to it, you can get great views from the windows. The shower we had was incredible. The staff were friendly and allowed us to check in early for free. Please note if your checking in and have a lot of luggage I recommend the lift, the reception is on the 3rd floor

The location was excellent and the room was very large. It was perfect for a family that wanted to be in the same room. It was hard to see but basically there’s a little cove area where there is a twin bed, as well as a king size bed, and a pull out couch. There were a few hiccups when we first got there, but they were very fast at taking care of anything and everything. I really enjoyed this location.

I didn’t like the decor of the interior of the room, especially the flooring. But there was nothing wrong with it or old.

The room was amazing, spacious, the bed was super comfortable and the shower was huge, as was the whole bathroom.

Only suggestion for improvement is to put WiFi information in the rooms (I couldn't find it and by the time I needed it there was no one at the front desk) and to give instructions for the AC. I turned it on to heating but it didn't seem to work. Neither of these were super important so the overall stay was excellent.

We stayed in this hotel as part of our travels around Croatia. We chose this hotel primarily for the location for us to explore Split, and it delivered in spades. Great room, staff are excellent and very friendly with good knowledge and recommendations of what to see and where to go. If you are exploring Split I would highly recommend this hotel

We had a dirty towel in our room when we arrived but this was dealt with immediately with lots of apologies and a bottle of wine! Can't complain at all.

The hotel is on one of the prettiest squares in Old Town. We had a city view room and loved watching the world go by. The staff were helpful and the rooms were comfortable and roomy. The hotel is on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator. It is maybe a 5 minute walk from Riva and the taxi pickup point. Highly recommend if you want a central Split hotel.

location is good and room was nice and big. Very comfortable.

The lady at reception on check was not encouraging at all. She in fact said there was no point going to the viewpoint as it was slightly overcast - but we went and it was lovely. The lady on checkout was very nice and even walked us to our lock up garage to collect the remote from us on departure as she could not reach the gentleman who usually does it, and was very friendly and helpful on other places to visit in Croatia.

It’s location was perfect right at the edge of Diocletians palace on a very nice piazza. It was very easy to walk everywhere from the hotel. The hotel does not have any food services but there are plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from within less than 5´. The rooms were large and comfortable. The personnel was very helpful. Parking is a little complicated (but the price to pay to keep cars out these beautiful old city centers) but the hotel staff guided us and helped us roll our suitcases to and from the underground parking. Highly recommended.

The location is central and within the walls of the palace which means there are no cars and that you will need to walk yourself and luggage from the drop off point. The room was large and comfortable. Staff were helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport.

The room is a little dated, the hand held shower didn't work and there was no hair conditioner. The USB outlet next to the bed did not work.
