Very friendly and helpful staff, reception and kitchen. We used breakfast and dinner. The food was very good and various, especially dinner.

Most of the guests were young adults. Despite the fact that hotel music always stopped at midnight, they continued screaming and singing till early morning. The hotel management should to undertake measures to regulate behaviour of the quests aimed to ensure peaceful rest of the hotel quests.

Cold weather in April, baby cot not in the room when we arrived and the staff could not fix the problem until the next day, sauna limited only to 30 minutes per day. First they insisted the spa area is not included although I had called Booking.com in beforehand and they said I should have an own sauna in the room - be aware the way they sell the rooms is misleading. The elevators should be repaired they felt like not working properly. They played tecno music in the inside spa area and that loud, I would have needed earplugs!! Horrible!!!! Not relaxing at all. The bathroom was SUPER OLD.

Great hotel in a good location. We were upgraded to a sea view room on arrival. The view is just beautiful and perfect for watching the sun set. We were also given water, wine and a fruit platter in our room which was a nice touch.

There are extra charges for certain facilities which should be free for hotel guests.

Gorgeous views, nice pool, helpful staff, anything we asked for was given quickly (bedding) was a great base for walking around ayia napa. Food was fine, nothing special but plenty of variety We did have a fabulous holiday.

Shocked at how dirty and aged the carpet in the hallway was. The plastic grill around the pool was black in places although the pool itself was cleaned. Many of the sunbeds were broken and the pool area itself was often left littered (guests were perfectly capable of utilising the many bins around the pool but chose not to!! ) we saw only one person cleaning the area on the day we left. The rooms.were adequate, cleaned daily but beds were rarely made properly and bottom sheets were often left in a crumpled mess underneath the covers. The beds were 2 large singles pushed together. There was a severe ant infestation in the room.

Room was comfortable with complimentary wine, water and fruit on arrival in the room along with tea/coffee and the usual bathroom items of shower gel and shampoo Food range and standard was adequate - not as much choice as other hotels I have stayed in across Cyprus but the dining room was very quiet so completely understandable to avoid wastage (I guess due to the location, many guests never made breakfast or lunch due to sleeping after some late nights - early mornings up on the strip!) Drinks were good (tip if you want a cold coffee don't pay the €3 for a frappe, instead ask for a latte off the drinks menu and a cup of ice, tip in and ask for a top up with milk!) Plenty of sun loungers 10/15min walk to the strip meaning no noise from loud bars and clubs We were a group of 6 ladies between 21 & 40+ away for a weekend for some relaxation and a bit of a night out and this hotel suited our needs perfectly

size of room. food was very good staff was excellent. outdoor pool a little cold, indoor pool very good.sanna and steam room ,gym very good.around very good 3 sould star hotel.

no free water for dinner. and orange juice and apple juice for breakfast too sweet . be nice if they could give you more time for breakfast when you say breakfast finish at say 10am you mean 10am.dont know what the rush is all about been to other hotels aand they leave breakfast out for latecomers because you throw the food away unless they feed the staff.

Great view from balcony, plenty of pool loungers, bar by pool reasonable prices, good pool towels, good breakfast included. Plenty of good restaurants, markets, nearby. Front desk staff great, one lady even brought in some paperback books for from charity shop she works at, and set up small library of English books, truly exceptional service.

Loved hotel but hated being woken up every night by younger guests coming back in early hours up to 04.00, banging doors, arguing, using pool at 04.00 when supposedly ban on night swimming. I know Aiya Napa so booked this hotel about a mile from party area, and location itself was great and quiet at night. But younger guests returning from clubbing/bars woke me and apparently many others sometimes multiple times a night. When woken by people playing in pool at 04.00 I expected the night porter to attend to them, but I gave up trying to get back to sleep when they were still there at 04.30. This is a real shame as loved hotel/staff and would love to return but this is a 'deal breaker' for me, sorry.

I have booked the hotel for my Daughter and her friends, the group of 20 years old girls enjoyed staying at hotel very much. everything was great and nice. staff polite and friendly. food delicious. the only issue what made a discomfort was huge amount of mosquitos. there were thousands of insects in the room. staff could do nothing, girls have bought some spray, but this also didn't help.

The breakfast is good. I see from the reviews that people didn't like the breakfast, but the breakfast is really good. Dinner is not. It is better to go to a restaurant somewhere.

The hotel does not have a beach. The beach is not suitable for swimming. You should go to the beach in Nissi

Staff at the reception were more than nice. Food for dinner was exceptional. Everything was tasty and always had muliple choices. Room was cleaned every day and we got new towels every day.

Not every meal had declaration what was in it. For example, salads and souces didn't have description what was in it. Sauna working hours was 7-17h and that was usually time when everybody were at the beach. The good benefit would be if the sauna and inside pool and the gym were open after we came from the beach. Also, limit for the sauna was 30 minutes per day. :(
